We stayed in five hotels over the course of our trip, and this one was my favorite. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was outstanding. GREAT desk and food/beverage staff. Hotel is very comfortable with spacious rooms, however the hotel needs to do some updating. The TV's are very old and the sofa needed to be replaced. The kitchen counter had a big crack in it and the refrigerator was really old. Good location across from pretty golf course and close to main highways. Some of the room photos are misleading as it appears there is a door on the bedroom, but there is no door unless you upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, which we did, and it was very spacious. My family spend two days in Flagstaffas we travelled to New Mexico. Our two-bedroom suite was very large and, besides the large amount of leaf debris at the front door, it was clean. They would do well to upgrade the tv's and to make sure that the dishwashers were working, but these were minor issues. Sonesta Suites was a great place to stay. We went up there for the night of New Years. It's location is convenient as it is only minutes from downtown Flagstaff and right off the highway. The suite we got was very spacious, clean, had a kitchen and living room area! It was great. It had a really gorgeous view of the mountain tops right across. Sonesta ES Suites was excellent in every way. I loved the quiet arrangment of rooms in seperate buildings. There were none of the usual noises from surrounding rooms or the hallway. comfortable room, clean. Nice, wide-variety hot breakfast. Complimentary laundry machines were an awesome bonus. Pretty friendly and helpful staff. Surprised with no sheets for the pull-out bed, when we booked for 4 people, but they were helpful enough to correct it.

amazing location with a view of the golf course and nearby mountains. Very quiet and peaceful yet close to the city. Half-hour drive up to Arizona Snowbowl.

We enjoyed our stay here!!! Rooms were immaculate and the layout was great! Beds were very comfortable!! Breakfast was delicious !! Kids loved the fresh waffles with strawberries and whip cream!! Definitely will be back!!

Rooms were a bit dated but the suite worked well for our family. Hot breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly. I'd go back! Wish I had more time to explore Flagstaff, AZ, as this seems like a very nice city (but we were just passing through).

All in all it was a nice stay . Rooms were comfortable and roomy for a family. Have two bathrooms was a great convenience. Breakfast was crowded though and sometimes lacking in seating ----furniture could use some updating ----good trip though .

I highly recommend this hotel especially for families. The price was reasonable, free hot breakfast, kitchen dishes and utensils, and internet. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Rooms are worn and very dirty. Great floor plan but very obvious that little maintenance or cleaning is being done. Air vents hanging with dust, dirty qtips on the "clean" floor and something smeared on the glass door.

This place is very much like a Staybridge as far as the size of the rooms and the breakfast. For the most part the room was clean and comfy. There was hair in the bath tub, but the rest was clean. This hotel is in a good location for travellers to the Grand Canyon and northeastern Arizona, and it is in a quiet location away from the train and Interstate. Clean and comfortable, and a decent breakfast offering.

We were staying here during the week in the winter (late Jan) so it was nice and quiet. We really appreciated having complimentary laundry machines available as we were on the road for a couple of weeks. For our family it was great. Out daughter loved having her own room, bathroom, and TV. The breakfast was very good. Having coffee in the lobby 24/7 was very nice. We enjoyed having a log for our fireplace every night of our stay. The staff was very helpful. Some of the outside areas needed some attention. My three daughters and wife go to Flagstaff once a year to relax and play in the snow, every year its a different hotel , not anymore we have found the hotel we will use everytime we go. Sonesta suites. They are the best in every way possible

Stayed in a suite with one queen bed and a fireplace. Hotel provides one complementary log for a fire. Bed was comfy and room was spacious and nice. The complementary breakfast was one of the best I've had: oatmeal, make-own-waffle, granola, eggs and bacon, bagels, they had it all. Would definitely stay here again.
