Passing through on a family vacation. Had an excellent stay. Clean comfortable room. Staff was nice and helpfull. Nice heated pool open 24hrs, awesome for the kids to enjoy. Next to the cheese factory and air museum. Will definately come again. Stay here and enjoy a nice clean/comfortable quiet sleep.

Staff was quick, efficient and friendly. Restaurant was limited in food selection but food was excellent. I wish the restaurant was open for breakfast, as the continental breakfast had minimal options for low-sugar foods. Beds are ok, I would bring my own pillow next time. Clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a little outdated, but still nice. Centrally located and very convenient. Family friendly. All in all, a very good value!

This hotel IS 30 years old, and it definately looks it. You'd think that since its a Shilo Inn, it would be kept up better. The upholstry was stained and nasty. The bathroom fixtures and heater-a/c unit were moldy and worn. All in all...not impressed

the carpet in the room was worn and had a bulge in it, it needed re-stretching. The mattress was soft on one side, needs "flipping"., no bag for laundry. The breakfast at the restaurant is not available until 7A.M, many lodgers leave before that time, the hotel saves money by not providing breakfast until 7A.M, was told survey taken and most lodgers […] do not come to breakfast until 7Am, from staying in many hotel chains i do not find that to be true. The meal of fried cod and a baked potato was extremely overcooked, cooking oil dripped out if it, the potato was burnt., worse meal i have ever had at a restaurant. he waitress did take the fish meal off the check. This hotel was clean, friendly staff. They had the warmest indoor pool we have found anywhere, was great for our 7 & 5 yr/o. Right on the main road, across from a lg Fred Meyer, & minutes away from 2 cheese factories.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I was there but 1 hour and I had to switch hotels completely. There was mold in the bathrooms, water leaks in the ceiling. The carpets smelled like mildew. We have been to this hotel several times before, but this time they appeared to be cutting some corners in cleanliness and value. However, at checkout when I mentioned several problems, the employee did listen and made notes to housekeeping and so on for the problems I listed. We enjoyed our recent stay. The room was cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We ate at the restaurant while staying, and the food was great! We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice staff and very beautiful hotel. Only disappoinment was the free breakfast. We thought there would be more hot foods to choose from. Others in the breakfast room were also disappointed.

It was a great hotel for a cheaper rate. It had all facilities.However the room was kinda old style and the a/c or heater didnt work.

The Shilo Inn in Tillamook was an excellent stop on our trip up the coast. The staff was incredibly helpful and our room was large and comfortable. The on site restaurant was well priced and served delicious food using many local ingredients. The complimentary breakfast was just right and we would definitely stay again if we're ever in the area.

This was the worst of the shilo inns we stayed in. Though they had a restaurant, the breakfast was nothing more than some packaged bagels, Danish and cereal. Our non-smoking room was thick with smoke and was furnished in the 80's.

the pool was the best feature but I'd recommend you eat elsewhere even for breakfast. Dinner was slow even though we were the olny table and the food was just cooked wrong and with tiny portions. The waitress was nice.

This is the first time we stayed at the Shilo Inn. It was an overnight stay. Check-in was very fast and courteous. They had the exact reservation and pricing we asked for online. It is conveniently located close to the Tilamook Cheese Factory, and Air Museum and there is a Fred Meyer's across the street. The suite was very clean, and roomy. The queen […] size bed with lots of comfy pillows was perfect for me and my wife. The "free" hot breakfast was served in the restaurant and it was very tasty and offered several choices. We like the fact that it was not a self serve cold breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed the whole experience and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others. If we are ever in Tilamook again, we would definitely be staying at Shiloh. 詳情

older Shilo inn that needs updated. but still a nice place to stay. we enjoy all the shilos with the divider from kitchen to bedroom and this one didnt have that; but still enjoyed the stay. breakfast was terrible because of the service but other than that it was good

The hotel is old, staff were friendly, the pool were 24/hours. It's closed to the gas station, cheese factory, fastfood restaurant and more .The breakfast was awesome. Our room were clean, the bed sheets were clean except one of the towel. there were brown stained on them so we didnt use them. This hotel is nothing fancy, but it's clean and perfectly adequate. And the free breakfast is cooked to order, which is nice.

