Hotel Praia Ipanema - 里約熱內盧

The hotel was confortable and the service was ok but I travel around the world and unfortunaly some services were missing to hold the stars. Variety of the food on the morning buffet, free access to bike, the pool and the terasse being closed for renovation.

A bit over priced but perfect location!!

The construction on the roof is really loud and the section of beach it is directly across from is not that nice.

I pretty beautiful hotel I just have never been to a hotel where the only worker at the hotel that even just even smiled at us was 1 bellman that I had given a large tip to. Everyone was so un helpful so NOT friendly I work for Hilton hotels corp and if any one of my employees acted like that way it would not be allowed. which is really too bad because […] the hotel was nice and the location was perfect! Even the Internet lady after I even asked her to smile smirked at me and stuck her nose up. I don't expect much but a simple little smile would have gone a long way at this hotel! Ok I thought of one other employee that did their job that was the man that checked us in and the lady that checks our room number before the breakfast. But every other person at that front desk horrible no respect no smiles horrible! 詳情

Felt like this hotel was a quick makeover with a splash of paint and rudimentary design, not really camouflaging the tired and worn out feeling of the place. The staff were at best somewhat responsive and often curt and ungracious. Would not stay here again.

LA UBICACION ES EXCELENTE, LA PILETA EN LA TERRAZA ESTA BARBARA AUNQUE ES CHICA , LA COMIDA ES MUY BUENA, EL SERVICIO ES MUY BUENO Y EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE LAS HABITACIONES REQUIEREN RECICLADO, INSUFICIENTE EL SERVICIO DE TOALLAS EN GENERAL RECOMENDABLE AUNQUE PRECIOS MUY ELEVADOS PARA LA RELACION BENEFICIO/COSTO (EN SEMANA DE CARNAVAL)

Hotel Pria extrement bien situé sur Ipanema Beach, quartier sure, tres belle plages.

Serviço mediano e a piscina estava fechada, ninguém nos avisou! Hotel velho, antiquado, café da manha com pouca reposição. NAO FIQUEM!

otima localizacao, servico de quarto de acordo, quarto sempre bem limpo pelas arrumadeiras. café da manhã, salao muito pequeno, quando cheio tem que esperar uma mesa liberar. funcionários atenciosos, uma pena na minha estadia estava fechado a piscina, sauna para reforma, o que eu achei um grande falha pois tratava-se do mes de julho FERIAS!!!

The standard of the hotel is ok, but the big problem is the road next to the hotel and the sound from the ventilation system. Don't book Praia Ipanema if you value you sleep.

O hotel é mal conservado, a decoração é muito brega, nosso quarto tinha cheiro insuportável de cigarro -nos trocaram de andar e melhorou o cheiro- o bar é fraco, a piscina é super pequena, o café da manhã não é bom nem ruim, mas pelo valor pago vc espera algo muito melhor, na recepção tem um motor de alguma máquina que ocupa todo o corredor...

O Hotel necessita de manutenção Urgente, estrutural e de atendimento. O Restaurante é o único que apresentou um resultado satisfatório. The hotel needs to be upgraded, the building and the employes. The restaurant is the only good thing that I liked.
