great quiet rooms for being next to LAX, fun bar scene downstairs with good food and an absolutely comfortable bed.
Was very nice but had hard time parking the key never worked to let us in the parking

"An okay experience"
I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleased with the appearance. I made my reservation through Hotels.com so my stay was paid in advance. I have traveled to many cities and have stayed at tons of different hotels and I have paid upfront for my incidents that could occur but I never have I been asked to pay $250 for a three night stay. Not only did […] we have to pay $250 for incidentials that we did not plan on having to pay because it was not specified on their site nor the Hotels.com, but we had to pay $28 per night for parking in advance so we paid out over $300 over the total amount we paid for the three day stay. The staff were nice there and spoke in passing. You have to use the room key to swipe in and out of the garage and our card kept getting locked out therefore we had problems getting in and out of the garage. We ordered a certain type of room online and they placed us in a smaller room than we requested. After talking to management, they did not have an available room but that should have been told to us at check-in. This hotel did not meant our expectation especially for the price we paid to lodge there. I will never stay at any Renaissance Hotel again. 詳情

was the air purifier in my room. I turned it on & it tuned out all the outside noise which was wonderful, especially being so close the airport! I had a good nights sleep and thanks to the 1 p.m. checkout, it made the rest of my extended trip more relaxing when I reached my final destination. Hotel seems more restrained than last time we were there: no more concierge desk, no more lobby flowers, breakfast buffet setup cut back (not as lavish as it used to be) - but nonetheless, it remains our favorite LAX area hotel. Why? It's smaller, more intimate and attractive, with far more personality than the bigger hotels....

"Renaissance Montura Los Angeles"
The Renaissance Montura is my new home away from home. I was amazed with the lobby the Sirius XM Chill music that played through out the hotel. The room, the comfortable bed. Yeah, I really enjoyed my stay.

One of the worst experience of saty at this hotel and will never recommend to anyone . Hotel does not have have basic security arrangemnet . No telephones in bathrooms and ver bad doors . Please be careful everyone when you check in Renaissance LA .
"Nice, quiet hotel with a few noisy guests"
Attracted by the room rate and the location so near the airport, I was pleasantly surprised by the well-appointed and comfortable room. Very friendly staff. Regrettably, a few guests on my floor were inconsiderate of others--talking loudly in the halls at all hours. Although this is not the hotel's fault and is no doubt due to travelers arriving in […] L.A. from all over the world at any hour of the day or night, I think the hotel could do more to encourage a quieter atmosphere. There were simply too many loud voices and slammed doors. The airport van service also needs improvement. It did not run as frequently as advertised, and some people were turned away and had to take a cab. The driver packed the van so tightly with people and luggage that I literally could not budge. The hotel really needs to advise guests to get to the airport 2 hours before flights at LAX because the security lines are the longest I have ever seen. It took one full hour to get through, though this was during spring break.. All in all, a very good hotel that could be even better with attention to these details. 詳情
"Friendly Staff and crib provided."
My husband, my daughter and I stayed the night in between flights. We were picked up by a courtesy shuttle from the airport and the staff assisted us with all our luggage. Check-in and out was hassle-free. We had called ahead requesting a crib and it was set up in r room before we arrived. I didn't sleep well due to crossing the International Date Line, […] but staff kept me occupied with chit-chat in the lobby. We had encountered noisy patrons on either side of our room, but a quick call to the front desk took care of that fairly quickly. One of the staff provided me with a complimentary LA Times while I could not sleep. my husband and daughter slept in the hotel just fine. My only complaint is that there was no extractor fan in bathroom, so it steamed up quickly during my shower and mirrors were fogged up. 詳情
"Worst Hotel in the LAX area"
Ok personally, this hotel was horrible due to the hidden fees not explained such as the incidental damages deposit when u check in the hotel, no free wi-fi, no free breakfast, and not a convenient location for eating areas. The only nearest eating area next door was BURGER KING!!! horrible, horrible, horrible, and the service was out of control, rude […] people, and no HELP!!!!! I find out the travel lodge of LAX area connected with Dennys located on W Century Blvd is nicer, cleaner, cheaper with FREE shuttle service, wi-fi, full entree breakfast, and many more!!!!! 詳情
"Renaissance Montura Los Angeles Airport Hotel"
This was a really nice hotel. In my opinion, what made our stay superb were the employees. From the front desk, housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, everyone was so accommodating. It was a wonderful experience and I look forward to staying there again in the very near future.

