The Reid's Palace Hotel is surrounded by its own gardens - a secluded oasis away from the bustle of Funchal. The views from the hotel and the grounds are exceptional. I travelled with my family; wife and three teenagers. We all enjoyed the facilities including the pools, tennis, table tennis and fitness. We were a little nervous about booking the "charming room", thinking that it might overlook a parking lot and be tiny, but we were very surprised and pleased to have a sufficiently sized room (just a bit on the small side - only really noticed since we couldn't roll the room service cart over to the balcony as it wouldn't fit). We had an amazing view […] from the balcony and would have no hesitation staying there again. The hotel and staff were impeccable. The location was great for the view, though it was a 12-15 minute downhill walk to the center of town (and therefore a nice hike back up to the hotel). 詳情

Værelsestørrelse passende, udsigt fra altan god, størrelse på altan som forventet, elektronisk overførsel af avis fra Danmark leveret om morge- nen, ingen støj i nogen af døgnets timer. Hotel- maden knapt så fristende.
