I think that when someone checks in the clerk could stop talking on the phone to her friends and take care of the guest. Also on check out, there were 5 people behind the counter but I had to wait for one girl to finish a reservation on the phone.

like nearly all airport hotels, it is a place to lay your head amongst traffic noises,and to get a shuttle to a flight. In my opinion they are all overpriced for this service.

It was fine! We came in at 4:00 am, it would have been nice to have a break in price, but other than that our stay was ok. Nothing spectacular; nothing in the room was a disappointment.

the trash cans in mu hotel room were full when i arrived and there was a tampon wrapper in the bathroom trash can. those were major turn offs. however the room itself was a great size for the price. overall this place was okay. would have been a lot better had there not been trash already in my room

The hotel could not be found by a GPS for some reason, the staff new it and did not mail any notice about it! The hotel is anon smoking fascility but the corridors had havy smoke smell!

We had a layover and early flight out of DIA so we stayed here. The place was clean and affordable, in a nearby location. The only thing I'd worry about is noise due to proximity to I-70, which is right outside your window. We were tired enough where that wasn't an issue, but just something to bear in mind.

When I arrived the staff was friendly however the room had no towels, cups, ice bucket and the remote control for tv had no batteries. No soap and no bath mat. I had to call and ask for these items.

I would say this is an average hotel. The first room I was given had noisy water pipes in the wall. I mentioned it to them and they cheerfully gave me another room with no problem. The room was quiet and clean. About 15 minutes ride easy access to DIA. The room was clean, but you could hear the water running in the surrounding rooms and it was louder than the water running in your own room. The shower was luke warm at best, the heated pool couldn't have been more than 75 degrees (typically should be around 83-85 degrees). It was too cold for my daughter and I to get in (which is saying a lot as we […] swim in cold lakes). The hot tub was like a warm bath. When I asked the front desk clerk about whether the pool was supposed to be heated, she barely looked up from her cell phone. I explained that there must be something wrong with the heater or the thermostat, she just said "well, it is heated." We were there for three nights and never received maid service. We stayed overnite to go to airport next morning the pool was nice except no towels were there to use when done and the room said nothing about handicapped shower so my kids could not take a bath also the shower head holder was broken so I had to hold the sprayer while I took a shower. We also took advantage of the hotel shuttle service to airport the guy that drove us and the girl working the counter that morning bad mouthed the night employee for not writing down the correct number of guests getting on the shuttle which was 4 instead of two. this was poor. Hotel was a truck stop. dirty carpets in hall and room. Dated hotel with dark halls, tiny analog TV, dirty old furniture you would not want to sit on. Good, location was convenient to airport, having shuttle transportation to airport was nice. Alarm was set in room and went off at 3am so that would be the only thing that really didn't make the stay 100%...maybe the staff could check the room alarms to make sure they are all turned off?

We missed our connection flight and had to change the reservation at the last moment...the staff rolled it over to the next night with no problem and no extra charge...after spending the nighton th e floor of JFK airport, getting to the hotel the following night and receiving good service and a fabulous king bed, our night of sleep was was great!

The room was alright. It was next to the elevator so we heard that every time it was used. Only gave us three towels but they quickly filled our request for more. Minor issues mostly. Would want to get a better price to stay again.

I have stayed here two previous times, and look forward to staying here the next time I fly out of Denver International Airport (~15 minutes away with their hotel shuttle service). Newer TV's (old CRT Tubes), newer elevator, cleaner, brighter hallways, or more exercise equipment for the gym, would make this a really, great hotel. The hotel seems to be in transition from the Ambassador Hotel to Clarion Hotels, so will continue to look toward more improvements. Convenient to the airport but the noise was terrible. I heard every move the person upstairs made - every time the water came on I had to turn up the tv. The hotel was clean but I would never stay there again as it was impossible to sleep. Very thin walls I guess.

Other than the random people wandering around in the lobby and halls when we checked in at 11:30pm and the front desk clerk wrongly claiming that our reservation was for the next day, the stay worked well for a night before our flight. It served it's purpose.
