This hotel was OK. The manager was very helpful in getting us into a room early in the day. My husband was not feeling well and we were put in a room well before check in time. The coffee station in the entrance to the hotel was always a mess. There was an overflowing trash can the whole time we were there. The restaurant was not great. Also, it is […] so irritating when the housekeeping staff does not refresh the coffee in your room. What is going on with this? It happens more and more. This hotel has great location, right off freeway 880 and 237, and a lot of restaurants in the same area. The room is clean, and the service is great. The stay was ok - there was some construction going on. Also at check in the front desk (2 men) were very busy on phone calls so had to wait quite a while, and not much was explained at check in about a free breakfast that was available to us. The Hotel was doing maintenance but the guest service was very very impressive...So it is understandable if they missed something but they did not. The ladies at the front desk were great. The cleanliness of the hotel however... I had dirty wine glasses in my room for my four days there. The sheets weren't turned down when I requested. The plumbing issue I called for was not resolved for 2 hours. The overall stay was "nice enough" I suppose.
