The suite was very nice, however, to avoid wetting my hand in the toilet bowl when finished defecating, I had to stand up to wipe my bottom, because the water level was too close to my bottom. Also, when the suite had had no maid service while we were out from 8 AM to 3PM, we complained to a maid not responsible for our suite and who had very little […] English capability. "Nope. Never again."
This hotel is in a nice location. The rooms were well furnished. That's about all the nice things I have to say about the Hilton… Room service and housekeeping were extremely slow. It took them forever, with multiple calls, to get anything brought up to the room. The customer service wasn't bad… They were not rude. But they were not especially welcoming […] either. The rooms were not cleaned very well. Two of the doors were covered with gook. The main door had a water/oil mark all the way from the top to the bottom. Stayed on 3rd floor and the room was clean, with new Mid-Century Modern fixtures and furniture. Pay for WiFi? Okay, I'll do it because I need it. Pay PER DEVICE? This hotel was really really nice! It was more than what i was expected! It was clean, the staff at the front desk and over the phone were friendly and helpful. The rooms were really nice and cozy. The only thing that was wrong is that we waited several several hours for wash clothes because they were backed up!
