Nothing stood out for this site, except for its location. Room needed an upgrade, breakfast weak, facility below the mean for quality. Desk manager said the facility was getting some remodeling. OK. Even the price was not great.

This Econo Lodge is really close to PDX. There's a bus station across the street (Maybe rail too, not sure). Cab fair to the airport was about $11, and took about 5 to 10 minutes. They offer long term parking for $3.50 a day. It's outdoors but seemed safe and secure. Hotel room was a good size and in good shape. They also have an indoor hottub.

First of all, the listing on hotels.com lists a jetted tub- NO room here has a jetted tub! The lady at the front desk was hardly pleasant. We showed up at 1 and asked if we could have an early check in. She told us we had to come back at 3. THEN we find out that the hotel's check in is actually 1:30!!! We finally checked in and went and explored Portland […] for the day. We get back in around 10pm and guess what? ANTS ARE EVERYWHERE. Thankfully the front desk handled this well and got us a new room far from the ants, but EW!!! Honestly, I wouldn't stay here again. 詳情

Most affordable hotel near the airport. Its not a Ritz but the room was clean, there was freshish pastries and coffee waiting when we left at 5:30AM and they have a computer and printer set up in the lobby to allow guests to Print off their boarding passes free of charge. We would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

The night clerk was very friendly and helpful once we found her. We had to call her on the hotel line to get her to come to the front desk. That is the only positive thing I can say about the hotel. Our room was dirty. We didn't take our shoes off the entire time we were there. If we had the funds and weren't so tired, we would have found another hotel. […] We have used Hotels.com and have never been disappointed until this visit. Our door did not close properly and we had to put a chair under the door. We slept on top of the sheets because they had "unknown" stains on them. Actually we didn't sleep much at all. The air conditioning unit clanged and banged all night and our door was about three feet from the outside elevator so we heard every guest that departed the elevator. I believe we would have gotten a better nights sleep if we had slept in our car. But, did I mention that the night clerk was very nice? 詳情

Smoke free environment is not true because some of the other guests are not even considering putting their cigarrettes out. In my bathroom, 24 hours a day, I could smell cigarette smoke. This was a very pricy motel for me. Service was OK and the room was clean. Breakfast was in the low end of Continental breakfast scale. American (stupid!) door knob […] locked me out of the bathroom one night, and I didnt know how to unlock. First, the hotel was convenient and the rate was ok. Second, it was evident that this was once a classy and upscale motel. It has nice carpeting, furnishings, beds, including marble countertops and thresholds. Very nice. Third, however, it was evident that the hotel hadn't been well-maintained. A towel-rack obviously had been replaced and there was […] a huge smear of ugly contact cement where it had been on the wall-paper. There were other signs that I can't remember that suggested that the hotel was in decline. Fourth, the desk attendant shared with us an account of how she'd had her wallet laying behind the desk and now had $50 missing from it--obviously stolen. While the houses/neighborhood seemed ok, yet the people around it seemed lower-class and I saw two individuals in the parking lot that would be classified as 'gang-bangers' in Bakersfield, CA, where I reside. Fifth, the desk attendant told us to let her know if there were any problems with a regular tenant who sometimes got noisy. My suggestion to the owners is that they maintain the details in the rooms (make sure that repairs are done well and timely) and that they do NOT rent to regulars. This will degrade the overall quality of people they will attract. Sixth, the desk attendant, while she had shared negative information, also freely shared how my wife and I could get better rates in the future. This was a huge positive!! In spite of the problems, because of the price, and due to the friendliness and helpfulness of the desk attendant, in addition to the 'decent' furnishings etc of the room, I would probably stay there again 詳情

The motel at Portland , the carpet was lumpy, I don't know what was under there, the shower curtain rod was broken, coudn't keep curtain closed, the room next to us when the shower was on it sounded like it was in our room, the wifi went down at least 4 times even after calling the office, at that point we gave up, the room was warm, put the air conditioner […] on, the thermostat didn't work, the room never cooled down, when we went down to the office for the breakfast they ran out of food. While this hotel certainly is showing its age (worn carpets, etc) it was clean and acceptable as a budget friendly accommodation. The BEST thing about this hotel is that it is literally across the street from a stop for the MAX light rail system and a day pass gets you all over downtown and to many of the town's attractions. Another plus for us was […] the helpful staff person, Cindy, who not only helped us with the transit maps but made suggestions of places to visit on our short stay. Good value, convenient location, clean rooms, caring staffs. Complimentary breakfast is terrible: no milk, no cereals for the kids.

Scary neighborhood, dirty sheets wallpaper and bedspread.

Very large, clean, small sofa, microwave and refrigerator. Pretty quiet at night with the notable exception of one child that apparently thought the best way to communicate with her parents was to yell at them from the third floor balcony. There are three floors but, and I didn't see this mentioned on hotels.com, they have an elevator which is more […] than a convenience for some of us. I was not impressed with the hotel, I mean I did go a little cheaper but for the price I spent I expected better. The TV wasn't all that great and the non-smoking room smelled like smoke bad.

Very conveniently located right next to the Red MAX line, which runs between the airport and downtown Portland. Friendly staff, comfy bed and adequate amenities. The property is a bit rundown and the room was worn down/old, but clean.

I enjoyed the hotel stay. Close to the train. Taxi service was fast. Your workers at the front desk were exceptionally friendly.

Room smelled like smoke, sketch neighborhood and way too far off the 5/ downtown Portland. Spend the money on a nicer hotel.

Can't beat it for the price. Very nice staff. Room was clean, some small maintenance items could have been done but nothing that would make you feel uncomfortable about the room. Wifi was very strong and fast.

Overall rating was good. Inexpensive hotel near PDX Airport.

The worst experience I have ever had at any hotel- EVER!!!

This hotel is old but very well maintained. The employees are very helpful and easy going. Eventhough we smelled some smoke in the room when we booked non-smoking room; but it is pretty clean. There would be better if there is a pool or hot tub.

We stayed at this hotel 2 nights while attending a conference. Nice sized room, very comforable bed. I would be happy to stay there again.
