What a nice hotel! It was conveniently located for our business meeting and the room was spacious and clean. The bed and shower were to die for!! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast service has a nice variety. Whenever we go back to Raleigh, this is the place for us!

Stains in the hallway carpets and in our room. Overall the hotel just felt dirty. There are only see-through curtains in the rooms so the room is very bright at night and it is difficult to sleep. The whirlpool was out of order the entire time we were there. The breakfast was terrible, the only thing safe to eat was the yogurt or cereal. The staff were […] nice enough. The safe in our room was broken and they took 2 days to come look at it and then told us the only option was for us to take a different room. The location was not what we expected either, basically on a street with tons of traffic and fast food. Overall, I was very disappointed in this hotel. 詳情

Great hotel for the price.

Hotel was great for the price. Clean and friendly staff. The only concern was when I went to the front desk or pass the front desk the staff always texting or u talking on cell phones. Don't expect everyone to be repectful as the price attracts all kinds of people.

Disappointed that this didn't qualify for Wyndhamn points since it was booked through Hotels.com

I've stayed in several hotels in Raleigh and this is a good one. I will surely stay again, when I visit, wasn't a full breakfast but I enjoyed it. The staff were very freindly

This was by far the best hotel that I have stayed in since I have been coming to Raleigh.

I was in town for a conference at the convention center downtown and it was a straight shot there in five minutes. Great price for a great location. Breakfast was good too!!

The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff is commendable and makes for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The breakfast accommodation has variety and is better than some other hotels who provide continental breakfast. The Wednesday night pizza and wings is a VERY special treat! There is a degree of isolation to the location that takes away some of the […] appeal. The hotel sits back far from the main road with very little surrounding it which can be a bit uncomfortable. Nice atmosphere inside and the accommodations were very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the efforts of the staff to provide for my needs. 詳情

Wingate by Wyndham-Raleigh The staff were very courteous and helpful. It was very affordable, but the clientele were a little suspect and I think came with the price structure. The breakfast and happy hour accomodations were always well received.

As a first-time visitor to Raleigh, I wish someone would have written this review for me. As for the hotel itself, I only have a few issues. First, when I reserve a non-smoking room I would like that to include the hallway outside my room. The first night I walked out and it was obvious that someone had been smoking either in a non-smoking room (since […] the whole floor was non-smoking) or in the hallway. I contacted the staff who seemed entirely disinterested, and never saw anyone attempt to follow up on my concern. Secondly, the front desk staff, more often than not, were more concerned with their own personal visitors than with what they were being paid to do. On the plus side, breakfast was always good, other staff was very polite and helpful and the room was very large and accommodating. Everything worked well (except the alarm clock - it was several hours ahead and there was literally no way to adjust the time) and my overall experience with the hotel itself was alright. **IMPORTANT** This is not a good area of Raleigh. This hotel sits on Capital Blvd, which I found out is lovingly referred to as "Crapital Blvd." My trip revolved around frequent contact with local law enforcement, and everyone I spoke with warned me against staying in the area again. After some research, I found out that in the week prior to my stay, there was a shooting, a stabbing and an attempted suicide-by-cop incident, all less than a mile from the hotel. Apparently, according to one officer, the hotel has frequent issues with robbery/assault/theft/vandalism, so I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay. If you're traveling to a new city for the first time, take a minute to contact the local law enforcement and ask what areas you should avoid. They are, more often than not, very happy to talk for a few minutes on the subject. 詳情

well while I was staying their the hotel was robbed and the young lady that was there was a very nice person.. Its just my room smelled and when I was checking in the woman was on her cell phone and was giving me problem.. I told her we usally stay at the hotel in garner and by the way they treat us like family there with such respect and class.. Nice and well maintained. Nice staffs.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend as it was close to our son's home. The room was spacious, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was very good for expanded continental. We were very pleased with the choices although the waffle iron was not in service. We highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back again.

Nice stay . Stayed three nights for my daughter's soccer tournament. Very close to fields. Rooms always cleaned promptly. Allowed us to use the lobby in the evenings. Beds were comfortable bedding fresh.

When I stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham I was amazed at the fine details that each area of the hotel had, from the clean rooms, cable, internet, staff was friendly, the front desk was always there and helpful, and the breakfast each morning left you full whether it be the pour your own fresh waffles, the muffins, or the fruit. I recently stayed for one night on my way through town. We were originally put in a 4th floor room with a whole window pane missing - it was covered over with a plastic sheet and tape. We were moved to another room without problems. The room was average - clean but generally a bit worn and tired. Breakfast was standard. Everything was good with this hotel but we were there for only one night after going to a concert. My only complaint would have been an odd smell in the hallway and somewhat in our room. Otherwise our stay was fine.

The hotel was okay, but they were doing maintenance on a leak while we were there and the front desk clerk was nowhere to be found when we checked out in the morning.

This hotel is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside is the pillows-they are small and not comfortable. I would stay here again-but would bring my own pillows!

I recently stayed at the wIingate in raleigh nc, everything was fine as far as the rooms and service, people were nice and helpful and the rooms were clean and comfy. The location was really good also. The only problem that the pool closed really early and so did the jacuzzi. 9pm for the pool and 10 for the jacuzzi. Great hotel - great staff, definitely a bargain for the price. Only down side, the pillows were a little large. Both my colleague and I agreed that a flatter pillow would have been an improvement. Other than that - really great experience.

This hotel was a good value for the money but the pool was closed and the gate locked. Could not sit outside in the patio chairs because they were locked in. We had to sit out front on the curb to enjoy the fresh air. They should have seating outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. That is my only complaint. Staff was great.
