Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino - 拉斯維加斯

The service was the worst I've ever experienced in las Vegas. Slot machines were constantly having problems. Had to wait a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes for help each time. Wasted hours of my vacation on waiting. Maintenance guys would all complain about how often the machines would go down. At check out we weren't asked how our stay was. The bartenders […] made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by asking for a drink because the were to busy talking to eachother or texting on their phones. Saw several cocktail servers using their phones as well standing in corners or at the bar. This is obviously why we would have to wait for up to 30 minutes for one to comearound if we wanted something. The housekeeping people we came into contact with we're the only staff that seemed to care about or stay. 詳情

The room was nice and clean. Even though I booked a room with a king sized bed they said they were out and me and my boyfriend had to get a twin bed room. Room service took an hour and a half for a piece of cake and tenders with fries.. By the time our dinner showed up we were already asleep. Food was good though.

Carson tower still smells of smoke from days gone by. Great beds but no reasonable 3G service from room Best valet and doorpersons-generally a very fine staff.

It was wonderful! Close to where we wanted to be, great staff and amenities, food was incredible at The Buffet, and The Tank was the best pool to be by!!

Great pool!

Once you get passed the long lines at check in and use the valet at the Rush tower not the other crowed one in front.. It was a good stay.

The bed was great even the pillows too! Great nightlife & a really fun pool area! Got a really good price for the room. Best place downtown!

The hotel and room where nice the remodel they did a good job on. The room was clean however it had problems. That air conditioner condenser leak all over the carpet on one side of the room. We had checked in at 3 AM so we did not complain because we were tired. To be waking up at 6:10 AM because the upstairs bathroom was leaking onto the other side […] of the room. Of course the staff was all nice from cleaning to check in. We call maintenance and they just blew us off. The hotel it's self is nice. Overall we would stay there again. My stay was short. 1 night the room was niice and clean. I spent most of my night in the casino. I learn to play 3 card poker. I ate at Lillie's. THe meal was great. everything was affordable. Will visit again. THANK YOU

Wife and I love Vegas and have been there numerous times - normally stay on the strip, but decided that we would stay downtown because we enjoyed our time at the Fremont Street experience. Decided on the Golden Nugget from the reviews here and it was well worth it. Lots of things to do and see close by, and cabs are easy to get if you want to visit […] other places. Stayed in the Gold Tower, and it had THE most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in in Vegas, with views of the mountains out west. The Grotto restaurant on-site had incredible food for a great price. Will definitely stay there again. 詳情

The light bulbs in many of the elevator/lift did not work, so you weren't sure if the lift was coming or not.

Bringing My Eighty Year Old Mom To Golden Nugget In August Or September. Its been a Very Long Time Almost 30 Yrs .

Room was great. Good size bathroom and shower. Everything was clean. Pool was really nice also. 3rd deck is for adults only and wasn't crowded. I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay on Fremont. We plan on coming back at the end of April for my birthday!

We checked our sheets when we returned to the room at 130 a.m. and found what looked like blood stains on the undersheet and then bright red stains on the comforter that looked like blood also and then looking closer there were yellow stains from a liquid that i will let you guess what my wife thought they were so we wound up sleeping wrapped in blankets […] that we brought with us on top of the bed. We decided to stay one night here as we were intrigued by the shark tank and slide going through it. The kids really found that to be a kick. The property is well maintained, although the Fremont Street is a bit seedy.

Hotel is very nice,I was lucky to get room cheap,I always wanted to stay here and I will if I live long enough,the only problem I is, I love my coffee first thing, I'm just too cheap to buy their little box of coffee,(kcups)I probadly would drink a pot coffee before I even went down stairs, walmart sells a small box of them for what a few would cost […] and they only have 1 flavor in the room,I love Fremont St, I've stayed on the strip, but had more fun on Fremont 詳情

We stayed in the Rush Tower and the room was really nice. Front desk & Housekeeping service- excellent. Our only complaint is that the room is dark, even with all the lights on. Being from the Northwest we loved that there is a Starbucks right on site! The Nugget was fabulas ole school feel with a new school vibe.... service was great, the pool was out of a movie :-p... watch out ladies! Had a bit of Stateside drama so I had to leave a day early but other than that my stay was harmonious ..... in the words of Arnold. "I will b bac " Austin from Torrance CA

Hotel staff very friendly and helpfull. No problem with parking and it's free. Room was spacious and clean. Will definately stay here whenever I'm in Vegas.

Gold Nugget is a great place to stay. Right in the middle of town, in walking distant of every thing in town..

We have stayed at the Golden Nugget our last 3 trips to Las Vegas because of its location & cleanliness. However, on this trip, we arrived late at night & didn't get the room we requested,(non-smoking). After several discussions with the staff, we finally received a non smoking room, but with 2 queen beds instead of 1 king. We had to move the next day, […] then our 2nd day their, we had to remind them to clean our room. Our keys went dead each day as well. The staff didn't seem as helpful as in the past. 詳情

We had been staying on the strip but were venturing out for a couple of days. Had to see downtown Las Vegas and absolutely love Fremont Street! The Golden Nugget is an older hotel but you can tell it's been updated. We snagged a great deal through the sites mobile app and got a room on a Thursday night for about sixty bucks. Overall I was pleasently surprised with the hotel. I was however a bit disappointed in the room itself. Not that it was bad, but it didn't measure up to the discription online. -AM-

Lots of Small Town people in a good way!! Not as exciting as Las Vagas Blvd but I still had fun ;)

the only drawback that can I found is the transportation from the airport to the hotel... will be approximately $50 in taxi..

Easy check-in, room very comfortable and roomy. Had breakfast buffet which ticked all the boxes and easy to catch the Deuce bus to the strip. Step straight out to the Fremont Experience which was fantastic. My son enjoyed the slide through the shark tank which is something you don't get to do every day.