I stayed here since it was close to where I had surgery.. Everyone very nice! From the valet guys, greeters, check in , room service and servers at the restaurant!! Would most def stay here again!

I stayed 2 nights. Hotel was clean,excellent condition. But I felt the hotel only cares money. Parking fee was 25$, even Wi-Fi was not free,not even continental breakfast in my room. "Great Hotel if flying out of LAX"

I truly enjoyed the comfortable down pillows and blankets; the gym was up to date, they had a heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi, breakfast and service was just wonderful and I loved the different alcoves on the first floor for private conversations or just to sit and read. "What time does the Airport shuttle leave?"
Overall this was ok but when asked about the Airport shuttle I was led to believe it would be seamless and leaving every 15-20 minutes. When I arrived at the valet desk to check in was treated rudely and told it was a city shuttle and would arrive at the airport after other hotel stops. "Renaissance Montura - Average"
Stayed overnight on the way home from a very long trip. Beware--the upgraded room pictured on the website is NOT what you will get. We had selected the upgrade and were disappointed to see that the room was not as described or pictured. Spoke to front desk about the issue and was told that the room we received was the better room. IMO it was smaller […] than average and just a standard room. "Hotel night manager was very rude"
We were enjoying a nice night in, and a few pilots next to us decided we were being loud, we were not, and the hotel manager stalked our hotel room to listen and I caught him off gaurd and he insisted we had to be quieter, since we were already quiet or theatened us that he would make us leave his hotel. Internet deals are good, but it was the personable service I received at the front desk upon check-in that helped to make my deal a great experience. First, I was warmly greeted by the valet staff upon arrival and was immediately given options for my overnight parking needs. Next, although I had a room reservation based on a good internet rate for the […] night, the front desk advised me of an available room upgrade to a 'Jr. suite' for just a few dollars more. A few dollars more was 'money well-spent'; what I thought and said when I opened the door to my Jr. suite! Spacious, very nice furnishings, cleanliness, comfortable bed and a view of the swimming pool all contributed to a relaxing stay. My experience at this hotel was a breath of fresh air. I was suppose to stay at the hotel next door to this location but that hotel was not very accommodating to me. So deciding to change hotels was like night and day. I was very please with this hotel. If I every decide to return to Los Angeles, I will be planning to stay at the Renaissance.

My friend and I pre-booked the shuttle from the hotel to the cruiseship terminal. The shuttle was late. I called (long distance from my Canadian cell phone) the shuttle company and was on hold for 4 minutes. I hung up and asked the concierge for helpful. She called and was put on hold for some time. Just be prepared to pay a hefty price for parking, other than that love that place.
"Great location for layovers..."
We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. This is a great location to LAX for any layover trips. It is very conveniently located to LAX and they offer free shuttles. Budget rental car is also located across the street. I would recommend taking the hotel shuttle then run across the street to pick up your rental. Hotel charges $25 a day […] for parking in their secured lot. So whatever rate you book this hotel at, if you add the $25 for parking you will be covered. As I've stated we use this hotel for the convenience of the location and the beds are comfortable. Not too much around the hotel as far as shopping and restaurants, so we use the rental car for our travels into the downtown area for all the shopping and touristy stuff. I gave it a 5* for the Surrounding neighborhood because I feel safe with my family at this hotel. 詳情

"Renaissance Montura LA Airport - Perfect location"
We stayed at the Renaissance Montura the evening before returning home following a two week vacation. The rooms were quite comfortable and the staff courteous. the room rates were good. We spent time in the restaurant /bar with family. A little pricey but it was LA and an airport location! would definitely stay again next time through LA.

-Dusty room -An USED coffee filter inside the coffee machine. -Refrigerator wasn't working. -One of the Elevators wasn't working well. (Annoyed!) -rooms were very far from the elevator -No conditioner (only shampoo)

We spent a night there because we had to catch an early flight next morning, so it worked our ok. But the hotel itself is just so-so. I must say the staff is very pleasant and helpful. If you need to be close to the airport, this is a good choice. If not, you can do much better for the same price.

"Renaissance Montura LAX"
Nice hotel...very convenient to airport. Shuttle ran frequently. Pool was too small for swimming laps but big enough to splash around with the kids for more than an hour. For December the water was nicely heated.

for me it was the perfect location because it was right across the street from Budget Car Rental where I had to return my car. Room clean, greeting personell in lobby late evening on Saturday 12/10 was very friendly and helpful. Good room rate too !
