酒店位置还算便捷，自己周围环境不错，开车十几分钟就有各种餐馆，购物中心，加油站之类的，离各个主题公园也不远。 客房很有家居的感觉，连厨房设施都有提供， 电视虽然老旧一些，频道还是很多的，足够消磨时间用。 网络是4.99美元/次，也就是一次入住只要付一次费用，还算合理。 下次去奥兰多还会选择这家酒店！

The entrance and exterior are nice. Maybe this was just my assigned room. There was no hot water for a shower. The front desk called the manager and I was directed to let it run for 15-20 minutes. The toilet and sink were clogged. The water would rise to the rim of the toilet and in 5-10 minutes go down. Same with the sink. The AC. Lèàkèd!

We wanted something closer to the airport for an early morning flightout. Updating is needed; staff was pleasant good customer service, rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. Would stay again.

I liked my room, and the hotel very much. The breakfast though, ended very early, and didn't have much variety. So, that was a let down.

Very please w/hotel overall. Only part that seemed unkempt were entrance hallways from the outside door, and the tables in the continental breakfast area (I don't like anything sticky). Everything else was nice. Room was well-apportioned and clean (except glazing on bathtub was chipping and looked "dirty" even though it wasn't). At first look, everything looked pretty good for the price, but after a 2 night stay in the hotel, my companion and I ended up with some kind of bug bites. Not a great way to end a vacation.

Needs new carpeting and new furniture seems 1970 s style. Too dark.in the room ,new tvs and Bathroom needs renovation.

Great location for my stay in Orlando. Hotel was in great condition inside and out. Only flaw with my room which didn't factor into my stay was recliner which was ripped and worn out, used it for a place to put my bags, and the shower curtain bar was extremely loose. Like a small apt with kitchen and fold out couch. For Orlando a great price for what you get. Outside the attractions but worth the drive if you don't care about being on International strip.

This hotel seems nice at first, however, upon closer inspection? I was told to take my luggage up in the rear elevator as it was closer to my room. A large computer printed sign posted on the elevator said it was out of order. That's fine but the staff member didn't know? How many other guests went through the same dance re-parking their car and cruising […] around with all their luggage? The room has all the right amenities for extended stay with free internet (as it should be at all hotels now). The carpet was teetering on threadbare and gross. The creepiest moment was forthcoming. Without exaggerating, a prize winning roach of at least two inches in length was seen crawling across my bed to disappear under the covers. I had to wrangle it out and onto the floor where I dispatched it with my shoe in hand. Not exactly a mint on the pillow. This sort of put me off using the bedspread so I didn't. Despite this, if I was able to give the property only one suggestion, it would be "please, for god sake, replace the carpet." You absolutely do not feel comfortable walking on it without wearing prophylactic protection (socks). And yes, I felt this before I saw the roach (and smashed it on said carpet). My conclusion is that if you are a stickler for cleanliness and upkeep, stay somewhere else. 詳情

The hotel is few miles away from Universal Studios. I opted for this because of the brand name. But the room that was given to me was not cleaned properly. Breakfast was a bit on the poor side, but you get what you pay for. The room was clean and suited our needs just fine.

Our first room was dirty and the furniture was in poor condition. The manager did not hestitae in changing the room. The room was better but the toilet ran the whole time and it got stopped up. The facility needs a good preventive maintenance over hall.

We were suprised to be upgraded to a suite. The small kitchen had everthing we needed. Every one was friendly. Location was convienent for a conference we were attending at a much higher priced hotel. Also close to shopping.

