The hotel staff is very good, they speak English and are eager to help. I frequently send them documents to print for me, which they are happy to do. This was not the case at other hotels in Vicenza. "Terrible hotel"
This was a terrible hotel. I have never stayed in such a poorly maintained and dirty hotel in my life. B4 should be ashamed to have their name attached to this hotel. "Nice hotel i will stay there again"

Das B4 Vicenza ist ein gutes Stadthotel für Städtreisen und wohl auch für Geschäftsleute. Es liegt etwas außerhalb der historischen Altstadt. "Hôtel Boscolo "De la Ville" à Vicenza, proche de Venise, Padoue et Vérone."
Tout était bien dans cet Hôtel, à commencer par sa position géographique, non loin du Centre-ville, et son parking pratique et gratuit. Ensuite son personnel était aussi discret qu'efficace, pour le service quotidien des chambres où d'ailleurs le linge était changé quotidiennement sans avoir à le demander. Puis le personnel de la réception qui lui aussi […] était à notre service si on le sollicitait à tout moment pour un renseignement touristique ou logistique. Enfin que dire du service du petit déjeuner, où un buffet garni nous attendait quotidiennement accompagné du sourire et de la gentillesse de sa préposée.
