Sleep Inn - 本德

The hotel has a nice location next to great restraurants and shopping. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. The only thing I would change is a larger room especially the bathroom. They did not have a fridge in the room. Overall it was really nice and I will probably stay there again.

We had a last minute trip to Bend to see a family member in the hospital (5 minutes away). The hotel has a good location for our purpose, was clean and the staff were friendly.

we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and decor of the sleep inn for the price. i am extremely picky about hotel cleanliness so if i liked it, most people should. we checked in a little late (8pm) and the front desk guy was super friendly, polite, and helpful. the location was right next to multiple restaurants, shopping, and whole foods (where […] we bought deli items to eat in our room). it's a little bit outside of downtown but only about 5 minutes. it was very quiet and they allow dogs which is super awesome because we didn't have to leave our dog at home. the fee for having her there was very small. there isn't a fridge or microwave but we didn't need them and they weren't missed. we will stay again when in bend, oregon. 詳情

This was a quiet, clean, comfortable motel. It was a good location for medical appointment. The breakfast was great. Will stay there again.

We were there getting our grandson checked in at Community College.The hotel was close to every every store we needed for last minute shopping for his dorm--Staples, Costco, Big Lots, Safeway.And we loved the fact that there were so many good restaurants right there in walking distance. My only issue was that there was an inadvertent double booking and upon check in no one questioned me about the additional room reserved in my name allowing me to at least be aware of the problem to address with hotels.com

Small rooms, but had a work place, flat screen TV and was clean throughout. I blitzed in and out for just one night. The pool looked good but I didn't use. Breakfast was simple but good and the coffee was hot at all hours. All in all, the Sleep Inn is on my list if I'm back in Bend again.

Very good overall. We had a very clean, comfortable room and the hotel provided everything we expected. Great value for money with very pleasant and helpful staff which made our stay in Bend a very memorable one.

The room was small and smelled like a wet dog. The amenities said it had a microwave and fridge, but our room didn't. It was very dated. The only good part of the hotel was the pool and spa. Continental breakfast was decent.

The only negative is that it was not easy to get to. Street signs in Bend are poor, but that is not the fault of Sleep Inn. In all other aspects is was very good. Would definitely use them again, and will try other Sleep Inns.

The hotel staff and service was really good. The hotel was recently updated in some aspects, however the heater/AC unit in our room was old and didn't work well. For us personally the bed was really stiff and uncomfotable. The hotel is located in shopping area and close to many things. Breakfast was decent and well stocked.

Just a one night stay type hotel. Rooms are small and filled with lots of stuff. Not much room to move around. Don't bring anything in but your clothes.

The hotel we stayed at was very nice. The breakfast was great, the rooms were fairly large and the staff was very friendly. I would suggest it. It seemed a little overpriced and the location was not 100% ideal, but overall I was very satisfied.

The hotel was conveniently located at the west side of Bend. It had easy access and very little traffic congestion. It was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was very loud. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping while overhearing the cleaning staff loudly reporting that she was the only person cleaning the hotel and so she could not be expected to do the laundry. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable.

They were painting the hotel, so their was a very strong paint odor. Our bathroom had rotting wood around the shower door and the glass shower door was falling out of its frame.

Hotel lobby was being painted, so the stairs were blocked off. Not a major inconvenience, but would have been nice to use the stairs to go up and down 1 flight instead of the elevator. Breakfast was basic, pastries were good quality. Breakfast room was very clean and well maintained. Guest room was basic.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was close to Starbucks, McDonalds, Costco, and other useful businesses. The hotel was clean and quiet. My only minor complaint was that the bed was a little too firm.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sleep Inn in Bend. It is close to everything....great hiking trail near by. Fit our budget well.

Only spent one night here on may way through town..but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. It's near Starbucks and a Safeway and fast food...very functional area........

Hotel was a good value and the location was convenient for us. The room was perfectly nice and comfortable with two exceptions: there was no fridge, and the room had lingering odor of cigarettes. It wasn't too bad, but was obvious when first entering. The pool was really nice. We'd stay there again.

Not fancy, but clean. Bed is a bit stiff, but I didn't awaken with a backache as I sometimes do in hotels. Kids loved the pool. Desk staff was accommodating. Continental breakfast was just ok. The Phoenix restaurant right next door is great!

I travel A LOT for business and this was my first of many nights I will be traveling to Bend, but probably my last night staying at the Sleep Inn. Quite often, I leave hotels after their posted check-out time when I am preparing for a meeting, and I have NEVER been given a hard time about it at any hotel, except for the Sleep Inn in Bend. It was 11:45 […] AM and I was about to finish packing and check out, when the kid at the front desk threatened to charge me for an extra day if I wasn't out in 10 minutes. Maybe part of his job description is "preventing customer loyalty" or "ensuring business travelers never stay here more than once". If so, then this kid is really doing a great job. Next time I'll stay somewhere where I'm treated like a valued customer, rather than a nuisance. 詳情

Friendly and helpful desk clerks, very clean facility, comfortable room, lovely swimming pool and hot tub. It was nice to have a light breakfast before hitting the road. The Sleep Inn was clean and reasonably priced. Other locations in Bend were over twice the cost. We will stay there again in the future.
