酒店整體不錯附近有很多餐廳(包括24小時餐廳),從酒店步行到迪士尼樂園只雖10-15分鐘. 不太好的是浴室水龍頭(浴缸和花灑)會同一時間出水,不環保,浪費食水. 另外要說的是我們訂了2間房間,只有一架車,CHECK IN時前台給了一張泊車証給我們,到CHECK OUT付泊車費時他們沒有給我任何收據便收了我錢,我問他們拿回收據才發現收了2架車的泊車費,我們便問為什麼會收2架車的泊車費,前台說我們有2間房應該有2架車所以收取2架車的泊車費,還說我們應該在CHECK IN時說清楚有多少架車,重點是CHECK IN時前台給了一張泊車証給我們,等了一會才退回多收的錢.**提提各位在CHECK IN 和CHECK OUT時說/看清楚有多少車要泊車和收了的泊車費用

Smaller rooms but nice. Took 2 days to get shower head repaired; no bathroom fan is a hassle; air conditioning unit sounded like 747 at LAX on take off all night long. Asked for several items we forgot at front desk and of three we needed they only had one....Target close by. The Red Lion was a comfortable and convenient location for a sporting event. The rooms were comfortable, but one of the bathrooms although looked clean, did not smell clean. Great hotel, far enough away from Disneyland so the crowds are not great but close enough for a short walk. Neighborhood is good and no problem walking back from the park at midnight.

Great location, good staff and clean room. The problem for us was the fridge that we had to press a button every two hours to make it work. We have a baby that eats just soup and our frozen home made frozen soup couldn't stay on 'solid state'. We had to buy a cooler and keep on ice all the time.

The king room is spacious, very clean and its decors are zen-like, simple and modern. What's good about the layout of this room is that the toilet is near the door so we wouldn't disturb our sleeping child in the bedroom when we are taking a shower or using the blowdryer. There is an Ihop next door however the line is usually long so we take our breakfast at Denny's which is right across Disney. There are other breakfast places along the strip. Cons: I was erroneously charged with $300+ in my credit card which was supposed to be charged to hotels.com since I prepaid with the said booking site. Their Accounting Office quickly rectified the mistake but it's good I checked my online statement immediately. What could be improved on: the bed has tiny pillows, wish their furniture could be more function than form since there were no chest of drawers for our clothes and no shelves in the bathroom for our toiletries. Yes they have a clothes cabinet but it could be more useful if it has extra shelves. The toilet also has a small 2 shelf cabinet which is more decorative than functional. Lastly their refrigerator is more of a cooler. The normal temp is 45deg which could be made colder for 2 hrs only then it goes back to its normal temp. To keep our yogurt and milk cold, we got ziplock bags and filled it with ice in their ice machine and put it in the "refrigerator". 詳情

No shuttle service available but walking distance to park if you like to walk. Blow dryer didn't work and tub filled up as I showered. Pillows were small...child size like pillows and not comfortable. But overall for price and distance from park it was worth the price.

We stay in Anaheim a lot to go to Disney and tried this place for the first time. The staff was great everyone was very nice and helpful. Room was clean I am used to a temperpedic at home so that was the only downfall for me bed could be a little more comfy. Hubbie loved the Kuric in the room that was great. We were very satisfied with all aspects of our stay. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes to Disneyland. The parking fee at the hotel is less than at the park and you get dropped near the main gate. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend this hotel.

We spent 7 nights there and were really happy. The bed's were firm and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly. About a 10 minute walk to the Disney parks.

Staff friendly, pool was great, allowed us early check-in which was nice for children after early morning flight and allowed us to change prior to heading to Disneyland. Very accommodating for requests for cribs, bellman was extremely helpfull and great with kids. The hotel is located close to Disneyland and is clean, comfortable, great staff and very up to date. The grandkids loved the heated pool and we loved the oversized couch areas with fire-pits by the pool. There is an in-house restaurant and bar, great after a full day at Disneyland. Overall, this hotel is a great deal, very safe and friendly.

I love Red Lion Hotels. I always stay with them because they are so pet friendly. I have only one single concern; Every time I check-in at the front desk the receptionist tends to answer phones while I'm with them and does not put the call on hold even though I arrived first. Instead the receptionist will complete the call and then continue to help […] me. Otherwise they are very friendly. They welcome your pets and for that I will always be a Red Lion loyal customer. If they ever change their pet policy I will need to find a different hotel to stay at. 詳情

Loved that it's 2 blcks away from Disneyland. Ihop right next door. Had a nice souvenir store/mini market in the hotel. Came in handy when my husband got sick during our trip, halls, tylenol, and was able to buy some souvenirs that i wasnt able to afford at disneyland for a couple of family members. My husband got sick loved that they had a restaurant, […] went to get him some hot tea, and was surprised that they had variety! The next morning we wanted to go to the beach and was also surprised when I asked were the nearest beach was clerk gave me a print out with directions and map of the nearest beaches. Wow! Oh and parking was great didn't have to worry of someone breaking in to my car. Although the downside to that is that you have to pay for parking. Will defenitely stay here again. 詳情

The location is perfect short walk to Disneyland.. On the main road that everyone going to and from Disneyland take on foot. Was preatty clean did find a dirty diaper under bed. Overall it was great.

The quality of the Hotel is great, very nice and clean. The room was very comfortable, including my bed. The only real bad point is it's location. Being just south of Katella on Harbor means if you're coming south you have to make a u-turn at the Disneyland Toy Story parking lot to get to it. The people at the front desk were helpful and polite. The room was comfortable enough but had some issues. TV stations were limited, the toilet backed up on day one and two. Our daughter's room had a bathtub that filled itself up from the drain pushing water up. It was quiet and had good air conditioning. They only replace towels left hanging on the […] shower rod (as per instructions). The restaurant downstairs had good food but it was expensive and the whole restaurant was run by one man who tried to cover the ordering, serving, room service delivery and register all at the same time! The food in the deli fridge didn't look very appetizing. The gift shop had GREAT deals on Disney stuff including shirts for the whole family. Be aware of the shuttle fee and the parking fee. All in all, it was an OK stay but because of the serious plumbing problems and no breakfast services, we probably wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to our friends. 詳情

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and it was once again fantastic. Hotel staff was very nice, room was very clean, and the hotel has a great buffet restaurant. Being right across the street from Disneyland also helps.
