Killed two cockroaches within ten minutes of entering room. Place was a total dive.

Iwould not recommend this place to anyone. The room was filthy couldnt get the phone to even call the main office and the commode didnt work. When i addressed these issues with management he didnt even say so much as im sorry or offer to fix anything

Staff is always friendly and welcoming and the rooms are always kept/clean and stocked with necessities. Close to everything!! The two ladies that work nights are very accommodating.

Clerk had to change my room when I checked in. It was not ready to be occupied. It had a large "HOLE" in the wall near the door. The room I was transferred to was a "double" vs my King request. The bed spreads on both bed were tattered as well as the sheets. The room was hot and musty and found a bug in the bathtub and on the wall. I give it a great review. Only problem was that they had a couple of buses of guests so there were no non smoking rooms available. The front desk did put on the air and sprayed the room for us before we arrived.

We needed a decent hotel at the last mintue to stay with my kids for the night and since it was 10pm when we arrive we didnt except much "fanciness". The room was clean. Small but it had what we needed a bed, since we just needed a place to rest. Dont go there if you expect a four star hotel. Very noisy late at night and an older hotel

First off, let me state that the staff at this hotel were extremely polite and hospitable. That being said, the sheets were worn out (yellowed) and there were stains on the wall. There was an almost overpowering scent of strong air freshener, as if there was some offensive odor that someone was attempting to cover up. Bathroom was disgusting! The entire "non Smoking" room smelled like an ashtray. Cigarette burn holes in the sheets and the carpet surrounding the outside walls of the bathroom were wet. I was hesitant about booking this hotel because of some of the reviews but I went ahead and booked a RENOVATED room!!!! WOW!!! The quality of the room was that of a much more expensive hotel. Modern furniture and fixtures!!! Very clean and comfortable. I will surely stay at this Red Roof whenever Im in the area!

My truck was broken into tools were stolen and the hotel did nothing to help me. My truck was in full view of the security cameras and on the monitors and noone did anything to stop the thieves and the hotel owner refuses to call me to tello me what avenues they have taken to help me in replacing my stolen tools. A police report was made and the cops […] never even requested the video tape from the hotel. Usually the cheapest motel in the Chattanooga area. And the rooms and service reflect this.

The so called superior room was not superior at all. I hate to see what the regular room looks like. The front dest area was tidy but the area where the food was serve needs to be updated. The pictures on the website need to be updated as the room was not what I expected. There was mold and mildew around the toilet area and the wall by the tub. It grossed […] me out. I had to take the shower curtains to block the wall so I want see while showering and I put a towel behind the toilet so I want see it when I go in. When I checked into the room the tv wasn't wrkin so I called front desk told them the problem and was told I could move to another room. I was given new key to new room, I unloaded my things and left. This was at 5pm. Came back to room around 11-11:30 pm and key wouldn't work. Went to front desk, they fixed it, or so I thought. Around 12:30-1:00am there […] was a knock at the door. Apparently the lady that helped with room key, the same one who switched rooms for me never switched it in system. This hotel smells horrible! I have been gone for over two weeks and my coat still smells like that place. I have aired out and nothing has helped. There were a bugs that we found crawling on the wall, and not to mention the uncomfortable bed! There was a so called microwave but it looked like it was from the dinosaur era...go figure. I have a comfortable stay. Everything is good, including the room price. In case the carpet was kept clean, the room was perfect.

Only one check in clerk working with 6-8 people waiting in line to check in. needless to say, the check in took way too long. kudos to the one lady working, though. she was apologetic, friendly and gracious while trying to get us all a room.

Just O K people were nice beads are like army cots.

Hotel had very dim lighting for night check in,would like to see better signs for late check in,overall was good place to stay close to the mall and resturants.

was skeptical about staying here after reading some hasty reviews,but after my discount this room was totally worth it. stayed in the renovated section which has flat screen tvs, microwave,and a cold mini fridge, walking distance to like 30 restaurants. staff was very polite. will definately stay here again if in the area.

hotel appearance run down, dirty stairways & rooms. room need repair work

Hairs that were not ours were found in bed sheets and bathroom tub and sink. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Stairs had rotten wood didn't feel safe.

Room was dirty/filthy. bathtub was black in the bottom. Twice within 3 hours, someone came knocking at our outside door. called front desk second time and they did take care of it. Kept the a/c on high as it would go the entire time we were there to keep room at a tolerable level. checked out after 1 night and went back home. Everything worn out. Bathroom smelled of urine, the tub was black from lack cleaning. Will never stay there again. Spend $20 more and stay somewhere clean.

Could not use the microwave to pop popcorn because the electric kept going off. Staff was very prompt to flip the breaker, but after the second time, we gave up on the popcorn. The room was very small, but clean and the bed was comfortable.

"Non-smoking" room reeked of smoke. Couldn't change the room because i paid over the internet. (?) Whole place was rundown, dirty and was apparently going for the weekly rental business. I had the small room in the back. Size was no big deal.. if your alone. Room was smelly, hot, and I would not touch the nasty chairs. Air condition barely worked. TV would not connect to movies. Hey, but it had a mini fridge. The bed made my skin crawl.

It was the first time I stayed in a Red Roof Inn that grossed me out. It was so dirty that I could not even take a shower. The room smelled like urine, the refrigerator had caked on old food spillage and there was dirt every where. I will never stay in the Red Roof again.

Hotel in need of renovations. Room had a lot of wear and tear showing. Laminate floor does not look like it has been cleaned. I felt like I needed to decontaminate after leaving. There are other hotels next door in better condition for the same price and even cheaper. I will not stay here again.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provided.

Great price for a decent room! Recently remodeled room with granite countertops and comfortable bed. No coffee maker though - missed that! Clean and neat. After hours registration though is through a teller window; made me a bit nervous, but no problems at all.
