Very clean! Staff was very welcoming and the parking was free. We couldn't beat the price either. We would definitely stay again.

It was good. I liked the breakfast. Chek in and chek out was quick. Staff was good. My son loved swimming pool. Only thing I did not like was the wash basin was located in the room. Worth of money I spent.

The staff was very polite and very attentive and responded to our requests. This has to be one of the best stays I've had and I travel all the time. The rooms were very clean and have all the conveniences of home. The pool was very clean and warm and I usually dont swim because the water is too cold but not here they had it perfect. Eventho i had read the reviews saying the rooms were suite style i was still pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. It was great to have the sofa and beds partially divided so one could nap while others watched tv. Would difinently stay again.

I always stay there whenever I visit Chicago. The location is convenient, and the room is very big and clean. The staff are friendly, and the complimentary breakfast is awesome.

Staff at check-in was not informative of patron events that weekend which would have made a difference on the selection of the room (floor) we chose. VERY noisy on our floor with other guests running up/down the hall late into the evening and I needed to call the front desk with a complaint. To the manager's credit, she responded quickly and dealt with […] the matter. No other problems occurred that evening. However, in general we could hear every conversation in the hallway and out in the parking lot from our 2nd floor room at all times.Too bad the insulation is so thin. Also, no staff was available for the 24 hour coffee bar when we left prior to 6:30 AM. We missed out on the breakfast and would have appreciated the convenience of this service prior to leaving for the airport. Disappointed overall. 詳情

I was really surprised at how great the hotel was because the rate was so reasonable! My family and I had a peaceful stay!

Stayed on business trip. Almost brought my girl for the weekend. Glad I didn't. The walls and doors block NO sound. Hallways are loud - you can hear everything. Meaning everyone can hear you too.

The only bad thing I can say about the hotel was the pillows were not very comfortable besides that the hotel was great.

My wife, 8-year-old daughter and 22-month-old twins booked the hotel from the road. We had specific requirements for a room with a refrigerator for baby food, availability of cribs for the twins, and ideally a breakfast on site. This was our 2nd stay at a Hyatt Place, first in Itasca, and both visits were excellent. The suite with a separate living room area and bedroom offers up a nice place to stay for multiple days if necessary. And for the price you just couldn't beat it. Ordered a king size bed off hotels.com and at the check in counter, the woman said only double twin size was available. other than that a decent hotel. careful when you order off of hotels.com it doesn't guarantee a room.

This hotel was great!! Very well kept up with. Delicious breakfasts which are different each day. The pool was closed one of the nights we stayed there however, it was very nice when we had used it the previous night. The room was immaculate and very nice! This is a fantastic hotel property for a great deal on a weekend night. I travel a good bit and this was one of the nicest hotels for the money I have experienced in a long time. Spacious clean room. There was remodeling construction in nearby rooms into the evening. I talked to receptionist and she was very friendly and helpful. The noise stopped shortly afterward. Have stayed here a few times. Good place to stay.

Hyatt Place Itasca is the Best hiddden Secret in the West Suburbs! They have a nice bar in the lobby 24hr room service, pool, gym, business area. The rooms are emaculant and comfortable. Don't mention the comfort of the beds. All I can say is whoa! The staff is amazing and genuinely friendly !

My family and I stayed here while visiting Chicago and it was about 25 minutes outside Chicago but well worth it for how nice the hotel was as well as the surrounding area! I would stay here again!!

Traveling with an infant can be tough - the staff at this hotel made it a breeze. They had a pack and play all set up for us upon our late arrival, put us in a room with a bar that had an extra sink and a fridge. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was soft. We would definitely stay there again.

It's about a half hour away from Downtown Chicago. Was able to get the room for an excellent price compared to the size of the room, which had a couch/living room area. Our family of four had a very nice stay here. Close to mall and train station. Very clean and nice breakfast. Pool was very clean but could be a little warmer.
