We were told we would have room for all six in our family at this hotel. Our reservations included a note that we were a party of six. Yet, there were no extra beds in the room, nor were any available though room service. So, we had to squeeze everyone onto two queen size beds. Also, the bathrooms didn't seem clean. As confirmation, behind the door […] were pieces of pretzels obviously left from the last guests and muddy foot prints by the tub. The shower faucet could not be fully closed, so there was the sound of running water all night long. Room service said there was nothing to be done about it. When I attempted to take a shower, the faucet didn't work properly and for the most part, only very hot water was available. The room smelled of deodorizers masking the smell of cigarette smoke even though all rooms were labeled non-smoking. A few of the lights in the room did not work and some of the outlets were too loose to hold our electric cables. Wireless internet was supposed to be available, but we only were not able to access it. In the morning, the front desk clerk was not very helpful and could not access internet for me so that I could locate a particular restaurant. All in all, it wasn't worth the savings. 詳情

This is tired old 60's vintage hotel that is really past it's prime. It beats sleeping under a bridge but not by much. There was some kind of crime scene evident in the room next to ours - door handle blown out, room destroyed. YIKES!! Also, most of your fellow guests (male) apparently don't own or wear shirts. The Ritz Carlson it is not.

Good location if you're in Tampa area, bit old but nice hotel and frontdesk guy very friendly and was available when we arrived at 3am.

Would not go there again. I do not recommend.

We called at the last minute and they were able to get us a first floor ADA accessable room (even though it was during spring break). The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. I would stay here again.

This property is a 1970s Holiday Inn with three floors. The rooms are adequate though the air conditioning barely keeps up with a warm temperature. The rooms show their age, but if it is a short stay on you are budget conscious, this place will do.

this is the worst motel i have ever been to. The front desk clerk was not friendly at ll and does not know a bit about customer servive. I had two other guest in front of me waiting to be checked in. It took the front desl clerk 1 hour and 45 minutes to start checking me in. One of the bathrooms was dirty. After only being there for 3 hours. I left […] the permises. The phone in the room didn’t work. So I went down to the front desk to request towels which were never brought to my room. My room was dirty and didn’t have cable. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I stay there the next time I visit Orlando (which I do often).

Very close to a lot including midieval times. What you would expect of a 2 star hotel. Neighborhood wasn't very bad. Very moderate.

There was no hot water, at times it wasn't even warm. You can't complain to anyone unless you speak Spanish, all they do is say "yes" even though they have no clue what your saying. Other than that it was fine.

The outside look of the hotel is not that great but the room is very comfortable. The room and hotel are very clean. The price was amazing and it includes the internet, which other hotels at Florida doesn't include. I'm satisfied overall.

No hot water in both of the rooms we reserved. We complained to them and they said there was nothing that could be done and they could not move us because they did not have two rooms next to each other. This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. It was convinietly located.

very nice location, excellent prices.

I did not like at all the hotel the room was not clean and the knob of the shower was broken the remote control of the TV did'nt work either. The door knob to the bathroom was bad too. It was just the worst hotel I have stayed and I have stayed in RT 192 in Kissimmee, FL before bad not a hotel as bad as this one.

We were very comfortable here, the staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The hotel was full and there were a lot of children but when it was bedtime, all was quiet. There was a free breakfast but we were so comfortable that we ended up sleeping too late to take advantage of it but it smelled good! One of the most nastiest hotel I had ever stayed in. The carpets were dirty to the point that I was walking with my white sox and it seemed like I was playing football in the yard!!! It was terrible! The digital key from the door was not working half the time and the ice from the ice machine gave out toilet water ice

The pictures for this hotel were taken years ago when the hotel was a different color, the rooms were clean and with level counters, and normal amenities. You even have to pay to rent an iron and ironing board. If you need a cheap place to stay and don't mind what the room looks like then it's okay. Bring your own towel though. i was not happy with this hotel at all the first night i arrived i had to change the room do to the fact the i found roaches in the bathroom and on the bed i refused to stay in that room i was travaling with a 3 yr old child i immediately went to the front deck and the girl was really nice and immediatly changed my room but the next room had the same […] problem. i understand that you look for somewhere cheap to stay but come on not with roaches they seriously need to do something about that all i know that next time i will pay a little more for a better hotel. The hotel needed a lot of maintenance. There was a very bad smell in the room. Only one lamp had light bulbs. The toilet would not flush correctly. We could not call the front desk to report the problems as there was no dial tone on the phone, even though we were asked to give our credit card to use for incidentals. Hey we were there for the night...went barhopping... slept in... not the taj mahal... but a good crashplace! Cheap! clean enuf.

The Days Inn Kissimmee 192 was comfortable for a nights stay. Did not have the time to see the sights in the area. There were more than enough place to eat, some in walking distance. I plan on returning to the area and will most likely use this facility again.

Horrible. We made reservations for seven days and left five days early. The carpet was filthy. the treats in the vending machine had mold. In a scale of one to ten, we rate it minus 1.

The hotel is worth the low price per night paid. I was given one room, and the key did not open. Mind you the room was located on the third floor, so I went back to the reception area, and after three attempts to open the door back and forth, the front desk person realizes that the room is not available. I was then assigned another room. There was a […] lot of noise from younger teens staying next to us, so we dealt with it. In addition, do not expect much from the breakfast area. Breakfast is served between 7-9 am, so if you happen to get there at 9 or later, do not expect much. The area becomes very filthy and the staff does not replenish anything. actually very bad hotel, the room had bad smell, the bathroom did not serve, I found it terrible, I do not recommend this hotel, the worst hotel in my life.

This has to be the worst motel in the U.S. The rooms, it took us three, were filthy. The furnishing were in terrible condition; the refrigerator was leveled with a phone book, it took three trips to the front desk and the manager to get a TV remote that worked. The place smelled terrible; the walls were covered with food and what looked like blood in […] the bathroom. The dinning area for the Continental breakfast would in no way past health department standards and this was prior to the food being put out; i.e. the milk dispensing machine was broken and filthy. We refused to eat there. Bottom line, there is no management or supervision checking to insure proper standards. I will never stay at this place again. Had I not had a no cancel clause i would have left and almost did. And this is why it is extremely unlikely that I will use Hotels.com again 詳情
