The woman working the front desk heard us discussing it and offered a complimentary shuttle service pick up after our dinner was over so that we would not need to return to the hotel in the dark. "What !?!? No free coffee in the lobby 24/7"
My biggest problem in this hotel is they are so busy trying to sell things like a cafe, I had to wait 15mins to check in at 10pm because all their employees were making coffee/ food for people at their lobby cafe. Rediculious. Are you a hotel or a resteraunt? I think you should choose one. This is the best hotel in the area and we have been going back to family events for the last 20 years. The staff is the most friendliest and helpful we have encountered. Any questions we had they helped us to their upmost. The rooms were had plenty of space and very clean. The hotel was great, we had a beautiful Guestroom 1 king. The room had everything other than a microwave which would have been nice. We stayed 4 days at the Hyatt and it was great! Very close to a great mall with many restaurants within a 2 min. drive. Staff was super friendly, pool was clean and heated. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly. The service staff was patient and did not disturb us when we needed to be left alone to relax for the weekend. "Unexpected Pleasant Surprise!"
Leading into the hotel...BEHIND a Kohls was a dicey. BUT once we were in it was fine. The reason I gave the comfort of the room a 4 was because UNFORTUNATELY we had to use the pullout couch bed and as MOST couch beds it was EXTREMELY uncomfortable.The room was huge! I mean is it too much to beat my expectation. The staff was AMAZING! They were so nice. […] They were extremely friendly to my children. The pool was heated INCLUDING the room its in (very nice towels too!)...The breakfast was definitely a pleasant surprise. A LOT of breakfast options and flavorful! I would DEFINITELY stay again! "Very comfortable hotel!"
Probably the most comfortable hotel I have stayed in in a long time. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The sitting area was very nice. Shower was awesome! Overall appearance of the hotel was great. Will definitely stay here in the future!Expedia 旅客真實的評價
