Great desk Managers are very helpful. Check-in and out are fast. This location is near my work site. Good, hot coffee is fresh at 6am sharp. No security problems during my 5 visits. My non-smoking rooms are always fresh. The price is right.

I have stayed at a super at in Marion Indiana and had a great experience all the way to the superb breafast spread but this one was not up to par. The service was alright but the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. The toilet was dirty and the comforter on our bed had some sticky brown stuff on it. We thought we were getting a queen size bed […] but instead it was a double bed which was quite hard. The continental breakfast was horrible, need better food. 詳情

Checkin was easy with a very helpful and pleasant desk staff. Adequate parking, with no security problems during my stay. Room had 2 minor drawbacks. Mine was next to the stairwell (somebody has to be next to the stairwell), and a wall switch at the entrydoor shut off the TV (took me a minute to figure that one out). What else is there to say? It's relatively cheap, it's very close to the airport and I-65, the room was comfortable & clean. Will certainly stay there again.

After reading some positive reviews and considering the cheap rate, I decided to stay here to attend an event at the Expo Center. You couldn't pay me to stay here again. The carpeting in the hallways looked like it hadn't been vacuumed recently, and although the very small room was generally clean, there was dust and particles on the carpeting under […] the chair and desk - there was an old chapstick under the desk against the wall. Was still there the day after I called to complain that the room hadn't been vacuumed that day. The garbage can outside the one entrance was overflowing before it was emptied. Also looked like some folks were living in the hotel. Overall very dumpy and not a great area. 詳情

Homey, welcoming and clean.

Hotal was dumpy and it seemed like it was also being rented out as apartment housing. I would have stayed somewhere else if i had known the condition of the hotel.

c lose to our destination and easy to find, all the employees were exceptionally friendly from the front desk to the girls stocking the breakfast table. quiet at night and in the morning. The room could have used new carpet but in this business there's always maintince needing done, will stay again,when we return!!

Great location for the Kentucky Derby or Breeders Cup with only being four miles from the track with a low budget. The hotel is basic, but accommodates just fine.

We were in town for an event at the Kentucky Expo Center and this hotel was very close. We stayed in a non-smoking room (smoker went outside to smoke) because this room was updated. We were very happy with everything! - Room was clean - hotel staff helpful - and the rate was about the best for a hotel this close to the expo center. The wireless Internet service at this hotel was spotty - a weak signal in my room at the opposite end of the building from the reception desk, and the service kept cutting off, so I had to reconnect a lot.

If we needed anything, the staff was right on it and they were all very friendly. The complimentary breakfast, however, was lacking. For the price, though, it was well worth the stay.

It was one of the worst stays. they advertise new rooms , that is only the first floor I was told. All other rooms were nasty, food, paper,'trash all in chairs I had to change rooms cause no light bulb in lamp and no desk chair. If I had not already paid and was tied I would have left, not a good stay

The hotel is of course more for "economy minded stays." That being said, I have the highest praise for the promptness of the staff and the issues that I experienced will more than likely not exist in the near future. Our first problem was that the website showed 1 king bed. There unfortunately are no king beds at all in the hotel since the renovation. […] With 3 adults this was problematic but quickly resolved with the extra rollaway bed (that was not supposed to be available until the cleaning staff located one.) Great. Next was the air conditioning. It didn't work and the room was quite warm. The staff was right on it and by that night we slept in a cool and comfortable room. Later, we needed the iron and board and that was quickly delivered to us as well as some extra sheets. With all that finally taken care of we were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend without incident. Thank you to a staff that was prompt and courteous during the entire stay and ready to meet our needs at any moment! 詳情

This hotel was quite dirty. I would never stay there for the price again. The air had a musty smoke smell throughout the hall and room. Shower and toilet was old and dirty. Dirty that no one wanted to shower in there. My children wouldn't even sleep under the blankets. Hotel had pest control trucks there, and trash from remodeling (I hope) in the hallways. Room had mold, grime and gross carpet. Sink and shower looked like it hadn't been scrubbed, ever. Good location off the freeway, and nice to have free internet and breakfast, but the rooms are filthy, and traffic will wake you up in the morning. At least we didn't […] get bed bugs. clean, remodeled, and helpful staff, great morning breakfast.

We book two rooms on Thursday,Friday and Saturday, we checked out Sunday. When we entered the room it smelled like pee and it had not been dusted in some time. We ajusted to the smell and sleep very well. We had to get coffee from the desk but even that was no big hassle. We enjoyed our three day stay and would stay again.
