Quality Inn Burbank - 柏班克

I usually stay at the Ramada, and this is a step below that. The hotel is located next to a busy road and train tracks and because the door didn't seal all the way around, it was almost as noisy with the door shut as it was open. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was as clean as possible for old stained hotel carpet. This is the first time I've ever written a review for a hotel I've stayed at. I'm typically pretty low-maintenance and usually prefer to camp if possible so I set the bar pretty low for hotels. Even all that notwithstanding, we were very unsatisfied with our experience here...I should have listened to the other reviews! The place stinks, the carpet […] is worn and filthy, and the rooms are dingy and old. The staff was unfriendly and couldn't care less about our experience, especially if you call the front desk for anything. The wi-fi is so bad that it makes you miss the days of dial-up internet! There were a couple of positives about our experience here...we were only there one night, the continental breakfast was all right, and the shower had decent water pressure. Aside from that, we could not have been happier to leave in the morning. I made the mistake of trying to save a few bucks for a one night stay...don't make the same mistake I did if you can avoid it! 詳情

I do not recommend this hotel because it was dirty, bathroom shower was not working, room was too hot. Stains on carpet and were everywhere. Breakfast was cold and not a whole lot of options to choose!!

We stayed in the Quality Inn Burbank January of 2011. We had to find a hotel at 8pm and most other hotels were full. Pros: Location - right off of Highway 5 in Burbank. Employees were friendly. Hotel was dirty. The room had a awful smell. I would rather stay at Motel 6.

Wasn't pleased at all. Alot of noise when someone walks. Rooms look like they have not been updated in decades. Ice machine did not work, nothing worked, and then we find out that the Ramada Inn much less expensive and has class.

I was very impressed that the hotel personnel was very nice and that the neighborhood at night wasnt what it appeared to be. i aws very pleased with my stay there even though it was for a very short time but now i know where to stay from now on...i also was pleased with the price even though it was a holiday weekend.

Had no iron in the room, needed right away, but clerk would not bring to room, had to go down to front desk and get it myself. This iron had melted plastic on the face. Matched the iron burn imprint on the carpet in the room, go figure! Bathroom, toilet smelled. Cheap place to stay near Burbank Airport, but do not expect any service.

This hotel is used as a shelter and is very dirty!

I was surprised at the comfort from this budget hotel. My son decided to join us at the last minute and when I notified the front desk I needed a rollaway bed at 10pm, it was at our door within 10 minutes! The continental breakfast was complete with eggs and sausage. I would definitely recommend this for the thrifty traveller.

ROOM SMELL LIKE PEEPEE. DIRTY BED. OVERPRICED. BAD BREAKFAST. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL. TRY TO AVOID IT IF U CAN.

While it is an older place, the room was clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The continental breakfast had tons of choices, and we would stay here again if in the area.

Choice Hotels needs to step in and renovate this entire property...TOP TO BOTTOM!

My room when I checked in had a very bad oder, I complained and they just gave me an air freshener, but that did not work. The room smelled like someone had a pet pee on the carpets, They didn't offer me another. Will not return.

Easy to find visible from highway. good parking good beds coffee maker, microwave, lites bathroom disposables, closet easy to leave easy to reserve online

will have to be recoded each time you use it. That was the biggest issue. Every time we would leave and come back someone would have to go back down to the front desk and have the key coded again so the door would open. the room was nice, a bit small. the TV is old school not a flat panel and you only get 9 channels as 2 don't work. there's no shower/bath […] mat for the tub/shower so be careful there. I slipped a few times and nearly fell. There is a train that passes by but there's one by my house too, so it didn't bother me. There's a jack in the box and a 76 station right there so gas and food is easy. It's only a few miles from both universal studios and the LA Zoo. 詳情

The hotel is poor quality. The carpet was very dirty. The room is well below standard. Very bad experience at the hotel. Surrounding view is very unpleasant. The Hotel is right next to the RAIL ROADS. The loud noise will keep you up all night long. I WILL not recommend this hotel. I want my money back. Please stay away from this hotel.

I don't know what to say really so I'll just make a list. Cigarette burns on the blanket in the bed, a variety of hairs (from above and below) from previous occupant in the bed, I felt itchy the entire time I was inside the room, I was awakened by police banging on the next room overs door and then when I went to check out they were questioning these […] people in the lobby... The hotel was a little tired and across from the railroad tracks. Trains run until about midnight, though not many. The location is idea if flying into and out of Burbank airport. Of the under-$100-per-night options this one is probably the best choice in the area.

dump dump dump dump dump. a disgrace to put someone in this hotel. take it off your list. I was in terror all night long and afraid someone would break in my room, rob me or even worse.

The hotel defrauded me by demanding that pay for "initial charges" even though my reserrvation was fully prepaid. When I aksed for a manger, I was rudely thrown out. If I could give this palce a zero, I would. the only reason I put "1" on each line is that it is required information.

This hotel is horrible. Right next to railroad tracks. There were very few guests and they put me in a room on the street side right by the tracks. It felt like the train was going to shake the hotel into rubble. There were crumbs on the floor and the pillows must have been 40 years old.

Too expensive for an old dilapidated, freeway side motel. Neighborhood was sketchy, junkyard outside our window. If cheaper it would be OK, but for THIS price, not recommended.

Stayed one night on two occasions in early March. The first room reeked of bleach. I opened the window and that helped. The second time the room faced the I(eye)5 highway and the railroad tracks. Thank goodness I was very tired. It was VERY noisy. No restaurants nearby but a good selection about a 15 min walk. My wife had to have a medical procedure at the local hospital that required her to arrive at 5:30 in the morning. The physician also wanted us to be close to a hospital for the 24 hours after the procedure so this hotel worked well for us. It is not in the best neighborhood and the trains and freeway do supply a little back round noise but nothing worthy […] of a complaint. All and all it was clean, warm, cost efficient, and convenient. The breakfast actually included eggs and sausage as well as the customary pastries. The hotel is located near a train track and at about 1is the train passed by. Although we were just getting from a wedding get was a little disturbing. The breakfast wasn't the best. It got them 45 min to have their courtesy shuttle to come to pick me up from the airport, which was just 5 min away.
