Good breakfast area.... comfortable beds with no backaches. Pool and Spa needs TLC... esp hot tub... Found bug in bathtub in the am. Husband said it was a cockroach. Ok stay.

My husband is severely handicapped due to a stroke. Although he is 95% okay mentally, he cannot walk or even stand. The beds were made with a platform base, and his medical lift would not fit. The staff, in particularlly "Barry" from housekeeping, helped us tremendously. We had problems in getting my husband in and out of bed. Everyone graciously pitched […] in, with a unique need. The hotel is run down. The first day our room was cleaned we were not left new toiletries. It might have been ok but they took our bars of soap from the day before. The second day we didn't have new disposable cups. Again, we could have reused the others but they were taken away. The room was clean but shabby. The carpet was old, faded and didn't feel […] really clean. The chairs, sofa, etc. in the front lobby are stained and worn. The breakfast is pitiful. It isn't nice and you don't feel as if it was prepared in a clean environment. I will not stay here again. Their was really nothing nice about the hotel. The pool area was ok but the water didn't seem that clean in either the pool or hot tub. 詳情

The hotel has wood floors so they are a bit squeaky. Further, the mattresses were quite soft in my room. The pillows were nice, however. Breakfast does not serve hot food; although it did offer toast, etc. could be heated.

everything OK. Very nice employees. Lots of decent restaurants and stores in short walking distance. Room A/C smelled musty, mattresses too soft for our preference. Awesome waffles for breakfast. OK indoor pool; VERY warm and goggles required to prevent eye irritation. Hot tub broken...they offered us hot tub time next door at Comfort Inn...not much […] warmer than the regular pool. 詳情
