北多倫多帕克威喜來登大酒店 (Sheraton Parkway Toronto North - Richmond Hill / Markham) - 里奇蒙丘

We were put in room 603 and it was dreadful. Heard everything next door. This is a room with adjoining doors on both sides. We had no idea it would be so noisy. At 1 a.m. we heard everything going on next door ... very loud men talking. We were moved at 2:45 a.m. to a much quieter room.

Wonderful staff, lovely hotel.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. It was nice to have underground parking that was clean and felt safe. The staff serving in the ballroom were curtious and went out of their way to be senitive to allegies. That was greatly appreciated.

Great price and a beautiful hotel, but many little problems: They seem to have a hard time finding my reservation, and couldn't seem to understand enough English to make them understand. Walls are very thin, and the noise from other rooms is greatly disturbing. I had someone in the next room listening to loud Indian music. I called the front desk three […] times with promises from them to send someone up to talk to the person- I finally had to do it myself! On the bright side, rooms were spacious and comfortable, a Starbucks downstairs, and free parking. Also very easy to get to and conveniently located, but with so many other hotels in the area, I probably will try another hotel first before returning to this one. 詳情

Hotel was in a great location to us. There is plenty of restaraunts and shopping close by. Very close to the 407 and other main roads. Was dissapointed when we got to our room. We had requested a King but ended up with two double beds. We notified the main desk and was told there were no King beds available. The room was nice however there were small […] things that just added up to dissapointment. Asked for a late check out, were told that it would cost another 58 dollars for that. We made one local phone call, that cost 1.45! The room was clean but not great. Hair in the bathtub, dirt on the bathroom floor ect. The hotel was very busy with a confrence while we were there, however there was plenty of free parking in their parking garage. 詳情

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel for a girls reunion. It is an excellent hotel and value priced. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Imagine our surprise when we ordered a movie not knowing we would be charged $18 + tax until after we had selected it. I think the hotel should tell people what the charge will be BEFORE they purchase a movie - regardless of the price. Thought the hotel was sleazy and underhanded for treating it's customers like that so won't be going back to a Sheraton […] anytime soon! BL 詳情

Hurricane Irene postponed our event, and forced us to find accommodations from the hotel we were at to another on short notice. I booked the reservation at 10AM, and we were able to check-in 2 hours later. The hotel graciously allowed us an early check-in, and didn't charge us extra for it. Our room was clean, spacious and had a comfortable bed. Some […] slight confusion in locating the hotel, which is both a Sheraton and Best Western, and has signs for both out front. We booked the reservation under 'Sheraton' but the local phone listing is under 'Best Western'. Private room internet service is $8 per day (advertised as free). There is free WiFi internet service in the lobby by the coffee shop. We were very happy with the room and convenient walking location to restaurants and shopping. Great Layout for Suite. One of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in.

Excellent room, stay was very enjoyable! Great comfort! I will make the Sheraton, my choice of hotels!

I booked a King-size bedroom and was given two doubles. When I called the consierge, I was told that I had booked the two doubles and they were "running out of room" so they would be unable to accomodate what I paid for. I had to actually show the concierge my email confirming king-sized bedroom in order to switch to a new room. Both rooms (the original […] double they gave me, and the king-sized room) had hair in the tub and did not appear to be clean. One or two hairs is bound to happen, but we're talking about more than 10 pubic hairs in both tubs. It was disgusting. All that had to be done was turn on the shower to wash the hair down! The king bedroom we were finally accomodated with came with an adjoining door to another room where there were teenagers giggling all night until 3 a.m. I called the consierge to have a noise complaint entered and although I was told they would be telephoned, their phone line never rang. I got NO SLEEP at all and was not even able to enjoy the comfortable bed, which was the only reason I booked with Sheraton. If you want a clean hotel room, stay elsewhere. 詳情

NEW YEAR PARTY

New, clean and comfortable. Excellent service. Given the fact that it is located in the middle of an office and strip mall jungle, the convenience store and gas station on the premises are a nice touch. Convenience store is very expensive. If you like Chinese food, there is TONS of it around, also an Indian restaurant close by.

Great location for a business stay, restaurant and lounges close by.

nice hotel

We arrived late night and very tired. Upon arrival even we had paid fully in advance for 2 nights, they told us they are sold out and they wanted to give us a room which was not requested by us. Upon consistent request they gave us a room which was not bad.Front desk attendant was not very friendly either.
