I went to stay for the weekend with my little sister, I arrived at the hotel at midnight. When I went to my room there was a police van in the parking lot, like they were about to do a sting. When I open the the room was not pleasing.. They false advertise.. do not stay here!!!!

Budget atmosphere room not made up and towels not replaced

The room was dirty, the the was dirty. The sheets were not changed! It was non smoking and people clearly smoke in there. The tv was old and the channels we needed came in fuzzy, The was a hole in the was and burns on the wall from burning incense. The floor had no carpet and there was a spider in the bed. I had to buy sheets, towels, pillow cases, […] disinfectant, air freshener, and bleach cleaner for the tub and countertops. There was no working ice machine and they had two and the police walked the lot with a drug dog. If we hadn't just drove 7 hours we would've been going right back home and there where no other hotels because of the final four. Don't ever book with them. 詳情

Worst hotel I ever stayed in. The staff was unfriendly especially those behind the front desk. Housekeeping never brought towels like I asked. There was a lot of foot traffic, people who were not guest just walking around standing around. Never will I stay there again

We picked this hotel because of it's location close to the airport. That would be the only thing going for it. The neighbourhood is scarey. The staff were slow (the room was not ready for us). Dirty room that did not have towells , soap and toilet paper. The non flat screen TV had broken speakers. The staff brought in a working TV for us. There are so many issues with this motel, that I do not even know where to start. If you want a castle of horror, you would be better off going to an amusement park. It is dirty place, stains and odor in the bathroom, TV does not work, broken connectors. Their so called "Continental Breakfast" is a joke. The room smelled and was really dated. There was no ice bucket, no washcloths, no iron or ironing board, no fridge or microwave. It was a lot of homeless people walking around the property digging in trash cans, just not a comfortable atmosphere at all for the price we paid. Will never stay at this location again!!

The area around the hotel doesn't offer . The continental breakfast was ok, but could expand more. The hallway carpet stunk, the telephone in my room didn't work, the toilet backed up twice, the coffee maker only worked after pressing the on button with enough force to put a hole through the machine, the hotel only carried a few channels, and the blankets […] were short. I booked 2 Queen bed rooms and was given 2 full bed rooms and one of the beds in 126 was broken half of the bed was on the floor and no I booked NON SMOKING ROOMS and was given smoking rooms the smell of smoke was terrible in the room 125 an 126,seeing that I don't smoke didn't like that at all

The rooms are clean but very old style. Bed squeeks with the slightest movement..bed was very old. BUT the most inconvenience thing is there IS NOT A SHUTTLE FOR THE AIR PORT. The front desk says you can walk over to the other hotels. And As a courtesy the surrounding hotels (except Days Inn) didn't mind u waiting in front for a shuttle ride. we were in town for the bronner brothers hair show and I hate paying those prices for the hotels next to the world conference center so i normally come out a little ways where the price is better the location was good right off the interstate but they were remodeling the rooms we didnt get one of the remodeled ones but the front desk area was great […] the service was wonderful very sweet ladies .........they could offer more amenities in the rooms but for the price and we just needed a place to sleep and get dressed it was a good deal. This was not a well maintained hotel at all. Only one of the outlets was I able to plug my Ipad charger in due to the fact that every other outlet did not hold the plug. This was by far the most ghetto ratchett hotel that I have ever stayed in. The front desk workers just don't care what type of service you get. We asked for two irons that did not even heat up, so we had to wear our clothes wrinkle. All the front desk clerk could say is that im sorry. I do NOT reccomend this hotel to anyone.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. Although it needs LOTS of work, it looks like the management is making an effort to spruce the place up. It is very close to the airport. I will try them again in the future....I hope they continue to make improvements.

First the hotel is to close to the airpot that's a plus, but the service is bad I flew from Chicago with my wife for a business meeting, when we got to the hotel it was 12:36pm the lady at the front dest told us that we were there too early cause check in is afeter 3pm what???? then while she was taking to us there was this man arguing with the other […] staff about his money, the phone rang she picked up and she was getting upset with this man that wouldn't leave his room to check out while she was serving me. So we end up going to the business meeting without checking in cause she said it was too early, then came back at 8pm to check in.
