Outstanding service and a gorgeous resort. The pool is spectacular, the rooms are very comfortable and the food was delicious. The staff is very fluent in English. I was injured with a bad knee & a bad back - the staff went above & beyond to make me comfortable & look after me. Beautiful setting and terrific villas and suites but limited dining options and sometimes catering not up to the same standard and arrangements for functions interfere with service to guests which is ludicrous. Still worth staying at because of the serenity of the setting and charming staff.

Beautiful grounds, unique design, and perfect service made for a magical stay among the hills of Ubud. The basic suite is a spacious duplex with incredible views. Nicely situated close to jungle and ricefields, but also Ubud in proximity. Great luxurious bungalows, with nice facilities, but rather costly with extra charges for airport shuttle and use of WiFi and breakfast. Unfortunately my little family with our 16 month old Marie-Therese had only few days to stay in this natural paradise - for us one of the five best places around the world to stay - we definitely have to come back again. There is also a very positive impact by Bali`s culture, especially around Ubud.

ホテルのスタッフが皆さんこちらの名前を予め覚え、それで声をかけてくれる最高のホスピタリティーでした。サービスは完璧です。料理は際立っているわけでは無いですが、不満が全くありませんでした（ディナーコースは繊細な味付けで満足でした）。ここの滞在の後、ヌサドゥアの米国資本系ホテルに行きましたが、サービスの差に驚かされました。またバリに行く機会があれば、ぜひ訪問したいと思いました。

Four Seasons är säkert det vackraste hotellet jag bott på. Fantastik byggnad mitt i naturen. Och naturligtvis förstklassig service. Rummen i själva hotellet är i två etage med två balkonger och sovrum i nedre delen. Dessutom finns ett antal villor. You wake up in your bed and just in front of you there is the endless jungle. The ayung river flows gently with the upmost relaxing sound. You can even swim in the river just five steps down the pool. The best hotel ever!

订了套房，被免费升级为别墅！ 太棒了。目前住过最棒的酒店，spa也超级棒。还会再住四季的其它酒店的。
