Good, small hotel in a great location that sits back from the Croisette behind nicely-kept gardens. It lacks the style and substance of the Carlton or Martinez, but the sea view rooms have large balconies that cannot be found at these other hotels. The only fault was a lack of hot water on the day we checked in - it was tepid at best. "Avoid this hotel Staff are rude and services is terrible"

Avoid the Beach club, it is a rip off and the staff are only interested in having fun with each other and trying to socialise than provide any kind of service. The Hotel room was nice but the bathroom was very old and not to the same standard as the bedroom. Reception staff were rude and not helpful. Having been to Cannes previously and really fond of city I must say that staying in the Grand was the best hotel experience in Cannes so far (Have stayed at Martinez & Gray d'Albion). Grand Hotel fremsto for oss som et ryddig og hyggelig hotel. Servicen i resepsjonen var meget bra og veldig effektiv. Vi fikk umiddelbare svar på alle spørsmål og hjelp til det vi trengte. Hotellets beligenhet med stranden rett i front er perfekt.

Meget fornøyd med hotellrommet som var meget romslig.(dobbeltrom). Føler kanskje servicen kunne vært noe bedre, spesielt på stranden(La Plage 45, privat strand for hotellgjester for Le Grand Hotel).
