Friendly desk staff. $30 AUD for breakfast buffet, decent spread but over priced. You have to pay for wi-fi which is crap and is unheard of in any US hotel stay. Nice views, decent nightly rate.

Allocated a room on second floor with view of road and could hear children's voices from the pool. Came for weekend to relax. Stayed here a few times before and have enjoyed it but not this time.

The hotel is very good and somewhat away from the main attractions of surfers having said this it is well presented and the staff are very helpful Unfortunately due to matters beyond our control the weather we paid for the first two nights when we were not there

Great service is offered at this particular hotel. Our hotel room was clean and tidy. I dined at their 360 revolving resturant which was great service and great food. The only downfall to this hotel was the location, being 2km out of the heart of Surfers Paradise catching public transport soon got very tiring which was also the case with walking (in […] hot weather). If you are spending most of your time in surfers paradise I would deffinately recommend spending the extra money to stay closer to surfers as public transport can be very expensive. 詳情

Affordable, clean, close to beach. Also away from downtown Surfers Paradise if you want to retreat when you're done for the day/night/morning. Really Broadbeach as opposed to the advertised Surfers Paradise location. Still, we had a car so no dramas. The location is further away from Surfer's Paradise (about 20mins walk). Its more like Crowne Plaza@Broad Beach than Crowne Plaza@Surfer's Paradise. So, if location is a criteria, better stick with other hotels. But overall, the hotel is nice and comfortable.

don't bother, overpriced, surly reception, noisy rooms, put on low floor although upper floors available, in the middle of broadbeach and surfers so have to drive to either, annoying as they claim to be in surfers.

Close to Casino, 1/2 min walk to bus stop (buses here goes to theme parks), 2 min walk to beach

QUITE A GOOD HOTEL..10 MINUTE WALK TO BROADBEACH AND ABOUT 15 MINS UP THE BEACH TO SURFERS. NICE HOTEL AND FRIENDLY SERVICE

Crowne Plaza Surfers paradise has become my fave place to stay when i'm on the coast. Close to everything but far enough away to be unaffected by too much noise. rooms always very comfy and lots of space. bathrooms big and great views from all angles.

The room conditions are very average. For example a metal panel on the door is almost falling off. I wonder why the hotel does not fix these things. The worst thing is about the internet service. I needed to work online but just couldn't get the internet connection to work. I called the front desk for help but they asked me to call the service hotline […] apparently operated by another company. I called the hotline and they first asked the hotel to change a cable for me. It still didn't work after that. I then called the hotline again but it became an answering machine and asked me to wait. I waited for about 10 mins and still no body answered the phone. The next morning I called again and they did help to fix the problem online (apparently it was their network problem). The problem is however that each time I turned off my computer and turned it on again I needed to call the hotline again for the same problem. I really got fed up after called them a few times. 詳情

Hotel was great however the restaurants (Four Wind) was overrated breakfast buffet was similar to the standard restaurant (Relish) if not the food was much better at the Relish Restaurant.

a very warm and welcoming stay in a pleasant location with nice rooms in a nice area and close to everything you need without being on top of evrything

The hotel was beautiful, and the Revolving Restaurant's service was one of the best I have ever received. Our room however was reasonably clean except for the bath, it still had a ring around the top from the last guest. Overal, I am happy with this hotel, and will be booking it again.
