這間旅館交通非常的方便，中央車站過條馬路就到了！但是旅館本身很老舊，一進去旅館內就有一種老舊的味道！不管是大廳或房間都有！房間東西也是一樣老舊，馬桶沖水要按很大力才能沖，吹風機的頭還斷掉！旅館擺了很多畫，但有些都亂恐怖的！所以住完後我都稱這間為恐怖旅社！住一晚還可以，但不要長住！早餐很難吃！！

HOTEL VERY NEAR STATION. vE4RY CLEAN AND NICE.. oUR ROOM HAD A LOT OF STEPS TO WALK UP AND DRAG LUGGAGE BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR EVERY ROOM. bREAKFAST INCLUDED BUT JUST ok NOT GREAT. i WOULD STAY THERE AGIN.

Location excellent. Price was moderate vs other hotels in the city but cleanliness gains little points. I met other tourists who stayed at cheaper hotels , more spartan but clean. The grouting around the shower tray was covered with black mildew n scum outside the tray.. Yucky! Seriously hotel needs full renovations.. Carpets and drapes, bed covers […] etc.. While the hotel was clean, and the staff was polite and helpful, I feel as though they need to do some updates and renovations. I think what bothered me the most was the overpowering scent of lemon cleaner upon walking into the room. While everything appeared clean, it was hard not to wonder exactly what is was they were covering with the strong cleaner. […] I found it difficult to sleep at night because the chemicals bothered my allergies. All in all, for the price, I would still probably stay here again, and the location so near the train station was wonderful, but I would hope they make some changes before I'd return. 詳情

This hotel is cheap for a reason. On the plus side its very central and cheap. On the downside the room stunk of damp and mould up the walls, under the bed was full of rubbish and one of the receptionists was rude and abrupt to just about everyone - I think he needs to find a new passion in life! The room was large, the bathroom was updated, except for the hairdryer which looks like a vacuum. The room was stuffy, the cleaners used seem to take up all the oxygen. This hotel is conveniently located a short walk from all the great attractions. I think the building has seen better days, but was still a fairly comfortable experience.The staff are quite friendly, but I felt a bit misled because of the parking arrangement where they didn't clarify that I was actually paying the city tax which was the same amount as […] the parking; I then also had to pay twice the amount, because the rate they quoted was actually for a single day and not the duration of my stay. There was at least a 1.5ft of black mold all overthe bath ceiling! Also a little bit of mold in our room. The front desk clerk seem to not understand of why this was a problem! The staff was willing to move us the next day.

It was very good. The location is just perfect. Very close to the train station and major sightseeings. The room was clean and the breakfast was alright. A/C was not working alright. I think it was overall a good stay.

Plus points: hotel is very near train station and the centre of town in reasonably safe area. You got breakfast that we didn't know before arriving, the beds were extremely comfortable and I slept really well with no noise. Negative points: Hotel and room was extremely dated, decor was falling off the walls, everything is mismatched, TV was stuck up […] in the corner wall of our room where you could hardly see it, hotel reception not very friendly, bit dirty around the edges, breakfast selection not bad but coffee was horrible and there were a lot of dirty plates and cups not cleared away. We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations are small by American standards, but adequate by European. The carpet was worn and the wallpaper was old, there is heavy tourist traffic in Florence. The location was just perfect. Steps from all to do in Florence ... Walk to train station in 5 min., all the sites so very close, if that is indeed what you are after. The condition of the hotel .... Sadly, very dirty and dated our room had wallpaper peeling off the walls. Shower full of mold, walls clear duct tape repaired. 1.5 Stars and that's being kind. Convenient to the train albeit that puts it on very noisy/main street. Given the low price it was passable as a low cost accommodation that's convenient to the major train station.

I didn't like this hotel at all. The room was tiny with zero floor space. The carpeting in room and hotel was old and smelled old. The shower was tiny and you had to climb over the toilet to get to it. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel. I'm surprised it's ratings on your site weren't much lower. When I checked in, they asked me to pay 3 euros each night for some kind of government fee. That is 12 euros in total. I don't know why it is not included in my order.

Enjoyed our stay/first time in Tuscany. Had very nice view from the street. We slept well in our clean room. Was supposed to have Wi-fi access in room according to booking/hotel staff but was only able to access wi-fi in the waiting/reception area and signal is lost in our room. Was still a great value and close to the train station/sights.

Had a great time in Florence, unfortunately our room over looked the main road and was quit noisy until midnight.

The room was mediocre and the staff were only slightly better. Breakfast was typical to Italy - no hot breakfast, only pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice (not fresh, nor 100% real), and deli meats. The location is the only allure, given the price.

Nice hotel property, clean and AC worked, but not outstanding in details. Good European style breakfast buffet. Location just a block from the Santa Maria Nouvo train station in Florence makes it worthwhile.

We decided to stay here as it was close to the station and we were arriving very late at night. It is close and easy to find from the station/main bus terminal so is definitely recommended for that. The hotel itself is dated and could use a refurb - for example, there was a large section of wallpaper that was peeling off our bedroom wall. The shower […] is absolutely tiny - I can't even imagine attempting to wash your hair in there. Overall, it was good for what it was - but I wouldn't stay there for more than 1 night. There are plenty of lovely atmospheric places in Florence where you will pay a little more, but it would definitely be worth it. 詳情

During our 3 night stay, we changed rooms 3 times. All rooms had a strong odor as if the windows were not opened in years. Everything smelled awful that I couldn't even hang up my chlothes in the closet. Furniture were extremly old and everthing appeared to be dirty. Hotel staff was very rude when we checked in, rude about paying the taxes (cash only but did not forewarn us). Even more rude to our travel friends who came by to visit for a few minutes and see the view (no view really). Shower was TINY. Bed was old and air con did not work.
