very disappointed, I was surprise that no one from upper management saw what I have seen. I have stayed other Redroof inn but this one was no where near, not even MOTEL 6 which I stayed few days later for another occasion.

The room was tidy. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. I was actually wanting to stay longer. It felt like a home away from home vacation for me.

Terrible hotel, terrible location, terrible staff, unsanitary and unhealthy rooms, complete waste of money. If you want to stay in a room which secretes brown water from its plumbing (sink, toilet, and shower), has unsanitary little in the rooms (we found used bandages and napkins, etc), and a hotel staff which does not care about your well being, […] or the upkeep of their hotel, then this is the hotel for you. Complete waste of money. I don't expect full amenities when staying at a 2 star hotel, but I do expect a level of human cleanliness and decency, which this hotel does not have. 詳情

I had to book this motel thru phone, normally I book thru website so didn't know how good/bad it was. It turned out really bad, bad location and bad maintenance.

My wife hated this place, but I didn't think it was all that bad. The bed did need to be replaced, curving into a "V" in the middle. Room could have been much cleaner - cobwebs on the ceiling, and it stunk like cigarettes, despite being a non-smoking room. Getting into the hotel parking lot was the biggest trip. From I-95, where most people would exit […] to reach the hotel, a suicide immediate turn across two lanes of traffic in about 100 feet was required after coming around a corner merge from another street. Only really good thing was that it was really convenient to two different DC Metro stations. Oh, and did I mention, NO POOL? 詳情

A/C button broken...so I had to unplugg the floor unit. Dead bugs on the wall...the bed was the worst, I would have slept on the floor if had been vacuumed this year.

Rooms are smelly, neighborhood is horrible

Für den Preis ok. Recht weit weg von Washington, geht aber mit Taxi zur Bahn und dann mit der Bahn ins Zentrum. Recht schlecht angebunden an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Recht gut mit Auto (eigener Parkplatz, direkte Anbindung an Interstate Highway. Raum ist groß und ordentlich. Sauberkeit ist ausreichend. Ein Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen, habe mir […] ein anderes geben lassen. Alles in allem für den Preis angemessen. 詳情
