Melia Royal Alma was a great hotel on a price adjusted basis compared to other options in the area. The entire staff was so helpful and nice. Location was great for walking to Eiffel Tower, Louvre, and many other must see sights in Paris. Concierge had good restaurant recommendations but if they book restaurant for you, confirm the reservation and make […] sure it is in your name. Of the two restaurants booked, one did not have our reservation (but we were treated very well when they found out we were from Melia) and the second reservation was made in the name of the Concierge - WHO KNEW?!? 詳情

Location is great, but the room was tiny. There were too many pieces of furniture for the space, which made it difficult to move. There was no suitcase rack. It was extremely hot in my room. The minibar was out of order and when I came into my room there was a terrible ammonia odor coming out of it. I had to keep the window open all night. Beautiful hotel in wonderful location. Large and comfortable lobby area. Delicious and plentiful breakfast buffet......if you fill out the form to become a Melia member you get 2 breakfasts for the price of one. The location and service at this hotel couldn't have been better. The rooms are small. We used the breakfast- included plan (food was very good) which was much less expensive than purchasing on a daily basis. We will definately stay here again.

Hotel was situated very near the Eiffel Tower. Pricey but it was New Year's Eve. Being a family of 5 we had to use 2 rooms. Thanks to the staff, one of our rooms was upgraded. Pretty cool. Restraunts near by were excellent and very friendly. $$ permitting, I'd stay again.

This place is fantastic...great location, wonderful staff...we had a problem with our room and the staff upgraded us with no problem and seemed happy to do it.

My Wife and I stayed here while we were in paris for a night on our way back to the states. The airline had managed to lose her bag but the hotel staff were super helpful pointing us in the direction of good shops to visit so she would have something to wear to dinner. Beautiful room and hotel (shabby chic stylings) with amazingly nice and helpful staff. The hotel is a block from metro line in a swanky upscale neighborhood - like Rodeo Drive in Paris with all the designer stores if you're into that. We were expecting the typical small Paris hotel room but were pleasantly surprised to find we had a large room with 2 balconies. The hotel staff went out of their way to see to our every need and were very courteous. The complimentary hotel toiletries were upscale, towels were plentiful and requests attended to promptly. Very hot when we stayed in April, shame that they wouldn't turn the air con on as the room was like an oven. Great location, 10 mins from most sights.

this small boutique hotel had extemely friendly staff and would go out of their way to accomodate us. the location was very convenient walking to the metro or the champs de elyses and is moments fromthe right bank. restaurants all around. the room was small but very nicely appointed. we had a great stay.

Having discovered other areas of the city I would prefer to stay elsewhere in the future.

Great location .. Everwhere that we walked to we could see the Eiffel tower. Wonderful breakfast and nice rooms. Went in fall so air doesn't go on however we were able to open windows which was cool and refreshing. There's a great little resteraunt right in front of it which was fantastic too. Would go back!!! My only complaint was that our sinks sprayed […] water everywhere . However my parent's sinks did not have this issue and flowed normally. 詳情

Room is a bit small (by the American standard) but it is very well located near the metro station and walk distance to a lot of restaurant area.

I traveled to Paris more or less on whim. I do not know french, I do not know Paris, so I was more or less at the mercy of the city. Considering that hotels in western europe are much smaller than those in the US, I was very pleased with the hotel room. The staff was very helpful and spoke english relatively well (...I wouldn't sit down at a bar and […] tell them my life story, but they knew enough english to point me to the nearest pharmacy). My only complaint was that after taking the red eye to paris, they were unable to get me into the room before check-in time... however, I fully understand that if the hotel is booked to capacity there are times where there are no extra rooms. Overall, this is not your local Hilton... but they do go above and beyond to make you feel at home. 詳情

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral unweit des Eiffelturms und der Metro, ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind klein, das Personal freundlich, leider kein WIFI in der Lounge

Great location close to the champs elysees and eiffel tour. Secluded and calm. Room was tiny. Breakfast 25 € was expensive.

The location is perfect: hidden in a side street, but in walking distance to the shopping area, restaurants,etc. The staff was extremly helpful. The rooms are quiet and I would certainly recommend the hotel to any guest seeking an elegant and quiet hotel.

Totalt sett veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Serviceminded betjening god frukost og sentral beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum av Paris. Akseptabel pris. "steinharde" senger var for meg det eneste negative med hotellet.

Helt OK hotell som ligger på promenad avstånd från både Eiffeltornet och Triumfbågen. Dock kändes det inte som ett 4-stjärnigt hotell för de pengarna. Rummen var ganska små, sängen lite hård, tv:n hade dåligt ljud, och ingen utsikt överhuvudtaget. Detta var ett standard dubbelrum. WIFI fungerade inte på rummet, utan bara i lobbyn. Vilket kostade pengar. […] Fanns dock sladd till internet på rummet. Personalen får dock 4 stjärnor, trevliga och väldigt bra på engelska. 詳情

Et stilfult hotel som har en vakker spasertur til Eiffeltårnet. Rene rom og meget god service. Frokosten var en nytelse. Betjeningen var sympatiske og høflige. Dette er et hotel som jeg reiser tilbake til! Opplevelsen var fem-stjernes!

Hotellet ligger meget centralt og dog på en meget stille gade. Tæt på mange serværdigheder som er nemme at gå til. Fint værelse. God betjening og dejlig morgenmad.

Et fantastisk hotell med en helt utrolig service! Koselige rom og sentralt i forhold til både Champs Elysses og Eiffeltårnet, også veldig nært Metro (linje 9). Veldig koselig personale som hjalp oss med alt vi lurte på. Air France mistet bagasjen vår på vei ned. Hotellet purret på dette for oss og ordnet det så vi fikk bagasjen opp på hotellet så fort […] som mulig. Her skal vi bo igjen neste gang vi er i Paris! 詳情

Fräscht hotell med underbara sängar nära Champs-Élysées och alla dyra butiker. Allting var bra förutom att det inte fanns någon wifi i lobbyn (men ethernetsladd fanns i rummet)
