Coast Anabelle Hotel - 柏班克

We stayed here while going to Universal Studios. Not a cheap cab ride (as some reviews said) so we just drove and parked - an easy drive. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. They charge a $5 per night "entertainment fee", this fee is specifically for the flat screen in the room. They should probably include this fee in their rate. It is pretty lame to find out you have to pay to watch t.v. - which we, did not.

I was very happy with this hotel and the location. The staff were very informative and efficient. Would def stay here again.

The hotel was close to all of the local attractions ie: Warner Bros, Universal, Hollywood- All within a couple of minutes drive. The Hotel rooms were clean, nothing fancy- The only really disappointing thing on a vacation staying at a hotel is no swimming pool or hot tub.

The customer service at the hotel is great--very responsive, friendly front desk employees. FYI, the "gym" and pool are at the very run down hotel across the street. They shouldn't be included in this hotel's description.

The hotel was very comfortable, and clean. BUT, they still entered my room, even with the "do not disturb" sign on my door. They deducted the whole amount on VISA a month before our stay, and would not give us a full refund if our plans changed, or a situation came up where our trip got cancelled. The hotel's much better than I expected from some previous reviews. The staffs are extremely nice and helpful, and the room is neat and cozy. Of course the building is a bit of age, but workers there had kept the whole place at its cleanest possible. I use "cozy" because every detail in the room is designed in a way which I feel welcomed. Some facilities […] provided in the room are better and more complete than some downtown hotel which cost us double of the price (we stayed in downtown L.A earlier). Hotel location is convenient to all attractions as its introductions said already, and there is a CVS locates 3 minutes walking aways. Stay with Coast Anabelle worths every penny! Great neighborhood, super friendly awesome, efficient staff. We arrived a little early and were accommodated immediately. The staff seemed genuinely friendly and was very helpful. When we got to the room, my so used the toilet and it was clogged, so we called front desk. As a neat freak, I removed the bed covers to check the mattress and it was really clean - like new. The stay would have been perfect if only the next day my husband and I did not wake up with sore lower backs because of the slightly stiff bed. Everything at this hotel was great - location, restaurant, bar, flat screen TV with a computer that is connected to it that can be used for a flat $5.00 fee during the stay. The only issue that would keep me from staying there again is that the mattress in my room was like sleeping on a board. Very uncomfortable.

For me it was a short stay -but the people were very nice on the phone and in person. They made you feel at home - The room was clean and the bedding was very comfortable. I am not a fan of the eco paperproducts - but it is necessary - I would recommend this hotel for people who will be visitng Burbank for pleasure or business.

I wanted to stay near the Warner Bros. studios. The Coast Anabelle Hotel was on the main street, about a mile from the studios. There were some nice restaurants near by. The room was comfortable, especially the beds. I would stay there again.

The staff was wonderful! I will stay here again on my next trip.

One of the days I was there I had the "do not disturb" sign out when they were cleaning my area. Although I took it off and left a little later no one ever came back or called to see if I wanted the room cleaned.

We were very happy with our stay. Our daughter lives in the No. Hollywood area and this was very convenient for all. Great pillows !! Nice cafe and wait staff was friendly !

If you need to be in Burbank, then I recommend this hotel. Other than the surprise extra $5 charge for the computer use, and the annoying saxophone player staying next to us everything was good. Impressed by their computer/tv console, which was very high tech for this kind of hotel. I was at the Peninsula in Beverly Hills a few months ago and they did […] not even have it. We chose the Coast Annabelle Hotel based on previous positive reviews and we weren't disappointed. Other than beds that aren't as comfortable as home (but what is?:) we had a great stay. Staff was very firendly. Location was great given our primary purpose was to go to Universal Studios. Having never been to Burbank we were pleasantly surpised at what […] a great little city it is and being a $8 cab ride from the Annabelle was a real bonus. Also there was a great Mexican restaurant 15mins walk away (can't remember the name). And as per previous reviews the restaurant at the Annabelle was unbelievably good even though one night we were the only ones in it. Aircon worked well and pool next door ok - rather handy given we were there for the hottest day on record!! Do not expect a workout as the gym is nothing more than a few old aerobic machines. My husband and I stayed there one night and it looked nice from outside. But the inside of our room was horrible. It seems like when ever we book through hotels.com we always get the handicap room. First of all we were charges $5 for internet that we did not even use. Second they held $100 bucks due to us booking online and it is considered prepaid. […] And last once we got tto the room it seems like the pillows were not fluffed and someone slepon it. I pre paid for 2 nights for a King bed only to get there and be told they were out of them. The worst part was how dirty the sheets were. There were blood stains and hairs from prior guests all over my bed sheets. I'll never stay there again! Great service, hotel is minutes from Universal Studios and Hollywood Dr. Restaurant in the hotel is a bit expensive but overall the hotel stay was great. We liked the idea of TV and Computer in one, we were able to watch online movies instead of ordering it, this works great when travelling with kids.

Hotel was pleasant, nothing extraordinary but staff very nice. Vending machine was down the whole week and did not get fixed while we were there. Otherwise ok, good chance I would stay again.

We were expecting 2 NORMAL sized beds, since our reservations were made for 3 adults and one 16-year old child. Instead we were given one bed & one roll-away bed(barely big enough for one person)!! Our 35 year old son, visiting from the Army, had to sleep on the FLOOR for both nights! Our booking was wrong. We needed 2 beds, but only got a king. I caught the management in 2 different lies about the booking. The hotel was booked, so we couldn't be accommodated, but they wouldn't let us out of our reservation without a penalty fee. I deal with this and get no where. BEWARE - this hotel's added fee is an EOD - entertainment on demand. The internet is accessable through the television BUT WITHOUT SOUND. Useless for youtube and Pandora.

Stayed just one night after a business trip to see a friend. The Coast Annabelle is easy to find, has a nice well lit parking lot and friendly staff. I was upgraded to a much larger room upon checking since there were no other smoking rooms available. Very nice room. Very clean save for one kind of gross stain on a chair. I know others have complained […] about the 5 dollar charge for the computer in the room, but it's really quite cool. You can log into your Netflix account and watch the instant stream stuff and it's all linked to the large flat screen TV. So just plan on spending the 5 bucks and check it out. It's a pretty cool system. Breakfast the next day was inexpensive for a hotel (about 10 bucks) and was well prepared.
