"Decent minus the check in experience"

We arrived at 3pm for our stay (check-in time) with our hungry and sleepy 6 month old and had to wait over an hour for our room. The front desk staff expressed no urgency and only after checking with the desk more than 4 times did they admit the poor quality of service. They tried to make amends with free breakfast but we were beyond frustrated. They […] have contracts with major airlines and throughout our stay we saw airline staff checking out hours past the check out time of noon which I believe creates this frequent problem. Be ware. For what they charge hotel needs some serious work. Very outdated rooms, mold in the bathroom, remote controls that don't work, Musty/Damp odor in room. Check in guide in room says 12 but we get a call saying you need to leave because checkout is at 11. Maybe this hotel was great -- in 1874 -- and it looks like they haven't changed one thing since […] then. Save your money and stay at Hampton Inn or Econo Lodge -- at least your wallet won't suffer. 詳情
