Not much else to say ... the hotel was close to the river where we were fishing.

The large, spacious room was very welcome. I noticed that the upkeep (painting, minor touch-ups) was slacking but overall the room was nice. The area was quiet yet we were close (5-15 minutes) to many restaurants, shops, and activities. The free breakfast was a good start to our day. I would recommend this location to others.

The motel is in the midst of a renovation and it's looking very good. We had NO PROBLEMS with our stay or the condition of the motel. Would recommend it to anyone...honest.

A good price if you are not spending much time in the room, which seemed musty. Ownership is trying, but the property is dated and a little worn out. Be aware that Townsend is an almost dry county where only beer is available - no wine, no liquor - in restaurants or stores. If I were to be in the area again, I would go a little more upscale.

Great little hotel, close to the river, groceries, national parks and many restaurants! Staff friendly and accommodating.

Clean, spacious, close to the Smokey Mountains National park, as well as close to several amenities in town! Also connected to a great running and biking trail. Not to mention a great view from our hotel window of the moutains. We were not in our rooms very much, so this hotel was perfect for what we needed. Definitely a great bargain for the money […] if you are in the area! 詳情

This hotel was as advertised, nice, clean room and the front desk was always helpful. This area was an excellent vacation place to stay, nearby anything you would want to see and do, but really quiet and peaceful around the hotel.

This was our first visit to the area. We were pleasantly surprised at the generous size of the room, how quiet the area was and the selection of great places to eat. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely make a return visit.

We were happy with our room with the exception that the bed was not so comfortable, not terrible, but could stand improvement. We would also like to see a better selection at the breakfast bar, like some fruit and protein options.

Great value and excellent proximity to the park. Wonderful place for dinner right across the street. Very clean.
