What a great surprise. It was better that expected. Well located and service could not be better since people were very nice, always ready to help you, and the restaurant has excellent food with the fine attention of Koni.

thoroughly enjoyed staying in this hotel. Close to Ubahn and airport bus. the only downside, 24 euros for breakfast is too much so consequently they lost all the breakfast businness from my party. Apart from that the room was lovely, shower good, Roger & Gallet toiletries, study desk. Friendly multi lingual staff.

Excellent hotel, friendly and helpful english speaking staff. Very clean room and lovely bathroom which far exceeded my expectations. Great, large and overhead shower head with plenty of room for 2 people. Bed was 2 singles pushed together with 2 seperate duvet's but house keeping changed this for a king-sized duvet immediately as soon as we asked. […] Curtains were very good and completely shut out all light meaning you can get a great nights sleep in this quiet area. The hotel itself isn't too bad, but the first problem was that they wanted to charge 24 euros for breakfast... then if you wanted breakfast AND wifi it was 32 euros a day. - you could get pay as you go wifi but this was stupid prices too - I thought by now most civilized hotels would offer free wifi, apparently not. Also the Sauna costs 15 euros if […] you want to go in. It's probably personal preference but i couldn't sleep on the beds, found them really uncomfortable. The staff are friendly enough but one recommended a cafe to us and marked it on our map - we spent half an hour walking round in the freezing cold before concluding that it just wasn't there. Also - it may seem like a small thing but i had some chocolates in the room and while we were out the maids had clearly helped themselves to them which was incredibly annoying One good thing is that its literally right next to an underground stop so its pretty convenient - about 20 mins into the center which costs 2.50 one way. The hotel just isn't worth the money - especially considering that they charge so much for any extras, but if you're on a business trip and your expenses are paid, go for it! 詳情

The hotel was easy to find and had an on-sight parking garage. There is still some construction going on at the hotel, but our room was newly renovated and clean. The hotel is only 6 UBahn stops from Marienplatz and the station is only a few hundred meters from the main entrance of the hotel. But when you add up parking and the ridiculous "Business Package" (WiFi and breakfast deal), it was in excess of 50% on top of what I paid for the room. It is a fantastic place to stay for those people who come conduct business - it is quiet, there's a business courner, there are plenty of room space to work on documents, big cloud like bed, staff are very couteous and helpful. My only problem (which is not their fault# is that, I was there for a heavy sight-seeing plan... and this hotel, even though […] not too far from the middle of the city center #abt 20 minutes train ride to Marienplatz & the Central Train station + any waiting time, 2-8 minutes# was NOT just "next door" to the main activity points such as museums and cafes, shopping area etc. So, if you are looking fwd to "saving" maximum of travel time, or staying up very late in the middle of town, this hotel is not so perfect. However, if hopping from one schloss to another isn't your priority, this hotel is quite cozy. Just 2 minutes walk from the nearest train station #Nordfriedhof#. Essentially this is a very nice hotel to stay in - location excellent, staff excellent, facilities excellent. My only complaint hinges around one thing: that the hotel is currently being refurbished (no mention was made of this prior to our arrival). Part of the refurbishment is the installation of air conditioning in all rooms, but our room had none […] at present and was very stuffy. I will definitely go back and recommend this hotel to anyone! Great deal for its quality, location and atmosphere!!! The hotel is located 15min on the subway from the city central, Marienplatz. The subway station is located 2min walk from the entrance of the hotel and its convenient location for tourism. I had been using Expedia to make a reservation every time I book for my holidays and I normally ended up in small room which is equivalent hotels or sometime under as I only got limited amount of budget... BUT I was overall satisfied staying here!!! Clean,tidy, quiet and would provide enough space for your to stay. Nice shower room and the bed was conformable enough to rest your body and I had really relaxing time at this place. All staff are kind, friendly and helpful. If you wondering about the internet access, they got business space where you can use 30min free internet. They do not have security box in each room, but they got security box between behind the front desk and their office. It was safe! Only thing I should mention is there is no corner-shop to buy water or food in late so better get what you need in the city central. (but the hotel has a bar/restraint.) Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert worden. Die Zimmer sind wirklich neu, doch sie riechen teilweise STARK nach Farbe und Leim. Wir konnten eine kleine Terrasse nicht betreten so stark roch es dort nach Leim. Die Empfangsdame in CheckIn in der Nacht war ausserordentlich unfreundlich und arrogant! Vielleicht sollte sie sich nach einem anderen Job umschauen […] - naja, wir haben die Unfreundlich sehr gut zurückgegeben .-) die anderen Mitarbeiter waren jedoch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Leider ist das Hotel irgendwie noch nicht fertig und es sollte m.E. zuerst fertig gebaut werden, bevor man die Gäste empfängt! Die Umgebung ist nicht schön! Frühstück gabs nicht. 女一人旅で利用しました。ベッドが2台あり思いのほか広く綺麗でした。クリスマスに宿泊したからかデスクの上に可愛いプレゼントがあり開けてみるとチョコレートが。とても嬉しいサプライズでした。お掃除も行き届き毎日清潔な空間で過ごすことができました。 地下鉄最寄り駅まで徒歩5分で中央駅までは地下鉄利用で1回乗り換え、約15分くらい。マリエンプラッツまでは地下鉄1本で乗り換えなし、10分くらいで買い物や観光にとても便利でした。空港のシャトルバスのバス停も徒歩7～10分くらい（大きいトランクを引きずりながら女性の足で）。立地もなかなか良かったと思います。すぐ隣にスーパーマーケットもあるので、ちょっとした飲み物などを購入するのにもとても助かりました。

