We received such kind and considerate attention from the staff at this hotel. We were there to attend a Navy graduation. They even provided a meet-and-greet evening for Navy family with complimentary snacks and beverages. And a rep from the Navy helped us with questions we had about what to expect. EVERYONE at the hotel was fantastic! And the rooms […] were extremely comfortable and well kept. This hotel really cares about it's guests, and follows through like no other we've found on what customer service is really all about. The General Manager deserves high praise! Easy drive to PIR. 10 minutes Max. Shopping and Restaurants are close. (WalMart, Chili's, Sweet Tomato, McDonald's). Good Value for the money...nice little "apartment" for relaxing. Clean! It was great for our needs.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. The young lady on the front desk could not have been more helpful, I wish I could remember her name. They have a van and driver at no charge if you need to go somewhere (we tipped the driver, but it was not required). The prices they charged for a bottle of water was so reasonable (50 cents). I really enjoyed staying at this hotel very clean and comfortable and not too far from Great Lakes and Gurnee Mill mall. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, and they had a good breakfast. I had a chance to visit Milwaukee which wasn't that far from the hotel once you take 94W or US 41. I would stay at this hotel again.

Our daughter graduated from the USN on 3/11/11. We had not seen her for 2 months and were very excited to see her graduate. The process of getting in the Naval Base was confusing so we decided to take the shuttle from the hotel. Our driver was very informative on what to expect and where to meet him after the ceremony.
