大阪新阪急酒店 (Hotel New Hankyu Osaka) - 大阪

酒店位置方便到無話可說！房間雖小，但其實舒適。不過無空調，要開窗才夠涼快、通爽；但適逢樓下有小工程，所以晚上有點吵！但如果好似我咁每日都玩到十分疲累的話，根本沒什麼大影響！^^

大致OK,地點方便.唯獨是三人房太迫,打開行李箱時要用房中的圓枱上面,並開唔晒成個行李箱.打開取完物件後要立刻關上,否則無地方行路.

第二次入住新阪急,再次選擇它的原因很大程度是因為它的位置,旁邊有齊地鐵,jr,阪急等站,自由行非常方便!整體衛生可以,但房間較焗,最後要勞煩職員手動開窗(因為窗子原是上鎖的)如對酒店要求不高(只用來休息的話)我會推薦這酒店的!

優點: 酒店地點真是便捷，機場巴士到達門口，四周地下街都有酒店位置指示，不怕迷路，加上梅田是JR和地鐵中轉站，省卻轉車時間 缺點: 房間裝潢有點舊，但尚算乾淨 無WIFI 提供，只有LAN 房間面積細，差點要在床上開行李箱

Location of hotel is good. Easy transportation from airport to hotel. Room is small but clean. Toilet is bigger as compare to the room so that is fine. Cos some of the hotels in Japan I stayed before they are small rooms and small toilets. Worse part is the walls are thin and u can hear people talking next room or people walking outside yr door.

The location is great - near to rail stations, subway, JR, airport bus station, and shopping malls with hundreds of restaurants. Can't ask for more with such a great location in Umeda. The hotel room is small but clean and functional. And woke up in the morning without alarm clock as you can hear hotel room doors 'bang' to close - not just one time […] as there's at least a hundred rooms in the same floor.. 詳情

飯店位置十分便利~步行到車站不用五分鐘~飯店樓下就有ASNAS便利超商~房間也都整裡的非常乾淨!唯一缺點是只有LAN沒有WIFI~

地理位置絕佳, 靠近地鐵及JR站, 到奈良及神戶或是大阪市區都很方便, 附近也有很多的百貨公司可逛. 飯位服務品質不錯, 雖然房間小了點, 但是浴室有浴缸可用, 逛街累了可以泡個澡, 算是個不錯的地方.

飯間狹窄,地下多塵,有野咬,牀褥硬過地下!總括是一間極差的飯店

地點超棒。 房間乾淨，整潔，簡單，大小適中。 服務還OK，有會說中文的接待人員， 英文也還可以溝通。 CP值還可以。

地點非常便利, 靠近很多大型商場又近大阪及梅田站~ 但房間細小.打開行李箱便阻塞走道了, 配備設施也較簡舊.

Value for money. Never expect to find such a classy hotel for the amount I paid. Very close to two train stations and shopping area. I've no difficulty in finding food. It's only two stations away to the river side where thousands of cherry blossom trees are located. I'll most certainly go back to this hotel on my next visit.

Clean but small room, facilities are also old,. but location is its advantage, very close to Umeda station. Good for just having somewhere to sleep and being a base to explore the Osaka city.

Overall very satisfied , handy location to transport and food outlets all reasonably priced so we could avoid the high cost of Hotel restaurants. Whilst the room was small we where only there to sleep and the bed was comfortable.

Nice location. Good service. Most staff at the front desk can communicate in simple English. I will recommend it to my friends. I will stay in the same hotel next time.

Great location next to train station. Massive hotel tons of rooms. Average service. No wifi, tiny room, no international tv channels eg CNN or BBC would be nice. Not very good as a business hotel but okay for leisure. No friggin wifi. Can you believe that?

Convenient location; next to Osaka Station.; Efficient & courteous check-in staff. Reasonable room size; comfortable bed. Ventilation needs improvement. Recommended for price & convenience.

I wouldnt have booked this hotel if not because all hotels im central Osaka were full. I have been to Japan over 20 times. This hotel provides the worst service in Japan. Front staff was extremely unhelpful and kind of rude - when I asked them why the room was so hot even when air con was on. The hotel told me they didn't have air con, only heater […] and asked me to open the window all night long. I found this excuse strange as the hotel was air-con everywhere, but I didn't argue with them - as I saw another 2 women with the same problem in their room and were told off by the front desk! The front staff also tried to sell me an adaptor which could have been bought at Yodobashi (exact same model) at half of the price (the electronic store is within 2 mins' walk from the hotel). Japanese people used to give me the impression of being very honest, very polite and well-mannered. My experience at this hotel definitely changed my impression. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. 詳情

Easy to go everywhere in osaka.

It is nice hotel. The bus station is very near hotel. You can take the bus to OSAKA airport directly. Also the hotel is very near OSAKA station. You can go to any place by subway or train very easy.

Right in the heart of Umeda and literally next door to the Hankyu Rail station and JR Osaka station. You can get anywhere by train or subway from here, even right across Japan. Large, friendly hotel, frequented by all the Japanese. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around.

Staying in this hotel is wonderful ! As there is direct bus service from Kansai Airport straight to the hotel. Is it very convenient as well known deparental stores, eatries , subway stations are all located near by. Front desk staff are approachable and courteous towards there client. We recently stayed in this hotel for 12 nights. Hotel location is excellent. No problem in finding hotel as airport coach stopped right in front of hotel entrance. Subway and JR station also next to hotel. Shopping malls and convenience stores all close to hotel. It is very convience as it is near to subway station and JR station. It is also a very good place for shopping. The only thing is the room is very small so feel like a bit squeeze in there

Very good location directly across Osaka Station in Umeda. The stuff is very friendly, just inside the hotel it feels like being in a big bunker and rooms are also quite small compared to other hotels in the same price category.

Perfect setting - everything you would want to enjoy. Shopping Malls and the food is the best. Ambience is fantastic at the Hankyu. Stayed there numerous times over the last 5 years. Would recommend it to all travellers to Osaka

This was my second time staying at the Hotel New Hankyu Osaka. It is conveniently located next to the metro system, rail system, and airport bus for both Narita Itami (Osaka) Airports. You couldn't ask for anything better. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast is great.

this hotel is centrally located above osaka station (a main terminal for the JR rail line as well as the subway system). it's surrounded by more restaurants than i can count. the staff is very helpful and speaks english.

From my experience this is a rather typical japanese hotel, that will not impress with its features and fittings. Corridors are long and confusing, one does check for the closest fire exits. As I wanted the room with (excellent and free) internet access I lost the street view from the room that was rather nice. １泊２日の滞在でしたが、部屋が広くお風呂トイレが別々で、とても綺麗なお部屋でした。満足です。