Coomo rispetto alla fermata del metrò, zona tranquilla, hotel molto pulito, con molti servizi. Attualmente in ristrutturazione, ma il cantiere non da alcun fastidio agli ospiti dell'hotel. Preferibili le camere ai piani superiori, quelle a piano terra danno praticamente sulla strada.

Preis Leistung stimmt in diesem Hotel überhaupt nicht. Die Lage ist OK. bei diesen Preisen nichtmal ein Frühstück anzubieten ist mehr als schwach. das Personal im Restaurant war sehr nett die Speisen waren auch gut aber wie gesagt der Preis für alles steht überhaupt in keinem Verhältnis zu der gebotenen Leistung.

Das Hotel befindet sich nach mehreren Monaten immer noch im Umbau, sodass nach wie vor eine kontinuierliche Beeinträchtigung sowie Lärmbelästigung nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann. Bei Ankunft und gebuchtem Doppelbett wurden meine Freundin und ich 2 Mal in ein Zimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten geschickt. Beim 3. Waren erst etwas beunruhigt, da die letzten Bewertungen , kurz vor unserem Abflug etwas negativ erschienen, bezüglich Baustelle etc. Können aber das Pullman nur empfehlen. Lage perfekt, man ist in kürzester Zeit mit der U-Bahn überall, das Hotel liegt ruhig,...Umbauten müssen halt von Zeit zu Zeit sein. Alle waren aber stets bemüht uns den Aufenthalt […] super angenehm zu gestalten. Selbst eine kurzfristige Nachbuchung für unseren Sohn war kein Problem. Wir hatten eine noch nicht renovierte Suite, aber auch die war top, selbst für 4 Personen. Hinweise vom Personal über nette Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fanden wir sehr hilfreich, zumal diese Infos ohne direkte Frage uns mitgeteilt wurden,...alle waren stets bemüht. Die Lage des Hotels unweit des englischen Gartens und vor allem am U-Bahnhof Linie 6 in München ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Überraschung kam morgens beim Duschen. es gab kein warmes Wasser! Nach Angaben des Personals lag angeblich ein technisches Problem vor! Nach meiner Frage wegen Sauna und Wellness […] kam auch die interessante Antwort: es wird zur Zeit renoviert und bis zum weiteren bleibt den Wellnessbereich geschlossen. Der nächste Knackpunkt war,das für ein mittelmäßiges Frühstück fast 25 € verlangt wird. Ich frage mich manchmal , wer überhaupt weltweit dieser Sterne vergibt, auf jeden Fall für ein Hotel mit 4 *-superior Kategorie ist das alles nicht gerechtfertigt! 詳情
