The K&K Fenix has an excellent staff who was wonderful in assisting us with all our needs! Our only disappointment was the location. Although right off Wenceslaus Square (actually a long avenue) and close to a subway stop, it was far from tram stops and a long hike to the Old Town attractions. Facilities are modern and fresh, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is enormous! This was our third stay, and we'd be glad to return.

great breakfast provided with, excellent location, 1 minute walk to one of the main metro station, 5 minute walk to the main train station. with 3 - 4 star price serving 4 - 5 star standard, it's a great stay. will definitely go back if going to Prague again.

The receptionist named Ivan was fantastic! He gave us lots of useful information and made our stay much more enjoyable with his friendly personality! The rooms were slightly smaller than we had expected, and we thought a pool was part of the hotel as well- but other than this, we had a magnificent time!

This was our 3rd visit to the wonderful city of Prague. Each time we have stayed at the KK Fenix. The Hotel is excellent , it is clean , the staff are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are serviced each day, clean towels are provided and the beds are changed daily. Complimentary bathroom products are supplied, which are very pleasing. There is also […] a hair dyer provided, having stayed in other hotels around the world this is by far one of the best. The Hotel is local and within walking distance of all the sites that Prague offers. Having read reviews that have been placed regarding the location of the Hotel I feel that they are somewhat unfair. Yes it is next to a Cabaret show bar , but this in no way effects or has any impact on the Hotels location. If you are looking for a place to stay this is it, the breakfast that is provided each morning offers a wide variety of choice, such as cereal, cold meats, cheese, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruits, and endless coffee refills . From the moment we arrived at this lovely hotel we felt warmly welcomed and so well looked after. All the staff members from reception to restaurant to breakfast servers and cleaning staff were really charming ,efficient and helpful. The room was perfectly clean, very quiet and comfortable. Buffet Breakfast is not to be missed -such quality and variety. […] The only irritation (which alas is beyond the hotel's control) is that smoking is permitted in most establishment in Czech Rep. Our recommendation would be that smokers are asked not to smoke in the foyer where snacks and meals are served. This is not my first time at this hotel. I chose this primarily for the excellent breakfast choices; likewise, the convenience (generally walking distances) to most tourist sites. The strip clubs on either sides did not really bother me.

Having stayed in other K&K Hotels I knew the level of service from the staff would be good but in Hotel Fenix it was even better, they were the kindest most efficient people you could meet and did everything with a smile, languages were not a problem, the evening bar waitress spoke both English , French with ease.The hotel itself is clean warm and welcoming, […] the rooms are well furnished with comfortable beds and every amenity you could need. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Fenix. It was a special birthday for him and they upgraded our room and sent us bubbles and fruit. The breakfast is amazing, they printed our boarding passes free of charge and there is complimentary tea and coffer in the lobby at all times. Lovely hotel, great location, comfortable bed. Shower can be difficult to get good temperature control, sauna is quite small but not used by other guests very much so space isn't really an issue, otherwise highly recommendable and would stay again!

The half block from Wencelas Square to the hotel is full of strip clubs, but I already knew that. Not an issue for me and my wife.

Great hotel conveniently located to sites and transit in Prague. Checkin was smooth and easy, staff was helpful when asked for anything. The windows sealed out any outside noise very well making it easy to sleep in. We walked to the hotel from the main train station an walked to many sites from the hotel. Breakfast was included and very good

Our first visit to Prague which was most enjoyable and rewarding. K&K Hotel Fenix can be justly proud of the quality of service they provide. The staff display all the personal and proffessional attributes expected of a top quality hotel. The breakfast was of a very high standard which was complimented by very attentive restaurant staff.

Don't however fall for paying for the spa credit etc as this does not exist ! This hotel is a great value. It is clean and comfortable, and the location (just off Wenceslas Square) is ideal for sightseeing afoot. I am tall (6'2") and found the duvet on the bed just a bit shorter than I would like, but otherwise it was great in every way. The breakfast buffet alone sets it apart. I booked the fenix, knowing the the location was great in Prague, but had no real information on the hotel. What a find! The staff went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. The buffet breakfast was included in the room price, and was excellent. Wi-Fi was fast throughout the hotel, including the guest rooms.Again, it was included. The hotel is very well situated for the public transport system - 2 minutes away from the metro and trams. It is in a very quiet street which is a haven of peace after the bustle of Wenceslas Square. There are a couple of clubs on it but during the time we stayed we never saw anyone going in or coming out of them. The breakfast service was great. The air conditioning was nominal. You are constantly accosted by mulitple strip clubs that are located directly next to the hotel. Don't like that you are required to drop your hotel key off at the desk and that they don't ask for identification when you ask for your room key, One of the staff was excellent, one was […] okay, one was sub standard. Fantastic hotel in a great location. Great buffet breakfast. Although next to two cabaret clubs this proved no problem for us (note: we were two female travelers) and we were never harassed. My Mother & I are regular travellers taking 4 or 5 European city breaks a year. We booked this hotel as we knew it was used by reputable tour groups, was central without being too far from Airport bus stop and had good reviews. We also needed a hotel close to the Train station as we were departing by Rail. (10 mins walk from the rail link & Airport […] bus stop) First impressions were not great as the hotel is located a short walk up a street off Wenceslas Sq. To get to the hotel you have to walk past 1 pole dancing club, 1 cabaret club and a large sports bar. We arrived at about 6:30pm and the street was quiet but still cause for concern - HOWEVER when checking in, i asked the female receptionist whether the street was "safe for lone females at night", she advised that although it looked "disgusting" is was very safe. She was absolutely correct! (we satyed a Fri, Sat & Sun night during Euro 2012) The latest we walked up the street was about 10pm and we felt VERY safe - there is a strong Police presence all around and the Doormen do not bother you at all! It's all kept indoors. The Hotel staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful regarding public transport etc, Room was a good size for a twin, very clean and had all the things you'd expect from a 4 star including a bath tub! Only on Friday did we experience noise (music) from the Cabaret club so ask for a quiet room. Hotel central for restaurants, public transport, shops, sights. Would stay again!! 詳情
