Hotels.com 旅客於 2012年04月15日留下評價酒店職員很有禮貌,我們第一天到達時, 大堂職員即告訴了我們如何狂布拉格, 拿著一張職員給我地圖,她會慢慢告訴你由酒店開始如何步行至那些有名的地方, 所以有2天我們都沒有乘過任何交通工具. 而酒店大堂有FREE WIFI供應,向職員問一問就會給你LOGIN NAME及PASSWORD了, 非常方便. 酒店外也有很近的一間超市, 買水買啤酒買紅酒及日用品都很方便. 不過,房間內是沒有煲熱水壺的,可能要問職員才會給你, 不過我試過問了之後, 他們說十分鐘會給你但等了半小時卻只給了一壺普通的熱水, 用完也懶得再問他們再拿了. 但整體而言, 酒店也是可以推薦的.

Though the hotel is located in a "busy" area, the room was very quiet, as it was located in the "backyard". Nice breakfast too!

Prague’s Jewish quarter witnessed oppression and suffering for centuries before the Nazis invaded during the Second World War. The tightly packed, insanitary buildings of the ghetto were mostly destroyed in the 1890s, but the Old Jewish Cemetery and several atmospheric synagogues survived. Best is the Old-New Synagogue, dating from around 1270.

The rooms were nice, huge, and very well maintained. The location was perfect for the Jewish Quarter and very close to the Old Town Square. The staff was professional and responsive.

We loved everything about the hotel, from the staff and the concierge to the breakfast crew. Loved the breakfasts. Great variety and excellent quality. The hotel is in good location, but a bit old , I was oddered a room on the 2nd floor with a corner of river view , not very attractive actually. Besides, the prices of the mini bar are terribly expensive, e.g. 9 US dollars for a bottle of water. It is average in gereral.
