The staff of the hotel are very nice and helpful. They always try their best to fulfill our needs such as changing a bigger room, booking a shuttle bus to the airport.......

位置很好，周边都是购物商场，服务也很到位，性价比较高，干净整洁，但是被子有点潮，但总归还是令人满意的，下次来一定还会选择这里。

整体环境都吾错，游咏池需然细，但好宁静，建身房好

这个酒店以前是Holiday Inn Scotts，现在被文莱的苏丹买下了，所以门面都改成青色的了。此酒店地理位置非常优越，就在史各士路头上近乌节路，傍边是伊势丹和DFS，对面就是远东购物中心、诗家董和君悦酒店等，门口走出去就有一家星巴克和麦当劳，吃饭、购物、交通等都很方便。房间够大，卫生间有浴缸和淋浴，有免费的咖啡、煎茶和美禄，冰箱里的饮料都是免费的。由于是老的酒店，电梯等设施已经比较陈旧，但保养得还是不错的。总的来说性价比蛮高，如果是自由行的客人，应该是个不错的选择。

close to MRT. room is clean, large, luxury and with free wifi and minibar. although view from my room is not great. room rate is very cheap with what i got. will stay here again!

The front desk is as usual quite efficient and friendly. However, unlike many of my previous stays, they were relunctant to extend a late check out to 2pm. A gentleman by the name of VK was particularly unaccomodating and said "we have many guests checking in at your category tomorrow" and therefore insisted on a 12 noon check out. Centrally located , remains very busy therefore the concierge staff will only direct you to take taxis ! Whilst train options were available. The mini bar was useful with 2 beers, soft drinks water - restocked what was consumed. Make sure you take the drinks with you when going out . Good with family.

Great location and easy access to transport. Very helpful concierge and friendly cleaning staff. Could do with better mini-bar goodies! Disappointed that breakfast not included!

The hotel requires a refurbish in hallways. The rooms are quite good & comfortable,the service is good & friendly. I would stay there again .

Enjoyed stay here and was so central and walkable to many places or easy taxi ride from Clyde Quay...Staff very helpful and friendly. Will come back again.

We stayed here for 2 nights - but only had one full day in Singapore before we continued our journey. As such, we wanted a hotel in the main shopping district, and the location of the hotel is excellent for that. We were slightly early, but got a room immediately, which always helps after a bit of a long flight. Rooms are a good size, beds comfortable […] and bathrooms clean. The lobby was a bit noisy, but then it was New Year and there was a children's party. Rooms, though, seemed quiet and restful. Excellent locaiton near Orchard road. However, by time of booking, we stated that we need two separate beds, they still arrange on king size bed for us in the beginning. When hotel staff hand out the room cards, we double checked again and then they have to change to another room to suit our original request. This was not very efficient. Great Location for shopping. I have some problem with my booking. I booked for club deluxe room but my name is in standard room and also breakfast is free for club deluxe room but the system still wrong they said I had to pay for it. Anyway they sorry about their mistake. The rest was great.

Royal Plaza should be 1st choice for everybody. Excellent location, polite and proactive staffs, great food, comfort and comfort room. Just a minor setbacks, on last night we've stayed there's water dripping probably from AC pipe leak just above the bathroom door. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the Royal Plaza on Scotts in Singapore. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. The location was excellent and easy walking distance to Orchard Rd and the MRT. I will definitely come back to this hotel next year.

Was a very fast overnight stay. Flight came in early in the morning and expected to have to wait, however there was a room available and I was grateful to be checked in at 8am, with no issue whatsoever. Good business hotel, good buffet breakfast, and consistently good service.

Convienient and good hotel. Was promised an upgrade when booking and received with no problem. Will use again

Check in was smooth, arrive really late (close to midnight); the hotel was so fully booked so we weren't able to get the room we wanted (on a high floor) but they compensated us by upgrading us to a suite... Thank you to Anita at the reception for being so considerate. The room is very nice. We love the comfy beds, a nice touch of nespresso machine, […] plus the big LCD in the living room. However, if you care for the hotel with the view, this surely isn't your type of a hotel since the view from both sides are overlooking parking structures. Nothing to brag about it. The location of the hotel is flawless. Close to MRT station, cinema, and Orchard shopping district. We're really having a great time staying there. My husband and myself recently stayed in The Royal Plaza on Scotts. It was a fantasic stay and the staff on all levels from reception to the cleaning personnel were always ready and willing to assist in any way they could. We will be returning again new year to Singapore and will definately be co ming back here.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and resonable. It is in a great business location. The staff was personable and the room was comfortable and clean. I recommend this accomodation for work and pleasure.

My partner and I were booked into the Royal Plaza for 3 nights, but had to extend our stay a further 5 nights when I became ill. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating during this time, including assistance in arranging an urgent GP housecall to the hotel. Great buffet restaurant too. Highly recommended.

This is definitely a 4.5 star hotel. The concierge and front desk staff were helpful and my room was spotless and luxurious.

I was given a room facing a parking garage that made the room dark and gloomy. When I first checked in, they gave me a key to a room that was not ready and so I had to wait 10 mins to be given another room. The shower door leaked water on to the floor. Great service from the moment we stepped through the front door. A great location - close to MRT Station and shops. Great pool and free wifi and mini bar -beer, coke and oreo's.

having stayed in this hotel 2 nights previous, i must admit this 2nd time around i was a bit disappointed. i booked both nights via this website, for the same room, however my rooms and experiences were quite different. the 1st night stay was without complaint. my 2nd night stay was in a smaller room, i did not have a bath at all and the toiletries […] and mini bar were different. i did not actually ask the hotel staff why figuring perhaps i had been upgraded the first time round? however in the morning i was woken by lots of banging and when i left my room for some shopping i found the hall to be covered with mattresses and rolls of carpets. every room in the hallway apart from mine was being updated. a pitty they did not think to put me in a room where the updating was not happening. this together with the lower grade room did make me feel a bit unwelcomed - however its not really my nature to complain so i did not say anything to the staff. aside from this everything about the hotel was great and i would definatley recommend to friends and return. 詳情

Very convenient, next to shopping malls in Orchard Road, and close to MRT station

This hotel turned out to be a good choice for us, we stayed at the hotel for a week and the only negative was in the confusion of rooms, making us have to change three rooms in the six days we were there! They were not sure of the room category and so kept making us change it or have to pay more money, but besides that, it was a great place The staff […] is extremely polite and helpful, there are plenty of amenities for everyone, the pool is not very good, we did not use it, but the location is very central, the metro is close by and there's a lot of activity around It is about 45 min away from the airport, but taxis are cheap in Singapore, costing us about 35 dollars to get to the hotel I would recommend it and come back again for sure! 詳情

Having recently stayed at Royal Plaza on Scotts, I can recommend this hotel for its convenient location close to Orchard Road, also for the courtesy of the staff who went out of their way to meet our needs. The gimmick here is the free mini bar, unlike what you expect in a hotel of this class the minibar consists of 2 mini packs of oreos, 2 bottles of water, 2 beers, 1 coke, 1 diet coke and 1 orange juice. Not at all what it would have were you going to be charged for it. Free breakfast would have been far more worthwhile.
