I will NEVER stay at another Red Roof Inn. The hotel room contained a safe, but no microwave and/or ridge. The room appeared old and outdated. When I arrived to check in the clerk was on the phone (it appeared to be a personal conversation) for 20 minutes before she even acknowledged me. The customer service is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

This is the 5th or 6th time that I have stayed at this hotel, and the last 2 times the people in the front desk have always been un-accommodative and completely non-friendly. Will never stay at this hotel ever.

Great staff and for the price a great room.

It was great for what the hotel is. The only negative was that it didn't have a mini-frige.

My 2-night stay was okay. No probs.

A GREAT bargain and in a sae place if you just need to catch an early flight out the next morning

the carpet had stains(your socks got dirty walking around) and the mattress cover was stained with blood.

The staff that night was really friendly and very helpful. Got us menus for pizza places that delivered and the Chicago pizza he recommended was awesome!

staff is lazy and doesnt listen or help their customers, beds are rock hard and absolutely no accomendations not even a hair dryer or coffee pot

The room smelled like it had been smoked in...but was marked as non-smoking. Otherwise everything worked and was satisfactory.

The room was clean and confortable but the walls are thin. We could hear the TV and voices from the room next door. For our one night it was OK but wouldn't want to be there for a long time.

An inexpensive room that I needed for one night. No big deal, right? There was fecal matter in/on the toilet when I checked in to the room. The air conditioner did not work in the room. There were bugs (ants, perhaps?) in the room. Staff was unable or unwillling to help with any of these matters. Rooms are very clean,quite and comfortable.The desk clerk was unbelievably pleasant and willing to help me with anything I needed to make my stay wonderful. This inn is located just off I-90 and easy to get to.Great price for what you get !

This was a last minute getaway for the hubby and I and the hotel was very clean and quiet. The only problem was that the reservation was made for the wrong day. When I arrived there were complications and I had to contact hotels.com by phone and have them fax info to clear up the mishap. But it was cleared and everything else was great.

Good place to stay at lower prices,clean room and the dennys across the street is 24hrs.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly. No the nicest hotel but very pleasantly surprised. 1 of the nicest red roof inn penn state at. We recommend this to anyone with a dog or a cat

For the price, I received a hell of a deal. The room was spotless, everything worked and worked properly. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would not only recommend hotels.com and this hotel, but I would stay again myself.

We asked for a non-smoking room and the stench to cigarette smoke in the room was unbearable.,but the personnel was very nice and changed us immediately. However, I would not stay again in this hotel.

Older motel but clean and comfortable. Friendly help too.

This is a nice hotel. The only problem is there is no buffet breakfast and no shuttle to the airport. Other than that, I would endorse this hotel. Stuart

Near to Chicago O'Hare airport. Near to Walmart and major fast food chains. Room is not that good. But for the money paid, I am satisfied.

It was a very bad experience for us. We got there and the first room we had there was buggs in there. We went back and try another room. People have been smoking in that room and that gives me a headache. So we went back for the three time and he gave us three more keys to see which one we wanted and the first two was bad. It was somking going in there […] too and one of th erooms somebody burn a hole in the cover. The last room we got was okay. It was the best, but it wasn't nothing like the other ones either. We wanted ice and the ice machine was out for the whole time we was there. We can here to getaway and celebrate our brithdays together. But this was not even mention that I had gone to Chichago. The attended there was very helpful in the whole thing. It was too bad that we got the room online and paid our money already. Because we would went somewhere else to stay. In and out...

If you are looking for a place close to Chicago forget about this hotel. It is nice and clean and the pople there are nice and helpful but it is far from Chicago, even the airport.

There for a conference nearby, rented 5 rooms and all were supposed to be double beds, only had 4. They offered 2 rooms to make up the beds needed. Very impressed with that:-)

More than sufficient if you are staying overnight and looking to save money.

You get what you pay for, it was a place to sleep for the night, nothing more. Even though a non smoking room, there was still an odor, not awful though. Beds were comfortable. We'd go there again.