The room was actually pretty decent. It is located near a lot of local attractions (Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal). It's only about a 25 minute or less drive to any of these places. The hotel does include a free breakfast with Juice, Bagels, Muffins, and Yogurt. The bed wasn't the most comfortable thing I've ever slept on, but it worked. We stayed on Commodity Drive for only 2 nights but would have gladly stayed longer. The room was huge and we loved the kitchen/dining area that allowed us to self service rather than going out each night. Big Walmart just across the road was great too. Lady at check-in counter was unfriendly, less-than-helpful, but after much persuasion and a short nap in the lobby, she gave us our room key 15 minutes before check-in time. The room was HUGE, the bed was amazing- as were the linens. The couch and ergonomic chair were wonderful. And the TV rotated so no matter if we were at the table in the kitchen, […] on the couch, or in bed, we could watch TV. The kitchen had dishes and glasses and evetything your home would include- even a dishwasher. Everything about the room was very nice. And worth the money without a doubt. However, vending machines are only on one floor. And the outdoor maintenance and problems with the water sprinklers made our car very very dirty and I often got wet entering and exiting the building- which was annoying and smelly. From the time I checked in until the time I checked out, I had a great stay at the Extended Stay Deluxe in Orlando, on John Young Parkway. All my questions were answered with a smile. Whenever I needed anything, the people at the front desk were more than happy to help. From getting a taxi to giving out directions, they were there for me. The room was […] spacious and very clean. Large fridge, dishwasher, pan to cook in, dishes, ect. It felt more like an apt than a hotel room. I was impressed. The beds were so comfy. Fresh towels everyday and beds made. I even woke up early to enjoy the free breakfast. I did cook in my room, but not breakfast. They had vending machines for those late night munchies. I'm already planning on going back to this hotel. Its close to the school my son will be attending. Greyhound station is minutes away. The hotel is close to Sand Lake Road & International Drive, where you can find fun things to do with your friends and family. I have told my friends and family about this hotel. The rates are very affordable and you get so much for what you pay. its worth every penny and then some. I WILL be going back very soon, and I can't wait! You're not getting just a hotel room. good pool nice and quiet evrything you need kitchen,bathroom, and breakfast

My travels take me frequently to Orlando for business. Summer overnights are bargains, but finding something during the winter is tough. This hotel was perfect for my four-night stay: comfortable, quiet, and accommodating. I'd recommend it to everyone -- except I don't want it to be full the next time I head up that way!

The first room I was put in the air didn't work. So they gave me another room and that one smelled like a smokehouse. But tht room was suppose to be smoke free. The lights in the kitchen and bathroom didn't work. It was very outdated not even a flat screen tv. I am usually a big extended stay fan. But this has changed my mind.

Air Condition was not working well.

The room is very big and confortable, however the bed was too soft for me. Breakfast was poor, same on all day, yoghurt, bagel, muffin, jam, butter, not too healthy... They should clean the carpet on the corridor more often.

I originally had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door because Housekeeping comes early in the morning. As I was leaving the hotel to go to the Theme Park, my husband stop and spoke to Housekeeping two doors down from our room and advised her that we removed the Do Not disturb sign off the door and it was okay to clean our room (refresh our towels & remove […] our garbage) and she advised my husband ok (11:30am). When we return to our hotel room that night, we noticed Housekeeping never came and refreshed our towels or remove the garbage. I went to the front desk and was told it was because we had the sign on the door and no one could assit me because the young lady was the only staff member there. I asked the Young lady at the first desk, who handles maintance issues for the guest and she said no one. She stated that she will contact her manager at home and he will call my room. After 15 minutes, I received a call from the manager and he stated that he will have the young lady at the front desk deliver clean towels and replace the garbage when she has free time. The young lady did come to our room, but advised that this was not her job and took our dirty towels and garbage and gave us fresh towels. I cannot believe a manager would leave one staff member to manage the front desk and have no other staff members on site to attend to the Hotel guests needs or concerns. Well the Extended Stay Orlando could have been better but overall for the cost it was not too bad. The shower didn't drain, the shower curtain kept falling off, the stove did not work. I told them at the desk that these things needed attention, but I'm not sure anything will be done about it. The hotel looks great from the entrance but the room itself was old and nasty. No bedbugs or anything just stains on the bathroom sink and tub. Huge water stain on the ceiling. It was fine for the 2 nights we were there.

Nice room for the money but noisy. Must not be any insulation in walls or ceiling. Sounded like tap dancing elephant up stairs! Did'nt sleep most of first night. Transients constantly in parking lot, but no contact was made. Overall this facility is nice, maybe some recent renovation. Close enough to big venues but far enough away to not be bothered […] by the crowds. We would stay there again but I'll make sure to bring my earplugs. 詳情

The hotel was pretty basic and in need of updating. The bed was hard, and I was not convinced that the room was as clean as I would have liked. The neighborhood was convenient.

We found the heating and A/C did not work properly, but the weather was good and we did not need it, so we did not tell the management until we were leaving.
