Hotel personnel were very helpful in providing a room where noise would not be an issue.

They neglected to mention it when we made the reservation, but the hotel lobby (and much of the first floor) is undergoing a rather extensive renovation. Check in is through a narrow side door - in one of the rooms - and several of the rooms have become the de facto breakfast room. You can get up close and personal with a good many people at this property, […] whether that is what you wanted to do or not. Moving people and bags through a narrow hallway to the "still being constructed" elevator lobby is quite an experience, although not a good one. It used to be an OK property, and probably will be again once they are finished with it, but we won't be going back there until construction is over, and maybe not then. Fortunately, we were visiting family and friends in the area, so did not stay at the hotel except to sleep - by which time the construction noise had stopped. I understand that properties have to undergo renovations every now and then, but not to mention that fact when the room is being booked is inexcusable. 詳情

When I reserved our hotel, I specifically asked if the breakfast buffet was included and I was told it was. When we checked in they said it was not, I told them that I was told previously that it was. They tried getting online to ck the web site to look into this and they were not able to acess it at that time. She told me she would just give us the […] vochers anyway for the inconvenience. Now I see that I was charged $20.00 on my credit card. Theres no reason why there should have been any other charges. We did not rent any movies or leave the room messy or even smoke at all while we were at the hotel. I am not at all happy, and wwill be calling and complaining to the manager and find out what this is all about. This better be credited back to my account . 詳情

Great location and helpful staff. Cheap and not far from Cleveland. Was a great place to stay for Cleveland Indians games. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Just stayed overnight but was a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, gave me a map to downtown cleveland and suggested a better way to go then mapquest. Worked out well. Would reccomend it highly.

We thought it was a great room for the price. I nice hotel, nice pool and hot-tub. The landscape on the patio is beautiful and very relaxing. We definitely would stay there again.
