The condition of tghe furnishings in the room were a bit run down, the carpet was in bad need of cleaning.....the bed though was very comfortable, and the room very peaceful! I was not satisfied with our stay. The door did not lock. The bath light was very dim and the fan was very noisy. The hair dryer was not even warm air. Will not stay there again.

i had surgery that week and very pleased with the cast of employees with help recieved and the relaxing atmosphere. i would recommend this location to anyone. i myself would go back if i need to relax and travel. thank you :)

This place is rough. Whole hotel needs updating.

A nice price and a very good location, rooms were clean, with a frig and a microwave I like that.

The corridors were dusty, the rooms were slightly less dusty, the sheets were not clean- full of holes and lots of stains. There was even hairs on the beds. This place was awful. The carpets were gross, shower did not stay hot, my associate had to change rooms because the air and TV did not work. Just awful. The hotel was acceptable for the price. However, the building needs to be better maintained and cleaned. The whole building was dirty, worn and smelled bad.

checked in ok but but young lady had trouble understanding English- had to keep repeating my self. Had too much carpet fresh on threadbare carpet in room but did hide any bad odors. 2 small towels in room for 3 people-none at front desk. Had 2 fridges in room only one worked but no microwave. Bare wires under airconditioning unit but it deep keep room […] cold. Small greasy doughnuts at breakfast- only plain left by 8 am (closes @ 9). Watered down OJ. TV only had one channel- shopping channel selling large junk watches. Remote was behind front desk and had to ask for it- no other channels had a signal. Definitely would avoid this hotel in the future. Unfortunately, we had paid for all three nights through Hotels.com so we endured the stay. The carpet in the room was dirty. The blankets on the beds questionable and the pillows were awful. There were too few towels in the room and the ones that were there were dingy and felt slightly damp. The fan/light […] combination in the bathroom made a horrible noise so we had to shower the first day with the light off and leave the door partially open. Breakfast was not good with a very limited selection, no peanut butter (seriously) and the juice machine was out. No one else was there for breakfast. We had a rotten time, stayed one night and left by the next day, and we were booked for 3 nights! There was a sticky layer on the table, the window had been prided open a few times and was unlatched when I got it, there was no security bar and when I asked them to look at it nothing was fixed. The AC unit would make a horrible shuddering sound and kept waking me up all night and there was another mechanical sound that added to it from the bathroom. […] The local area is not the best and I didn't feel safe leaving anything in my car. Plus there was another hotel 2 exits down the interstate that was less than 5 years old, in much better condition and advertising a lower room rate than I paid here (national chain, Motel 6). When I arrived, there were 4 police cars blocking the parking lot and arresting someone. The amenities like the Microwave and Coffee pot were not in the room and even after asking, were not supplied. Breakfast area was FILTHY!! Food was stale, and this was the most limited Continental Breakfast I have ever seen. 2 cereals, stale bread and doughnuts, […] and 2 dirty waffle makers. The Air Conditioner would work for a few hours a day, then stop blowing at all. The toilet continued to run at one point to the point of flooding the bathroom and part of the room. Not from the bowl, from the tank. I had to wade in and turn the supply valve off to stop it until the maintenance man arrived and when he finished fixing it, I had to go and track down the maid to get towels to replace the ones he used to start drying the floor. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A NEW ROOM!!! Having been in the Navy, I have stayed in Hotels all over the world and this was by far the worst experience ever!! I cannot believe that hotels.com would have this as one of the hotels they list. This makes me seriously question whether I can believe the ratings or use this site again. Don't stay here unless you are desparate! Very dirty!

Carpet had stains, bathroom was tiny and had evidence of poorly-done repair. TV had sound on some channels... Polite staff, very good continental breakfast. We got what we paid for.

Firstly, the reception was very poor-non friendly employees. They speak like they are doing you a favor. Secondly, the heating system was not good. Despite my immediate complain about this, a new room was only given me on my last night of 3. Thirdly, the sheets and towels appeared to be as old as ten years..., not to mention the smell... awful! The […] breakfast was ok, but the smell around the kitchen which connects to the entrance is unbearable - smells like cigarette smoke. I will not recommend any well meaning person to go to this hotel. I will not want to go there again, not even my dog. 詳情

I would not stay here again if I could get a rom at a similar rate near by. The volume/picture on the TV did not work. When I asked for more towels, the maid was reluctant and gave me towels that had not been fully dried! Hope they were clean. I put those back on the cart and got some dry ones. Longest four days I can remember!

did not have high expectations with the price and was not proved wrong , it was a place to sleep and that was all that it supplied. Sometimes you get what you pay for and this was one of those times, it was not good and it was not bad, if you have higher standards then this is not the place for you.

nothing wrong with the hotel personal and friendliness. The hotel itself is worn down and old and we had inoperational items in the room such as a broken ironing board and broken iron, which was actually dangerous and leaking water. when asked to replace it, this was not done. Also, I reported to the front desk a window screen hanging outside off a […] window near the reception area, about to fall down. Next am this this had not been handled yet. Guest services friendly and nothing wrong with it. Building old and worn out looking. Some bad public in the area and one guest reported, that somebody had wanted to break into his car the other night and he cought him juts in time. Are is not safe. 詳情

pretty dissappointed in this hotel! was supposed to be rated a 3 star place. let me tell you if this was 3 stars i would be scarred to know what a 2 star hotel was like. after check in we walked to our room with an overwhelming smell of marajuana in the halls. the room was clean as long as you count clean dirt. the furniture was mismatched and broken. […] the room was supposed to have an iron and when we requested one they found us a broken one which leaked water all over our clothes. the room served its purpose providing us with a place to sleep but would have been much happier elsewhere! 詳情

Staff was kind, and allowed use of computer internet and printed Google Maps. Breakfast was adequate as expected...waffles, cereal, juice, etc. Room was a disappointment. Ordered 2 dbl. non-smoking and first room had only one bed. Everything was fine until we got to our room and the A/C was broken. They made us keep it turned on and sit in the hot room for two hours before they decided to move us from our King sized bed room to a two- double bed room. I was less than thrilled. Also, The room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking.

The Hotel in general is very good, provided the fact that I am not an exigent person, and my main preocupation is to work peacefully at my room and prepare my work for the Conference that I attended at University. Other important facilities are the shower, basin, bed, and very important the work-desk, work-lighting, fridge, microwaves,functional design […] of the room (this was excellent), and very good mirror for shaving and washing the face. In addition, to be objective and fear, I will detail also a couple of inconvenients that could be resolved. The most important facilitiy that impressed me at check-in was the functional design of the room. The desk, fridge, microwaves, short table for getting empty the pockects when arriving, and basin with miror were at one line. So, when anyone has to move from the desk to the fridge for a snack, or to the microwaves, or to the basine to get a water glass, all is ordered in the same quick line of location. This seem a nonsense, but makes the work pleasant. Other important matter is that the table was by the window, with the natural light coming from the left to write without shadows or to see conveniently the computer screen. A chapter apart was the excellent location of the lamps. I fell in love with that American desk lamp (with a plug set-on at feet for the computer battery). There were a number of lamps. One for the pocketthings table, two at each side of the bed, another at an intermediate position were any could get off the clothes for sleep, and the light of the basine was very good. The bed was good, well located to avoid too much window light, and the road noise. The alarm clock worked ok (I would recommend a CD-alarm-clock for listening music while working or having a snack). The TV location was functional, quality of apparatus and channels ok. The carpets were right, coffeemaker was good and worked well (it is frequent to find broken or semi-broken coffeemakers).
