The neighborhood did not seem very safe. We had some random lady banging on our door in the middle of the night who apparently didnt know what she was doing or where she was staying. It was a little frightening. The staff was friendly, but the rooms could have been cleaned better. Overall an ok hotel but not in a good neighborhood.

Hotel was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient ( .5 mile) to Mercy Adventist Medical Center where we were going to a training class the next day.

Everything appeared clean, but there was a smell throughout the hotel (in-room and common areas) that can be best described as "old bar smell". Like a the smoking room relabeled as nonsmoking - throughout the entire facility. Probably won't use this hotel again with other options so nearby.

Except bathroom, I had good experience with this hotel. On request they fixed it immediately.

Close to several very good local restaurants.....not national chains.

Staff was friendly and helpful, gave us great directions to get to the nearest MAX station (very close by). Room was a little musty, but it aired out quickly. Beds were comfy. The continental breakfast was better than I expected. Overall, I'm very pleased we picked this hotel.

Checkin was a delight. This hotel was the best experience of our week-long trip. All employees were friendly and extremely helpful with any question we asked. An added bonus was a phenomenal restaurant recommended by the front desk which was directly across the street. After 12 hours of driving, it was a blessing to be able to walk across the street, […] relax and enjoy a terrific meal, and walk back to an even better and more comfortable room and bed. Can hardly wait to go back! It seemed there was a lack of close parking spaces, but we discovered more than adequate Ramada parking around the corner and did not feel unsafe walking back and forth. 詳情
