we stayed here last year for two weeks and again this year and probably next year as well, so that tells you how good it is. we only get to visit our son and wife once a year (we come from uk) and have found this hotel friendly clean and central. girl on reception welcomed us back as if we'd only just left, gave a very good impression.

The breakfast was made fresh everyday and the hotel staff were tremendously pleasant. No problems with the room at all and we were even able to do an early check-in since we arrived into town 8 hours earlier than expected.

I was impressed with the location of the hotel, easy walking distance to the city centre, and the great views of the canal. My only disappointment was that I was only staying one night and so couldn't really take advantage of everything my suite had to offer. The was under a renovation process so we were the first people to sleep in our room after the updates. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location if you are attending a game at Lucas Oil. Only a 15 min walk to the stadium or to the downtown area with restaurants.

This hotel was on the canal with everything within walking distance. The person who checked us in (Teena) was extremely helpful with a map for our surroundings and a recommendation to a nearby restaurant we enjoyed. The hotel was clean, the employees were friendly and the view was great. We only wished the hotel had it's own restaurant for dinner.

The Residence Inn was lovely. The canal walking path was a nice touch. We were able to walk to anything downtown and cab to the Mass Ave. Arts District with ease.

excellant position overlooking the canal, miss our filling breakfasts sitting on the terrace watching the geese fly in.very friendly and helpful staff,always checking we were having a good holiday .will be returning to Indianapolis to visit our son and his wife so most likely we'll stay here again.

The staff was helpful, cheerfull and couldn't have provided a better reception. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was great overlooking the canal and a short walk to the downtown attractions.

The canal area in downtown Indianapolis is very picturesque and this Residence Inn is ideally located to enjoy it...Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly and accomadating. We'd stay here again.

At check in we were informed that the hotel was not as close to the lucas oil stadium as I was told on the phone. They were going to charge us 17 dollars to park and the next day they gate was open so payment was not even needed. The room was nice however, it was right across from the housekeeping room and we were woe up at 9am after being up late. […] They would not let us play pool the night before as they said it would wake people up but then we were wokrn up by staff being loud. The in room TV was very poor quality to the point it was eye straining to watch.

First off, it's right on the canal - we got a room on the canal level, so the water was about 10 feet from our window - nice and beautiful, seeing the ducks go by every now and then. They provide a nice continental breakfast, with eggs, sausage, cereal, belgium waffles, fruit, juice, etc. But I also need to give kudos to the staff. There was a problem […] with our room - there was an occasional leak from the room above us above the counter in the bathroom, which caused some dripping. Because of it, the manager gave us free taxi rides to get to and from the theater on Saturday night, which I thought was a good response. (I'm sure they would have transferred us to another room if we asked, but we didn't want to bother with moving all of our stuff). Also, the staff were great in helping us to find a place to eat. It was new year's day, and half the places were closed and the other half were booked, but the guy at the desk spent about half an hour calling places for us so we could have a reservation at a good restaurant somewhere. You are within walking distance of the zoo, downtown, and within a long walk of the Murat theatre, so the location is great. Being right on the canal was great for us as we love to run, so it gave us a great place to run without having to worry about traffic lights. The staff were wonderful, the location was ideal, and the breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again. 詳情

The view and the location were the two nice things about this hotel. The queen bed was small, the room was out dated and not the cleanest, there was no social hour, the breakfast made my husband and I both sick, there was an extra charge for parking.
