No soap in the room - had to ask for it. On the other hand, the complimentary breakfast was great - it was complete and hot.

Service was really good. This hotel had the very best breakfast which even included scrambled eggs and sausage along with waffles, cereal, etc.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but I had absolutely NO hot water :(

Other than the ice machine breaking down when we stayed in Roswell, there were no other complaints from me. We stayed in the room mostly just to sleep because we spent our days sight seeing and when we did return to the room it was always clean and refurbished with fresh towels, soap, shampoo, etc. For the price, this was a very nice place to spend […] our vacation. While this hotel was largely empty they gave us a room that was immediately adjacent to a busy street so it was loud. While it was a non-smoking room it smelled strongly of some sort of cloying fragrance, leading me to think that previous inhabitants =had= smoked in it and they were covering up the smell. Could use some cleaning or painting of the stairwells. Also, the recliners were worn and uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, though.

The location of this hotel is good in terms of restaurants and shopping very close by and the hotel itself is easy to find. However, the front desk staff on checkin, Janie, was extremely unhelpful and the room was dirty. Definately, not the best Days in I've ever stayed at.

I spent 5 very comfortable nights here. It's within walking distance of museums, restaurants, etc. Good selection of food for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

We found the hotel to be well maintained and the front desk staff were extremely helpful and courteous and friendly. We will definitely stay in this hotel when we find ourselves in Roswell again. Thank you.

Hotell staff very helpful and accomadating. Very clean but needs updating. icemachine didn't work and fridge froze everything I put in it.

We had people that were staying below us that partied every night they were there. We tried contanting the manager and the night clerk for hours and then finally went down to the office to discover that no one was there. We went down another time and found the night clerk that was missing earlier and told her what was going on, she stated "Oh, we get […] that sometimes." and that was it. We put in a maintenance request because the hot water was barely warm enough to take a shower, it was never fixed. We won't stay there again. We checked out early and got no refund for the remaining time that remained. 詳情

Loved this hotel and everyone was extremely nice.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. We stayed there with 2 of our grand children, the staff was very accomadating.. They provided us with extra hot chocolate and coffee packets. It was very cold during the time were there.

Very nice hotel. Price was very reasonable compared to others in the area. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the staff, especially the front counter was extremely helpful and friendly.

Hotel was better then we were expecting. It was clean, comfortable, and great location. Close to restaurants, shopping, and museum. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

This hotel was very clean and super comfortable. I was travelling alone and did not feel the location was super safe for a female to go for a walk alone, however, it was probable one of the safer places in Roswell. However, with free internet, I was able to order myself some take out and watch TV and chill in the comfort of my room!

Stayed here one night while on a road trip to move my friend back to CA. Was very pleased with the cleanliness of hotel and a free, hot, yummy breakfast! Not just bear claws here, they had coffee, juice, hash brown potatoes, scrambled eggs, cereal, bagels...delish! Was also pleased to find out they had a small exercise room. Not a big one, just a decent […] (but older) treadmill, stationary bike and an older eliptical, but it was enough to get a sweat on and stretch out my muscles after several days in the car! Quite spacious room and bathroom area. The shower faucet seemed a bit in disrepair, there were some dark yellow stains where the water leaked out and we couldn't get the water to completely turn off, but bathroom still seemed very clean. I imagine they probably have really hard water in the area. We had asked the young woman at check-in (who seemed like she was still in training) if some of the cheesy alien tourist places were in walking distance. She said yes, but as we ventured out in the heat, they were over 10 blocks away, which is not too bad, but not preferable when it's over 95+ degrees. Oh well, we could have returned to parking lot to drive, but we toughed it out. 詳情

The hotel was good for the value.

Called ahead for a late check-in.The room was nice and cool,they had turned on air conditioner for us,felt great coming in from the heat.Very comfortable beds,friendly staff-very helpful,go out of their way to accomodate you.Excellent hot breakfast.Kids enjoyed pool!Thanks,staying there again next time.

Great room. Very friendly staff. Pool wasn't too cold. Only bad thing was my husband got poked with a piece of wood in the bed.

I had low expectations and they were met. Dirty towels left on the floor by housekeeping. Dirty mirror. Shoddy maintenance.

Door stuck and had to be shouldered open. Food was left in fridge from previous occupant. Bath tub was dirty. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Will stay here again on my next trip thru Roswell.

Everything was great. The only negative comment I have is that staff was in a hurry to take the continental breakfast foods away before it was time.

hotel in roswell did not have my room ready i had to return 2 times.Lamps needed bulbs.Biggest complain was there were alot of flies in room no fly swatter in office or with maid service had to try and kill with towell.i wasinnterrupted in my sleeo by them.Overall the front staff was very courteous and nice

The hotel was I guess as clean as you could get it, but it was just old and dingy.

We found everything very satisfactory. Breakfast was fine. The only complaint was the pool and spa were freezing. They said athey were waiting for a part for the pool heater. Could have let us know that the water would be cold before we got ready and went to the pool with 4 young children.

Wasn't expecting much from a basic hotel room, but was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very nice, centrally located on the strip, the comp breakfast includes a 'make your own waffles from batter', scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy....much better than the standard hotel breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Old run-down motel with inattentive staff. Woke with bites, bathroom was a wreck, and complimentary breakfast room was so dirty we did not sit down. Never again.
