Very clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff

This was a last minute reservation while waiting for my mother to be admitted to an area hospital. The general manager was most helpful in providing a late checkout as I waited for information about her admission. The afternoon desk clerk knew about local restaurants and was able to refer me to a hometown bbq place rather than the convenient but predictable […] chains. The entire hotel smelled like a giant ashtray. Even our "non-smoking" room smelled of cigarette smoke the entire stay. The staff did little to nothing to prevent smoking in the "non-smoking" areas. Everything else about this location met expectations. The service by the staff was tolerable but unimpressive.

It was a comfortable place to stay. The manager took trouble to help this Englishman with his questions. The food at breakfast was OK but not spectacular. There is no laundry, which was a pity and the pool was not available - does not open till the end of May. The rooms were kept clean and I felt safe at all times.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, it was extremely loud - a meeting being held in a meeting room downstairs could be heard word for word in my room, doors were constantly being slammed. Great Breakfast. Choice of two meats and everything was hot.

The hotel was very ample for a business stay. The room was clean, the staff was very nice. As a single female traveler I felt safe. Location was great! Several good franchise restaurants close by plus a nice Belks store virtually in the parking lot. Two complaints: no diet drinks in the vending machines and fresh fruit was not replenished on the breakfast […] bar. I would have not hesitation about staying at this hotel again. Rooms were clean, even the corners! Staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations on where to dine. One small item was the complimentary breakfast where coffee and some food needed replenishing. When this was brought to their attention they were quick to respond.

The hotel is next to a mall if you like shopping, and close to I-85 if you need to be somewhere quickly. The room was spacious and very clean. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave available. The mngmt showed sincere interest in my stay upon check out. The breakfast had both hot and cold options, which was unexpected.

Older hotel thus a bit shabby. But, you get what you pay for. For the price, it was fine. Sausage and eggs at breakfast which was a surprise for the low cost of the room. Felt perfectly safe.

This is a great location. I was on my way to the race in Charlotte. They were extremely nice at the front desk. I was allowed to check in at 1:00pm with no problem and continued on to the racetrack. The staff was friendly as well. This is a great location. Quiet, yet close to shopping at restraunts. The only thing I wish they had was internet access […] in the rooms. They do have a computer in the lobby for guests use. I would stay here again! Excellent value!! 詳情
