On April 25th of 2013, I stayed Two Nights at the La Quita Inn on Chantilly Drive in Atlanta, Georgia. Anthony at the Front Desk was tremendously Patient, Hard Working went out of His way to Satisfy every Guest at the Hotel, this individual needs to be promoted for an Excellent Customer Services. We arrived friday night around 9:30 and checked into our room i had booked the hotel thru this website and requested non smoking since i have 2 two year olds with bad smoke allergies. we get to the room and our non smoking room smelt like an ashtray the smell was overwhelming. it was not healthy for my kids or myself (im pregnant) to stay in that room. […] we went to the front desk clerk he said that was the only room available in hotel so we checked out. at 10:00 at night we are driving around atlanta trying to find a new hotel to stay at since we were 4 hours from home. the front desk guy was very nice though. 詳情

I have stayed here at the hotel before but this last visit I was very dissatisfied this time. I had to move from the original room that I was given a key too, the lights would not work, the room was smelly and the carpet was heavily stained. The next room we were put in was a little better, it smelled cleaner but the carpet was also heavily stained […] and the faucet on the sink would leak and water would slowly run into the floor. This is my last time we will stay at this hotel the next time we are there for a doctor's appointment. When checking out and I expressed my concerns the lady behind the counter liked she really did not care to hear my complaints. 詳情

I'm a happy camper. The hotel is close to mid-town, it was modest but clean, the bed was comfortable, the rates were very reasonable and the staff was friendly and helpful. A very good value for your money.

I was very disappointed in my stay at this La Quinta, which was a little surprising, as I had stayed at La Quinta before and had a good experience; however, this was not case at this one! The room I received did not seem that it had been cleaned very well. The carpet was unvacuumed and dirty and the sheets, although they may have been clean (?), had […] short, dark, curly hairs on them. The worst part was that the fire alarm came on a little after midnight. (I will say that they do have an effective fire alarm in the event of an actual fire-- you could hear it miles away!) However, there was NOT a fire?!? The alarm blared and woke me up from a deep sleep. I quickly walked down the stairs and headed outside, before first passing by the front desk. The guy working the front desk was messing around with a panel on the wall (which I am assuming had something to do with the alarm), and never even offered an explanation as to what was happening. When asked, he responded that it was a "false alarm"?!?!? Enough venting... just know that I was very disappointed and did not get a good night's sleep at all. I will not stay at, nor recommend, this hotel to anyone! 詳情

It was very nice, except in the morning the breakfast room could not accommodate the guests. It took 30 mins to get something to eat. We chose this hotel because they offered breakfast. There was something big going on at the Georgia Dome and the plase was packed with bus loads of people from Mexico. I booked this hotel based on the location of my daughter and her apartment. I like LaQuinta chain so I stayed at this location. The hotel main area's were clean. When I got my room, I opened the door and had a Rush smell of detergent masking the smell of wet dog. I immediatly contacted the front desk to get me a different room. They had one ready. I […] switched rooms and the smell was not as bad in the second room. We noticed hairs by the toilet (possibly pet) and the door for the bathroom was scratched by animals. For the price I paid I was expecting the typical cheap hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the beds were, the cleanliness of the bathroom and room and the service that was provided. The continental breakfast had the basics but it was well maintained and the food was fresh. I enjoyed my stay at the La Quinta Inn in Lenox-Buckhead. From talking with Bianca over the phone in order to schedule an early check-in to help getting to the airport on day of departure, the service was wonderful. The accommodations themselves were quite nice. They have the pillow top beds for a deep night's sleep. There is even a ocean sound scene […] on the TV in the room. The exercise facility is one of the most versatile. You can do almost any weightlifting exercise known to man because their nautilus-type machine has that many different exercises when you change the location of the attachments. This hotel was clean and comfortable except my non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The sheets smelled like smoke and the air conditioner seemed to blow smokey smelling air.

Everything about the hotel itself was great. The only complaint, and this is a very minor minor minor complaint was the location. It is not walking distance to the downtown/midtown areas. But for the price and convenience (it was just a 2-3min drive from midtown) it was unbeatable. I think we will use this hotel from now on when we stop in Atlanta.

It was fine, but it was difficult to find because of the strange layout of the streets in the city. Not their fault, really, but it was frustrating. Perhaps a bit pricey for what it offered--no fridge or microwave in the room. The people were nice.