We were pleasantly surprised at the large room we had with all amenities from fridge to microwave to wet bar with sink and coffee maker. Also received coupons for a free breakfast at adjoining restaurant AND a free wine with Happy Hour specials the evening before. Older hotel showing age. had a non smoking room but it smelled bad like it had been a smoking room at some point in time. Pool and hot tub were fine. Free breakfast was good. Overall not a bad hotel.

Although spacious and relatively clean, it was very outdated and dark. For the price I didn't it was worth it and won't stay here again.

The hotel is looking old and overpriced room is not really suite. Just adding a kitchen sink and microwave to a regular room wouldn't make it suite. The good thing that staff were very friendly. The worst thing was a restaurant. I read other reviews about cleanliness and the nice atmosphere there but in our experience it was opposite. Dirty tables and […] walls make it very unpleasant. The waiting time is not acceptable. I have been waiting 1 hour to get my eggs and potato for a breakfast. The room was clean and the staff was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and would definitely stay again. Not too many frills but the indoor pool looked inviting and others seemed to be enjoying it as well.

Our stay here was excellent. My wife and I booked a couple of rooms for us and 5 of our children. Yes large family! I did not realize at the time that I booked that there were rooms available with a passthru door, but found that our one room was, so I asked if I could change so that we could have the adjoining room. The staff were very courteous and […] prompt and easily made the change which made our stay even easier. The rooms were well stocked with towels and clean. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, and the next morning the complimentary breakfast was simple and good. When traveling with our large group of children, details such as adjoining rooms, courteous prompt staff, cleanliness of the room, indoor pool, and a complimentary breakfast can make a trip so much more enjoyable for the us. 詳情

I totally overpaid for this hotel. Very old, yet the beds were ok.

We stayed here last Saturday night. I felt it was very comfortable and clean. I don't like the one cup only coffee machine. However; I like the fact that you get a free breakfast now. Thanks again for a great stay in the land of Cheese, trees, ocean breeze and mud to your knees!!

From the moment we arrived aftr midnight we were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable desk employee. She found us the perfect room for our situation, having a handicapped person along. All amenities were in tip top condition and the pool and jacuzzi (inside) were available 24/7. That was a huge perk as hotels often close those faclities at 9 or 10 […] at night. In addition to the regular amenities there was a convenience store/deli and a full fledged resturant attached. We opted to stay an extra to get some much needed rest and see the Tillamook Cheese Factory. We were allowed to do so without any reservation for that night. The staff also gave us great directions to the places we wanted to go, and were just unbelieveably friendly and kind. I will stay there again without a doubt. All of the service, the amenities, the cleanliness for a very inexpensive price. The only complaint is they need to upgrade their tvs to larger flat screens. We ate dinner at the restaurant because we had 10% off and two glasses of wine for free. We both had the prime rib, which was slightly overcooked (we ordered medium rare). The baked potato was cold and seemed like it was cooked hours ago and just reheated. The salad had a hair in it and some dirt on the leaves so I didn't eat it. I guess we should have […] known as we were the only ones in the restaurant and it was Saturday night at 6:00. My husband complained about the meal to the manager (which we NEVER do) and she was very kind and offered us our money back. We were hesitant to go there the next day for our FREE breakfast, but we went anyways and the place was packed. The pancakes were pretty good, but the service was sooo slow. The guy told us our food would be here shortly and we hadn't even ordered yet, which we told him. Then he took our order after we waited at least 10 minutes from the time we got in there. The table next to us said they had been waiting forever for their food. Ours came out fairly slow. Once I finally asked for my check (we ordered a side of hasbrowns that were a little undercooked) the guy brought it back to the wrong table. Luckily the pancakes were free and the hashbrowns only cost me 2.50. I left a little tip, but I like to leave more for good service. As far as the actual hotel goes it was a large room and the indoor pool was pretty crowded, but nice. We called the desk to aske where to pick up towels for the pool and they said they would bring them to us. Thirty minutes and two phone calls later we finally decided to go up front in person. There she informed us that we could pick the towels up in the pool area. It may have been a miscommunication. Overall, I'm not sure if I would stay there again or not. The actual hotel wasn't too bad. I would definitely not go to the restaurant unless I was there for the free breakfast. 詳情
