Holiday Inn Express Washington - 華盛頓

Stayed at this hotel the first weekend of October. When I arrived to my room I found dead bugs in the toliet, dirt & wire coverings in the tub and my trash can was full of fast food trash. Turns out that maintenance was working on a light in my bathroom. The staff never bothered to recheck to see if it was clean before they gave it to me. My sister […] had booked one of their conference rooms for a family gathering. But, they double booked the room. The frontdesk staff was very rude to us about the mishap. They just kept saying it wasn't their fault and they had nothing in their paperwork to confirm our room reservation. There was 50 people in our group that weekend. It really made us rethink about using this Hotel Chain again! 詳情

the full breakfast was great and there was even apples and chocolate chips cookies in the evening. The service was great.

We made reservations at the Washington Indiana Holiday Inn Express through www.hotel.com. We arrived after 3 PM on Saturday in our room was not ready. There were other people also waiting for their rooms to be cleaned. One of the desk clerk seemed annoyed that some other employee had evidently messed up the reservations. While we were all waiting for […] our rooms, two members of the hotel cleaning staff walked through the lobby to take a smoke break on a bench directly outside the front door. At one point a couple entered to inquire about a room. After waiting several minutes without being attended to they stormed out angrily. After a 15 to 20 minute wait, we were finally shown to our room. The room itself was fine. We had paid for a non-smoking room with a King-size bed and a large bathtub with a whirlpool. The bathtub whirlpool jets, however, were not working. We complained about this at checkout, but no remedy was offered. This facility seems to have some serious management problems. 詳情
