You won't find much to complain about here. It is not top end, but it is very comfortable.

This is a very nice motel and is very affordable. I have stayed here before and will stay here again. The only bad thing is the access to the hotel. Its easy to find but a bit confusing to enter. If your not paying attention its easy to miss the right street.

Little hard to find. Room was clean. Pool was a little cold and hot tub too hot. Breakfast had a great variety from waffles to eggs, bacon or sausage, cold cereals, bagels, juice, coffee, etc. Would stay here again.

The property was clean, but the cleaning staff sat outside the side door smoking. We used that door to go in and out of the building and loading our luggage. The ashtray was full and it wasn't a pleasant smell. Perhaps the staff need a different location for their break.

Complained of fuzzy TV in room. Male front desk clerk CLEARLY not concerned with helping me resolve the issue. He stated that they were aware of the problem in the room (yet they rented it to me anyway???) and there was nothing he could do about it. Finally moved me after I called the booking service. Found large clump of hair in bed that did not come […] from me and asked them to change sheets. He was equally reluctant to help there as well, telling me "we dont change sheets on stayovers". I had to stress that there was a large clump of someone elses hair in the bed (I found it the next morning while searching for a lost sock) to get him to call housekeeping. There was some type of banging noise nearly all night long that you could hear very loud in the bathroom, and could be heard from the bed so I kept the TV on to cover it. 詳情

The only negative is the hotel is located near hospital, so you hear ambulance sirens going by throughout the night. But overall, it was a great place to stay. I will stay there again.

The indoor pool was an added plus, but the location, breakfast, and comfort of the room would cause me to return to this centrally located hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly!

We arrived early for a wedding and the staff rushed our room so that we could get in sooner so we could get ready for the wedding. While we waited we used the pool. Breakfast was nice in the morning too.

Room was wonderful. Hot tub was a little too hot. Hot tub and swimming pool had a ring on the tiles. Breakfast was great and kept very clean during service hours.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very quiet, even though I had not requested a "quiet" room. Would stay here again. I have not been dissapointed yet using Hotels.com Would stay here again!

getting to the hotel was troublesome... we got lost several times and oftentimes we would end up back on the freeway due to wrong turns or being in the wrong lane... the staff was friendly and helpful.. the hotel was nice but the indoor pool was cold and the hot tub was way too hot...
