1. 物超所值；2. 房間夠大，兩個大行李箱+一個細hand carry同時打開都不是問題；3. 客房整潔舒適；4. 酒店位置十分方便，機場巴士站就在門外；5. 服務員十分有禮，英文對答如流，一讚；5. 唯獨附近欠大型超市，但整體十分滿意，值得推薦!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

酒店位置方便到無話可說！房間雖小，但其實舒適。不過無空調，要開窗才夠涼快、通爽；但適逢樓下有小工程，所以晚上有點吵！但如果好似我咁每日都玩到十分疲累的話，根本沒什麼大影響！^^

大致OK,地點方便.唯獨是三人房太迫,打開行李箱時要用房中的圓枱上面,並開唔晒成個行李箱.打開取完物件後要立刻關上,否則無地方行路.

第二次入住新阪急,再次選擇它的原因很大程度是因為它的位置,旁邊有齊地鐵,jr,阪急等站,自由行非常方便!整體衛生可以,但房間較焗,最後要勞煩職員手動開窗(因為窗子原是上鎖的)如對酒店要求不高(只用來休息的話)我會推薦這酒店的!

優點: 酒店地點真是便捷，機場巴士到達門口，四周地下街都有酒店位置指示，不怕迷路，加上梅田是JR和地鐵中轉站，省卻轉車時間 缺點: 房間裝潢有點舊，但尚算乾淨 無WIFI 提供，只有LAN 房間面積細，差點要在床上開行李箱

Location of hotel is good. Easy transportation from airport to hotel. Room is small but clean. Toilet is bigger as compare to the room so that is fine. Cos some of the hotels in Japan I stayed before they are small rooms and small toilets. Worse part is the walls are thin and u can hear people talking next room or people walking outside yr door.

The location is great - near to rail stations, subway, JR, airport bus station, and shopping malls with hundreds of restaurants. Can't ask for more with such a great location in Umeda. The hotel room is small but clean and functional. 交通便利 房間沒有其他網友說的老舊 空調也都很ok 只是double room兩個行李要放置 稍微有點麻煩 因為梅田是大站 所以要找到便宜的超市或便利商店的選擇 可能就要多走幾步 此外這個地方聯結好幾個車站 地上 地下 都很像迷宮 如果方向感不好的人 應該會常常鬼打牆迷路 所以有時覺得住小站旁的飯店 簡單多了 整體這家還是不錯的選擇

節省了寶貴的交通成本,整體感覺像是一切從簡的商務飯店.

雖然房間不算大，但仍比起很多新型的日本酒店大，至少能把行李完全打開呢！還有以房間價錢、交通及位置，大阪新阪急能成為我推介之酒店，另外最主要原因是有直接來往飯店與機場的高速巴士，不用担心再另轉任何鐵路、的士或步行多少分鐘前往尋找飯店之路。

飯店位置十分便利~步行到車站不用五分鐘~飯店樓下就有ASNAS便利超商~房間也都整裡的非常乾淨!唯一缺點是只有LAN沒有WIFI~

地理位置絕佳, 靠近地鐵及JR站, 到奈良及神戶或是大阪市區都很方便, 附近也有很多的百貨公司可逛. 飯位服務品質不錯, 雖然房間小了點, 但是浴室有浴缸可用, 逛街累了可以泡個澡, 算是個不錯的地方.

The location of the hotel is close to Umeda Station. Easy to find. The rooms were older looking. Friendly cleaning staff. We requested a none smoking room. Our first room was on the 8th floor and it smelled like cig smoke. We slept a night and it was unpleasant. I called the front desk and the lady said it's a none smoking floor so it shouldn't smell […] like smoke. I explained to her that it does. Her suggestion was to have someone open the window for fresh air. We came back at night and it still smelled like smoke. I called front desk again to request a room change. It took some time to explain that the room smelled like cig smoke and that I know it's a none smoking room/floor. After 15 minutes we were able to get a new room on the 6th floor which was fine. 詳情

The hotel is located across the street from the Umeda station which is the hub for trains and the subway in Osaka. This made it convenient to get around the Kansai area. Also the limousine bus to and from the airport stops right across the street from the hotel so you don't have to drag your luggage around the crowded streets of Osaka. The location is extremely convenience - 1st stop from the airport by airport bus, close to train station and shopping mall. Also, the staff are nice and friendly. However, the room temparture is so hot at night and we've woke up couple times to breathe fresh air. They should control the temparture of each room.

This hotel has two parts. The single rooms are in the older part. My room was cramped, gloomy and old, and the bed was unconfortable. It was expensive for what you get. The newer part of the hotel looks better.
