The worst hotel experience of my life. The room smelled awful. The bathroom was dirty, mold in the shower and dirt on the floor. The shower curtain was wet when we arrived. there was an awful red stain on the carpet that stank. They failed to mention at check in that there was a safe usage fee. The neighborhood was rundown. The location is very close to the Riverwalk and it was very inexpensive. IT was across the street from an abandoned building which made me a bit nervous. There was a smell when you walked into the room. The maid service was very good.

This was the cheapest hotel i can find and the location coundnt of been any better. 2 blocks away was Holiday inn i believe for double the price. Service was Great!! And If your not picky and dont mind 1 or 2 beatles that i saw, this choice is for you. Walking distance to all the Downtown bars and the ALAMO!

average hotel. had to change to another "suite" as the bathroom door couldn't be opened after I closed it with some of my stuff already in there. Inconvenience was hardly recognized by the only office person on duty. she was not allowed to leave her place and couldn't reach anybody else. the suite I got had a broken shower......

I arrived at night. Only one attendant was available for ALL services the hotel offers then was completely overwhelmed. To make the registration I spend over 20 minutes waiting for the attendant time. She assign me a room which locking system has a malfunction so I spend over 40 minutes trying to get in to the room.Finally the attendant assign me another […] room. She mention many times she didn't want to call her boss to solve the problem, I'm not sure why. I'm pretty sure they don't know the Customer Service concept and it seems they don't care. They can charge the price for where it's at, any place else it would be worth a quarter of the price and to add injury to insult they charge to park outside your room!

The room is nice and clean, the hotel is close to the center of the city. The only thing is it gets loud at night when someone is talking outside of your room, the insulation is not good

The rooms are noisy, the carpets filthy, and if the floors had not been so dirty, it would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The so called breakfast was pathetic. Days old mini muffins and stale mini bagels. Yuck. I have stayed at other Days Inn locations several times, but this was the worst hotel I have e er stayed in. Our mattresses were stained terribly, and the floors didn't look vacuumed when we arrived. While they did get us fresh towels each day, overall we weren't too impressed for the price we paid.

The hotels is near the alamo and the riverwalk, it takes a few minutes walk to reach them. The room was clean. The breakfast room is just in front of the reception desk in a too small room for the hotel. The breakfast is absolutely poor, there were just doughnuts and corn flakes to eat and coffee, tea and juice (they were off of orange juice for 2 days […] during my stay!!) to drink. 詳情

This is the 4th time staying in this hotel, and quite frankly, it was the worst. Had an issue with the night attendant being rude and disrespectful, only to have manager fail to record the incident and take any action accordingly. I will not be staying here again due to lack of proper room service and disregard to customer service.

The mattresses were stained, who knows whether it was blood or what. Only one lamp in the room was in working condition. Carpet was also having multiple spots. Also, please keep in mind that it's very close to freeway. So be ready to hear a lot of traffic noise, even at night. I will never come back to this hotel.

I reserved a king bed and they would not honor that even though I had it in print. Also, the shower head did not work well.

You get what you pay for, and I was happy enough with what I got. Location good for the Convention Centre and for downtown, but view from the window not great - it looked out on some dingy stairs. Not spotless and it has seen better days, but everything required was there in the room. Some of the light switches took a little getting used to, and the […] zapper for the TV needed sustained pressure on the ON switch, but most things worked eventually. I didn't try the iron, or the in-room safe (payment required for this - don't know how much) and hardly used the fridge, and the sound quality of the radio wasnt very good. Happy with the complimentary wifi. Breakfast comprised sweet and sticky things - high on calories, low on quality, but at least they were free of charge. The Go Shuttle from the Airport delivered me there speedily. Returning to Airport there were a lot of pick ups from other hotels along the way. It was a very bad experience. I got there around 11p and the door was locked. The staff member did not want to open the door because he said they were full even though I kept telling him i already had reservations. When he finally let me me in, he was very rude and was slamming everything he would touch.

The carpet in the room seemed quite dirty, the inroom coffee was not replentished, the tissue box was almost empty, the toilet paper roll was almost empty when I first unsed the room, and all of the wash clothes were not replentished the second day. First, I should say that the receptionists were very friendly. The one who checked me in changed the first room because of the smell, and she came back to see if everything was OK. First, you're not booking for the nightly rate Hotels is displaying because unlike the other sites they don't include taxes and fees. Secondly, Days Inn charges you parking??? Seriously, $10 to park there. Days Inn looks like it's being run in the 1970s based on its decor and furnishings. It has no modern ammenities. It's next to an abandoned warehouse. […] I'm assuming that's where the bum stayed that approached us as soon as we got out of our vehicle. The hotel staff is rude, lazy, apathetic and generally less than intelligent. I wouldn't book this hotel for half of what I was forced to pay. The water didnt work, they moved us to a room that was not the same as what I had booked even though they admitted they've had water problems and the parking lot was only half full. All this, including being badgered by the housekeeping before check out time and with "do not disturb" on the door. After me sharing all my frustrations they offered to 'comp' me the parking. I stayed at a bed and breakfast in Arenal, Costa Rica 6 months ago that was more accomodating and a better value. I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again, or use this site for that matter. 詳情

Hotel was conveniently located to Riverwalk. Overpriced for the limited amenities offered and condition of room. Guy at the front desk tried to charge me twice for parking (at check in and at check out), even though it was included in my reservation. I had to show him twice (same guy) that it was included in the price I had already paid.

This hotel was absolutely horrible! The staff was horrible! The room was spacious but that where it ends. The bathroom was tight and you had little to no room to put anything. The tub was disgusting and filled with mold and mildew. When I took a shower the water was extremely cold... It wasn't until the 3rd person in our group that finally got hot water. […] The carpet wasn't even vacuumed, looked like someone got a bunch of new clothes and left the tags all over the place, and our sheets weren't even changed! Upon arrival, the night desk rep said that my credit card was declined a $32 charge with Expedia. I called Expedia and they had no record of such pending charge. I had already been billed in advance for the days reserved. The rep went ahead and checked us in and advised me to speak with the Manager. The hotel was also going to charge a daily $10 rate for parking, fortunately I saved my itinerary with Expedia which stated "free parking." They honored it promptly. The only thing I was not pleased with was that the tub had some ink/dye stains, especially on the floor. The TV ocassionally switched to black and white, but that would be resolved by wiggling the wire in the back of it. Overall, the staff was nice. It was my initial encounter trying to check in, that I felt things were going to go downhill, but all issues were resolved promptly. This is a typical motel, so don't stay here if you are looking for an upscale hotel. However, for me, it was the perfect price and I was able to walk all over San Antonio. Plus, I took the Go shuttle to and from the airport for < $20 each way.

Localization of the hotel is near of the downtown. Comfoft of the room is quite good according to its fee. Parking fee may exclude for guests who don"t hava car.

The hotel it self was not that bad. The pillows were the size of a sofa cusion, and not good at all. We had to make a trip to the mall to purchase some. Front desk stated that they didnt have any extra.

Hotel was very close to major attractions. The room left a lot to be desired. We stayed 2 nights and the second day there were no washcloths in the room and the towels were the thinnest I have seen. The shower was horrible as most of the water came out the spout rather than the shower head.
